If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in worry, or struggling to feel confident in yourself, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I help adults work through anxiety, stress, and self-esteem challenges in a way that feels grounded and supportive. My goal is to create a space where you can breathe a little easier, feel safe to be yourself, and begin to trust that real change is possible. In our work together, we’ll slow things down, find out what’s beneath the surface, and build tools that actually fit your life. Envision your therapeutic space as a place of calm, connection, and growth, and that’s what I aim to offer every client.
After our initial session, you will develop an identifiable goal that you would like to work on and achieve in therapy. I am here to help guide you through your mental health journey by use of different therapeutic approaches (ex: person-centered, mindfulness). After working together for a while, you can expect us to have a conversation about how therapy is working for you, how you’ve been making progress and if you would like to continue to work together.
My biggest strengths are connecting with clients and developing personalized and achievable goals. I enjoy helping clients overcome their concerns and becoming their best possible self.
