New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression and trauma. I provide a client-centered, warm and non-judgmental space where individuals can feel supported as they work towards improving their mental health and overall well-being. Together, we create a space where you can exhale, speak honestly and begin to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first sessions, you can expect to feel welcomed and supported as we start to get to know each other. I focus on gathering relevant background information and establishing meaningful goals for therapy. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, review confidentiality and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I hope to empower you as you navigate your healing journey.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My approach is collaborative and empathetic. I help clients express themselves, gain insight and learn skills to manage stress and emotional challenges. I incorporate mindfulness-based strategies to support clients in building greater awareness, resilience and balance. I guide clients to identify and challenge their thinking patterns, among other individualized techniques. My goal is to help individuals feel more grounded, connected and confident.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I serve young adults and adults ages eighteen through forty-five. I love working with individuals who are going through different life transitions. The clients I tend to support are looking to improve their thinking habits, boost self-esteem, increase emotional regulation, strengthen communication skills and safely process trauma. If you’re ready for change—or even just curious about what might be possible–let’s schedule a time to see if therapy is right for you.
