New to Grow
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) with a concentration in mental health from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2013 and have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2017. I specialize in working with high-achieving women who appear confident and accomplished on the outside, yet quietly struggle with overwhelm, self-criticism, or a sense of disconnect on the inside. Integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, I help women manage stress, loosen perfectionistic patterns, and build a version of success that feels sustaining rather than depleting. My style is direct yet compassionate; I offer strategic, insight-driven work within a confidential space where you can exhale, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our initial session is both an assessment and a collaborative roadmap, designed to understand your goals, establish direction, and determine whether we’re the right fit for meaningful work together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I combine evidence-based practices with a trauma-informed lens to create an approach that is both effective and deeply personal. We will work together to achieve your goals and adapt the roadmap based on your feedback.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with women who are open to beginning meaningful work to feel more centered, empowered, and fulfilled.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I am a Certified Cognitive Therapist and Diplomate of The Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies since 2018. In my practice, I use CBT to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected in order to implement long-term change.
Humanistic
With a humanistic approach, I focus on your personal strengths and offer empathy and support to help you move toward the goals that matter most in your life.
Motivational Interviewing
I draw on motivational interviewing techniques to meet you where you are, using open-ended questions to foster insight, exploration, and self-directed change.
Trauma Informed Care
I am sensitive to the past traumas you have experienced and hold a safe and warm space for you to explore and process without judgement.
