"Life is a journey, travel it well."
I believe we're all on our own individual journeys of life that sometimes put us in valleys and sometimes on top of hills. When it comes to the valleys, sometimes it's alright to reach out to someone for a little guidance and help.
Hi, my name is Ryan and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist. One of my favorite parts of my own journey has been navigating the complexities of young adult life stages from college, to work, romance and beyond. But whether or not it's life transitions or just a need for someone to journey along side you during a difficult time, I am here to help.

Hi there, I'm Andrea.
Have you been feeling stressed and overwhelmed? Have changes or new challenges in your life evoked feelings or thought streams difficult to manage? Does it feel harder to know how to communicate what you need or feel supported by someone in your life? My goal in working with you is to develop trust and connection; to team with you so that we can identify what is not working and build skills so that you can feel more satisfied in your life.
I have over 20 years experience working with adults, couples, adolescents and families.
My approach is collaborative and individualized to meet your specific needs for support.
I believe that improving the way we connect with each other and care for ourselves will support effective communication that leads to more supportive relationships.
Together, we will utilize your strengths and practice new ways to manage stress, emotional difficulties, and the challenges life can bring. I have decades of experience helping clients with anxiety, mood issues, trauma, relationship problems and major life changes.
I am straightforward and I want you to feel empowered and confident to enact the changes you seek. I want you to feel that the therapy process can be productive and helpful. You are not alone!
It takes courage to accept and seek help and set out on your recovery journey. My focus in our work will be on meeting you where you are at and in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can collaborate and explore what can be helpful in addressing your needs, wants, and barriers to getting them met.
Together, we will challenge ourselves to show up authentically in relationship so we can examine the areas of your life that you would like support in. These areas can often include examining how systemic and cultural factors influence our perception of ourselves, others, and the world.
My hope in our work together is that you'll come away with a renewed sense of self and identity that not only addresses the hardships and challenges you have endured, but also empowers you to affirm your sense of agency, and make your mark on the world.

You will find the power within you to bring fulfillment to your life journey.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience helping people, couples, and families grow, and learn what they need to have a more fulfilling life experience. Emotional pain is as common as physical pain, and can be truly agonizing. I have years of experience in the areas of medical social work, grief and loss, trauma, depression and anxiety.
I am constantly amazed by the human spirit and believe firmly that everyone has an ability to heal. Allow me the privilege of being part of your journey.

Hi, I'm Marina,
Reaching out for therapy can be one of the hardest steps to take, and I know that many people come to their first session feeling nervous, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you can exhale, feel accepted, and know you don't have to figure everything out alone. With over 18 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've had the privilege of helping people through anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, grief, and many of life's unexpected twists. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am warm, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in their growth. I won't just sit quietly and nod—I will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback when it's helpful, and work alongside you to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change.

As a therapist, I show up with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your story. I’m especially drawn to working with people who’ve had to hold it all together for others, often at the expense of themselves. In today's fast-paced world, many people find themselves overwhelmed by daily responsibilities and disconnected from what brings meaning and fulfillment to their lives. It is common to push aside difficult thoughts and emotions simply to get through the day. Over time, however, this can leave us feeling stuck, isolated, or uncertain about how to move forward.

I also welcome discussion of issues like racism, homophobia, sexism, and how they affect us. I'm Marisa, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (115264) who received my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, specializing in children, youth, and families. I have expertise in working with individual adults specializing in Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Transitions, Relationship Issues, and Self Esteem. I am a psychotherapist, a meditation teacher, and an amateur naturalist. In my home country, I am licensed to conduct learning disability evaluations. My growing up was first-hand impacted by 3 very different languages and cultures. These cultures informed the style of my relationships and my esthetic preferences. For as long as I can remember, I have been mystified by human memory functioning, first as a scientist, then as a meditator. Having gone a long way from trying to remember everything I deemed worth remembering to a more effortless and drama-free attitude toward memory-creating moments, I am still making sense of what it means to integrate each moment of life as it comes. Approaching this subject experientially and relationally informs who I am as a practitioner and as a person.
If topics like cognitive functioning, memory styles and focus make your curiosity antennas hum, this is a place for you.
My approach to psychotherapy is highly relational and somewhat didactic. I love to explain everything I see and say at every step of the process. With me, you will never experience a blank screen characteristic of traditional psychoanalytic approaches (from which I draw inspiration in the realm of dream interpretation and theory).

I am lucky to really love what I do and I feel honored to get to witness my clients' growth in the therapeutic process.
Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the State of California. I have been a practicing social worker for 25 years. Are you ready to take control of your life and make some changes? Are you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, stressed, stuck, and anxious and find it difficult to feel motivated? Or, maybe you’re recently experiencing a relationship issue and/or a recent loss and feeling sad and alone? I believe I can help you.
My name is Monica Victoria Pulido. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California Riverside and a Master’s in Social Worker from California State University of San Bernardino. I am a Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing as a clinician since 2003. In my work, I hope to offer you a safe, warm, and empathetic space where you can share your feelings but also feel empowered to make the changes necessary to live a more meaningful life. Whether that is: to gain confidence, communicate better, set boundaries, or start healing from your past traumas. I hope to be able to assist you in building a better version of yourself.
I began my career working with youth and families in residential settings, where I saw firsthand the impact our experiences can have on how we move through the world. My own life experiences also shaped my path to becoming a therapist and taught me the importance of feeling seen, understood, and supported. Over the years, this has shaped an approach that looks at the whole person—their story, strengths, relationships, and the experiences that have made them who they are.
I’m a California-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctorate in psychology and certification as an Integrative Health Coach. Beyond my credentials, I’m a real human first, and I believe genuine connection is at the heart of meaningful therapy. I strive to create a warm, safe, and trusting space where you can feel seen, heard, and respected, and simply show up as you are.
I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on.
We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness."
I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.
I am an affirmative therapist and am LGBTQIA+ allied (I myself identify as gender queer and pansexual), BLM allied, Indigenous/native allied, API allied, Latinx allied, Disability allied, Deaf allied, Vegan allied (I myself am Vegan), and polyamory allied. I specialize in serving patients suffering suicide loss at any stage of the loss. I also specialize in attachment/family systems informed individual care and CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia). I also hold particular interest and experience in serving adults with ASD, ID or DD, adult children of narcissists, those who have suffered brainwashing and those who have suffered paranormal trauma.
I have years of experience in serving patients with a multitude of mental health and relational difficulties. I consider my orientation as a therapist to be first and foremost client-centered and strength-based. Although I utilize various therapeutic approaches, I chiefly consider myself to be a narrative/Rogerian therapist. This means that I work to help my patients take back the power and control over their own stories and assist them by co-authoring a narrative that truly witnesses and respects their traumas, tragedies, injustices, achievements, triumphs, milestones, strengths, and resiliency. I do this while holding empathy, congruency and unconditional positive regard as my three major tenants in the therapeutic alliance.
I specialize in therapy for: adult individuals suffering depression, anxiety, interpersonal/relational difficulties, traumatic grief, suicide loss, relational and attachment traumas, victims of psychological torture/emotional abuse/brainwashing, adult children of narcissists, sufferers of paranormal traumas, military and first-responder trauma, vegans, LGBTQIA+, adults with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Developmental disabilities (DD), people struggling with life stressors, and those struggling with identity.
