Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor licensed in the state of California. I received my Master's in Counseling at the University of Great Falls. I have been practicing for over 10 years and have worked in both a community health center setting and in an individual practice. I enjoy working with diverse populations to improve their overall well-being in their daily life.
In the first session, I ask about the reason for coming to therapy at this particular time in your life. I will ask questions regarding your history as it can be a very integral part of treatment.
I am open and welcoming to questions and feedback throughout treatment. I meet people where they are in life and collaborate goals in treatment.
I enjoy working with adults who are seeking to make progress towards healing and improving their lives. Individuals who do not know where to start are the population I work best with.

I felt like I could connect with this provider and the provider had a clear idea of how to best move forward with a plan of action for my therapy. This was not the case with the last provider, so I am confident we can work together to reach my ideal goals.
