Life is ever-evolving, and sometimes we need a partner to help us navigate its changing tides. Together, we will focus on building your resilience and capacity for whatever comes next. Our work is practical and action-oriented; we'll identify tangible coping skills you can apply to your daily life, while working to shift negative self-talk into a more supportive mindset. I believe the best work happens in an environment of trust, which is why I always welcome feedback and invite a spirit of shared accountability in our sessions.
My name is Patrice Kane and I have been licensed since 2019. I am a compassionate clinician who works with individuals navigating trauma, relationship issues via couples therapy, anxiety, and major life transitions. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and focuses on helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered as they build practical skills for emotional regulation and healing. I believe in meeting each person where they are and supporting them with collaboration, mutual respect and care.
Hello! I love meeting people where they are, and helping them transition to their next best thing. Whether it be transitioning from college to adult life, or perimenopause ladies rocking into their next best self, I love being there to support when you're unsure and to reflect and help processing things that just aren't making sense...yet! Transitions can make us anxious for trying something new, or depressed from letting something go. I am there as a calm and positive force for you to springboard into what's next, while honoring and holding on to what still is a part of the YOU you are growing into!
Hi! I am Anne Gimbel, licensed marriage and family therapist, and I begin by meeting you at your place of growth or need for healing. My goal with individuals, couples, or families is to explore and identify the thoughts that have a direct impact on your emotions and behaviors. Whether dealing with life-cycle issues, trauma, abuse, grief, recovery, or other changes that are occurring, I am active in the process to help you overcome these challenges. We will build a life you deserve by learning better communication and setting boundaries for your future.
My goal in my counseling is to help my clients live deeply fulfilling lives. I help clients increase their psychological flexibility through various tools and approaches including evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to change their thought patterns. I use experiential approaches including Hypnotherapy to work with subconscious minds and remove blocks that are deep in their psyche. I also provide mindfulness training, which is one of the key techniques for the clients to be more present and accepting in their lives, rather than react reflexively.
Each individual's struggles are complex and tied to many factors including their social environment, their physical health, the phases of their lives, skills they already possess, etc. In other words, change can happen in a variety of ways and that's what counseling can help with, pointing out the direction and even the next steps that can help the client to get to their goals and intentions.
I work with clients experiencing sleep disorders, chronic pain, anxiety, mood issues, ADHD, career counseling, and those who simply need a tune-up.
Hello and welcome! I'm Allison, a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with over 14 years experience providing therapy.
I earned my Masters in Counseling from The University of San Francisco's Sacramento satellite campus in 2012.
My approach to therapy begins with establishing a genuine connection with each client and how their challenges are impacting them. I establish this by providing a warm, open, and authentic environment.
I enjoy working with people facing a variety of challenges. This includes those experiencing anxiety, depression, those going through life stressors/transitions, and those feeling "stuck" in their lives.
My life’s work is focused on honoring life transitions for individuals and families. I can help people achieve their physical, mental and behavioral health goals. My approach to therapy consists of a willingness to travel into the pain as well as the healing and joy. Healing requires gentleness, loving care, and time. Healing and growth can happen with expression and the sacred witnessing therapy provides.

Hi. I'm Jasmine, I'm a LMFT. I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2008. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
I provide care for all adult individuals who are seeking support in both traditional psychotherapy and sex therapy services. Whether it's anxiety, trauma, or day-to-day stressors, therapy can be a great resource. Ever feel like your experiences have control over you, and not the other way around? You're not alone! I provide a supportive and encouraging session environment that allows clients to regain and create their self-autonomy. I value providing a non-judgmental and respectful environment in each session.
My focus is on providing a safe, supportive space for high-achieving women navigating life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2013 and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #75356) since 2017.
I love walking alongside people at every stage of life, from young adolescents figuring out big emotions for the first time, to parents working toward reunification with their children, to older adults facing the realities of long-term illness. Wherever you're starting from, I want you to feel like you have a steady, supportive partner in your corner.
My work is shaped by years spent supporting families through reunification, teenagers navigating overwhelming emotions, and older adults managing chronic illness. I bring that same steady presence to every client I work with, no matter where you're starting from.
Welcome, my name is Kiran and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #28451) with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in and provide mental health support to people dealing with fertility issues, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2002.
In 2005, I started working on the maternal-child health floor in a hospital setting where I was able to help patients experiencing grief, loss, postpartum depression, and medical trauma. My passion truly lies in working with individuals going through their journeys and challenges in pregnancy, childbirth, any type of loss, adoptions, or surrogacies.
In 2019, I struggled with my own loss of losing my father and felt it was the right time to move on from the medical field in the hospital setting to a smaller medical setting. Working as a preceptor in this new smaller medical setting, I quickly realized that this was not my calling as I began to miss working with the perinatal population. Soon after, I was given an opportunity to provide mental health therapy to the perinatal population and I believe this remains my calling.
I am of Asian descent and love learning about everyone's family histories, cultures, foods, etc.
I am a licensed mental health provider in California, Missouri and Texas and have helped clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, and coping with life changes. Hi, I'm Darla, a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help teens and adults move out of survival mode and into genuine, lasting recovery. My approach looks at the whole picture: who you are, what you’ve carried, and the real-world environment you navigate every day. Integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-focused care, our work goes beyond temporary relief. Together, we will target the root of what’s keeping you stuck, quiet the noise, and equip you with practical, everyday tools to reclaim your energy, restore your internal control, and build a life you are genuinely excited to live.

Hello, I am Kathleen.
Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward?
Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful.
Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself.
Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others.
In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain.
I look forward to meeting you and working together.
It’s so nice to meet you!
I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, heal from what they’ve experienced, and create the relationships and life they truly want. I work exclusively with women for individual therapy and also offer couples therapy on a self-pay basis for partners who want to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Couples therapy is not billed through insurance.
I specialize in attachment, emotions, self-worth, and relationship patterns, including anxiety, grief, anger, shame, and difficulty feeling connected to yourself or others.
Over the past 7+ years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients as they gain a deeper understanding of themselves, break patterns that no longer serve them, build confidence, strengthen their boundaries, and develop healthier, more meaningful connections.
My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported—not only in navigating what is difficult, but in reconnecting with who you are and moving toward the life and relationships you want.

I suffer from PTSD and my journey into therapy began with years of denial. As all heroes do I refused the call. Then I started helping others - the immigrant, the unhoused, the addicted - and I saw the beauty of human resilience. I discovered the capacity for compassion, healing, and evolution in others as well as myself. I fully believe therapy has the power to not only help people survive but to thrive.
My name is David Haro. I am a millennial Mexican-American born and raised in Southern California and I found my passion for mental health by growing up with a family members members who suffered from serious mental health concerns. I try to meet my clients where they are in order to help them grow as much as they are able to in the time that we work together. I employ a Person-centered approach where the client is the expert, and I am a guide on their journey of self-discovery and healing. I look forward to working with you!

I’m also passionate about the transformative impact of safe and brave spaces for those who often experience exclusion. My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. Hello I'm Sonja — a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in California. My path to this work wasn't a straight line and I think that makes me a better clinician. I started with a career in corrections in Arkansas, where I learned early on how to connect with people in difficult circumstances without judgment. That experience shaped how I show up in the therapy room to this day. I transitioned into mental health as a psychiatric technician, working directly with all age groups across inpatient and community settings; providing direct care, facilitating group therapy, and delivering individual therapy during my internship and later as a registered clinician with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. By the time I became fully licensed, I had accumulated nearly a decade of real-world clinical experience across some of the most demanding settings in behavioral health..
My name is Chiwoo. I enjoy working with individuals who struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. As a recovering people-pleaser myself, I understand the challenge of being your authentic self while trying to meet other people's expectations. In therapy, I combine evidence-based approaches with my own healing journey to help you feel less alone, build self-trust, and live with more confidence.
I get satisfaction from being a voice of reasoning for others through my genuineness. I consider this a life purpose for me. I am driven by a deep desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those struggling with their mental well-being. I believe in providing a safe space with a non-judgmental stance while supporting the patient through his or her emotional well-being and encouraging autonomy.

As a parent, human, 1st generation Latina, and someone who has lived through depression, postpartum struggles, and loss, I'm drawn to supporting others through situations that can be difficult to even put into words. I have almost 10 years of experience in this field of work. Most of it has been with the geriatric population within various settings, as well as with individuals challenged with a severe mental illness in forensic environments. I am very familiar with the impact of trauma on the life cycle. Additionally, I work with young adults navigating school-work-life-family balance, setting priorities, making challenging life decisions and developing self esteem and confidence while learning to maneuver life's ongoing challenges.
