Halie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals navigating complex trauma, PTSD, OCD-related symptoms, and relationship challenges. She takes a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, integrating EMDR, CBT, and relational work to help clients build safety, insight, and effective coping skills. Halie is especially intentional about creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to move at their own pace. Through therapy, she helps clients reduce distress, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with a sense of control and meaning in their lives.
I have been in the helping professions since 2005 and as a licensed therapist for 16 years. I’ve worked with a variety of clients of different cultures throughout. Early in my training, there was a heavy emphasis on the Western approach to address symptomology, but now as my career and experience have grown, I blend Western approach with Eastern influence, emphasizing the link between the mind and the body, and how trauma lives within the body, not just in our minds.
Good to meet you! Please, call me Annita. To begin with--therapy means something is "right" with you, as you listened to your heart asking to be heard by someone in a safe, non-judgmental place of acceptance. Now let me ask: anxiety or depression, histories or memories of childhood or adult traumatic events, grief and loss of a beloved family member, friend, or pet to whom you were closely connected, navigating chronic illness--have any of these challenges disrupted your life so it feels intolerable? Let me hear your heart--not with a stethoscope, but with listening to you. My 30+ years of previous career in nursing taught me that 'listening' to words from the heart is one of the most important aspects of a relationship--not just hearing the words but feeling the emotional impact as well. Having worked in adult and pediatric populations, I understand that all ages and populations deserve respect, kindness and compassion. I have worked as a mental health clinician with adolescents, teens, transitional age youth, young and older adults. From a nursing perspective, I am very aware of medical issues that often affect our mental health and may need assessment by a physician to provide the best treatment, while I offer the skills that increase abilities to cope with those needs. I provide experiences in your session to help you realize your worth, build coping skills, regain confidence as well as compassion for all you have experienced in life, continue to grow through challenges, and progress toward the goal you desire. ** FLEXIBLE HOURS for you as needed for work schedules
I work with adults navigating chronic illness, medical trauma, and the emotional impact of ongoing health stress. My approach is calm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with attention to nervous system safety and pacing. I aim to create a space where clients don’t have to explain or minimize their experience. I also have managed a chronic illness and have a lot of personal experience with the Medical Industrial complex.

As a compassionate, person-centered therapist, I’m here to listen and walk alongside you through feelings of overwhelm, burnout, or being stuck. I’m dedicated to supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and the unique pressures of being first-gen or the “strong one.” Together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your experience and find tools that honor your pace and your journey.
Hi, I’m Susan.
I’m a licensed therapist offering online therapy in California for adults and moms who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just worn down by the day-to-day demands of life. Many of the people I work with are capable, high-achieving, and used to getting things done, yet feel emotionally exhausted, on edge, or stretched too thin inside.
In therapy, you don’t have to hold it all together. Our work is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on helping you understand what’s been weighing on you and finding practical ways to feel calmer and more steady in your everyday life. I often work with clients navigating postpartum challenges, ongoing stress and burnout, and midlife transitions such as perimenopause or menopause, when emotions can feel different or harder to manage.
I’m thoughtful about cultural identity, family dynamics, and the quiet pressures many people carry, especially when they’ve been expected to stay strong for a long time. We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, and I’ll meet you where you are.
If you’re looking for therapy that feels human, grounding, and genuinely supportive, not rushed or clinical. You don’t have to figure this out alone.
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen, safe, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the emotional weight of caregiving, relationships, and work stress. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward — and together we create space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and build tools that actually fit your life.
Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, deepen self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and authentic. I strive to create a space that is nonjudgmental, affirming, and supportive of your unique story
Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned my Master’s from USC in 2014. If anxiety or depression has made you feel disconnected from who you are, I am here to help. I pride myself on seeing the fullness of every client I work with, embracing life's complexities and dualities to help you navigate your unique path toward healing.
You may be here because you’re facing emotional challenges such as depression, anxiety, unresolved grief, trauma, or major life transitions. Experiences like moving homes, changing careers, or navigating the foster care system can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself and your relationships. With a strong background in supporting clients through depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions, I help individuals identify and work through the barriers impacting their emotional well-being.
As an Arabic-speaking therapist, I understand the importance of language, culture, and feeling truly understood in the healing process. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported. My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, and each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.
Together, we will build a nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered. Whether you are navigating emotional pain, unresolved loss, or a significant transition, I am here to walk alongside you. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out so we can begin a conversation about how I can support you.
I’m passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges and build emotional well-being. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs, creating a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
In therapy, I focus on helping clients gain clarity, increase self-awareness, and develop practical strategies to cope with life’s difficulties. Together, we explore patterns that may be holding you back, identify strengths you can build on, and create tools that support meaningful and lasting change.
I particularly enjoy supporting clients through periods of transition, such as career changes, relationship shifts, or navigating uncertainty, as well as helping those seeking to reduce stress, improve self-confidence, and achieve a greater sense of balance in their lives.
My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and exploring your thoughts and emotions. I aim to partner with you in a way that fosters insight, resilience, and personal growth so that you can move forward with confidence and purpose.
Whether you’re struggling with persistent feelings of sadness or anxiety, feeling stuck, or simply want a supportive space to reflect and grow, therapy can provide clarity, guidance, and tools to help you thrive.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward understanding, healing, and personal growth.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and ready to cultivate and nurture a better you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over six years of clinical experience supporting children, transitional-aged youth, adults, and families. I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate painful challenges, life transitions, and periods of healing. I believe therapy is a collaborative process grounded in compassion, safety, and growth. It is truly an honor to support clients as they build resilience, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change. Being part of your healing journey is both fulfilling and joyful, and I am committed to meeting you where you are with empathy and care.
I’ve been working with individuals for nearly 20 years, and if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: none of us are meant to do this alone.
Sitting one-on-one with someone as they untangle their story is work I don’t take lightly. It’s an honor. Over the years, I’ve supported people through burnout, transitions, grief, relationship shifts, identity questions, and those quieter seasons where you just know something needs to change, even if you can’t name it yet.
I also have advanced training in trauma and ADHD, which means I understand how deeply our nervous systems, past experiences, and unique wiring shape the way we move through the world. Whether you’re navigating the impact of trauma or trying to make sense of an ADHD brain in a world that doesn’t always accommodate it, we’ll approach your work with both compassion and practical insight.
Individual therapy is powerful. There is something sacred about having a space that is entirely yours — where you don’t have to perform, hold it together, or take care of anyone else. I also believe people need people and that is why I lead women's groups and retreats as well.
At the heart of my work is the belief that we’re all just trying to get home — home to ourselves. Home to steadiness, clarity, belonging, and alignment. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with that place inside you that already knows the way.
As a therapist, I feel tremendous gratitude to be able to support ALL individuals on their journey of healing. I aim to use a compassionate and strength-based approach, which allows me to maintain an open mind and heart throughout our work together while focusing on the strengths and skill you already have. I practice holistically to look at the different aspects of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit to find what is needed to feel more peace and comfort in your life. Throughout our time together, I’m committed to showing up with a positive, kind, respectful, nonjudgmental and caring attitude.
Hi there!
I’m Shanel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
I specialize in helping adults heal their relationship with food, body image, and themselves.
If you’re exploring therapy for an eating disorder or disordered eating, I want you to know this upfront: you’re not alone, you’re not “too much,” and you don’t need to have everything figured out to start. Recovery isn’t linear, and it definitely doesn’t require perfection — just willingness, honesty, and support. That’s where I come in.
I work with people who are navigating restriction, compulsive exercise, binging/purging, body image distress, chronic dieting, and the exhausting mental load that comes with feeling at war with your own body. I also support clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and big life transitions that often intertwine with food and body concerns.
Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and free to show up exactly as you are — messy, curious, hopeful, unsure, or anywhere in between.
Welcome!

I have also worked in a variety of mental health settings (outpatient, community based, in-home services and residential treatment programs).
I have worked with children, adults and families in a variety of settings for over 20 years. I combine understanding and empathy with a straight forward, strength-based and solution-focused approach. I am a Clinical School Social Worker with over two decades of experience supporting adolescents and their families within a large school district. Since 1999, my work has focused on helping families navigate crisis, strengthen relationships, and build the skills needed to move forward with confidence and stability. I approach this work with empathy, cultural humility, and a commitment to empowering both youth and caregivers.
Starting therapy takes courage, and having a space where you feel safe and understood can make that process less overwhelming.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, with a particular focus on relationships and codependency, childhood trauma, attachment challenges, and experiences of loss and grief.
I would be honored to hear your story and be a part of your journey.
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Duquesne University and then Marywood University. As a counselor/therapist I work with adults as they navigate the anxieties of life and relationships. I help persons identify and assess the thinking/thoughts that bother them and interrupt their relationships with their family or at their work. I have studied and used different therapeutic approaches to support persons at different stages of growth.
I do not believe that therapy should be a forever process. I look at my role as being your ally and a guide to assist you in reaching your therapy goals. I work usually within a six month time frame. It can be shorter or longer depending on your goals and your progress, with the intention that once you have transitioned out of therapy that you will continue to build upon your new skill sets, and the healthy coping processes that we have explored together in sessions.
Hello! My name is Dawn Miller and I am an LCSW in the state of California. I have 20+ years of experience with people who are struggling to make changes in their life. My journey into therapy began with a deep curiosity about human resilience and the desire to help others find strength through life’s hardest challenges. My experience as a therapist has shown me the powerful role therapy can play in recovery. I understand starting therapy can feel like a big step. I congratulate you on starting your journey, and I’m here to make sure that it is meaningful to you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in California and working with adults navigating anxiety, college and career stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and other life transitions. My approach to therapy is modern, collaborative, and relaxed. I strive to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and free of judgment—where you can show up as you are. I integrate culturally responsive, evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Adulthood can bring significant pressure and change, and it’s common to feel overwhelmed or isolated at times. Whether you’re a young woman navigating dating and self-worth, a college student adjusting to academic and life transitions, or an adult managing the demands of work and relationships, I understand how complex these experiences can feel. I believe therapy should be both empowering and practical. Together, we’ll create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel at ease, supported, and equipped with tools to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Welcome, I’m Sam Moglen, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy for individuals throughout California via online sessions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by grief, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at ease in your daily life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and attuned to your nervous system. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and nervous system-based approaches to help you process difficult experiences and shift patterns that no longer serve you. Rather than just talking about problems, we’ll gently work with both your thoughts and your body’s responses so you can experience lasting change, not just temporary relief.
I am a therapist who is deeply committed to understanding the “why” behind my clients’ experiences. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, racial stressors, self-esteem struggles, and the quiet weight of daily burdens that can leave a person feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.
In my work, I use intentional, reflective techniques that help clients reach deep within to uncover who they were before trauma, disappointment, and life’s obstacles began to shape their narrative. I believe healing begins when a person feels safe, secure, and genuinely cared for. From that place of safety, we are able to rediscover identity, restore confidence, and reconnect with purpose.
I empower my clients to move beyond limiting beliefs that keep them small and instead step into the greatness they were always meant for. Much of the sorrow many of us carry stems from a longing to truly know ourselves, trust ourselves, and believe we are worthy. My role is to walk alongside each person with humility and curiosity, honoring their unique story while helping them strengthen their voice, build self-trust, and create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
Whether working with individuals seeking personal growth and life satisfaction, or couples striving to find their relationship voice and reconnect with one another, I strive to create a therapeutic space where healing is possible, resilience is nurtured, and transformation becomes sustainable.
Growing up I was challenged with depression and anxiety along with familial dysfunction. When I heard about psychology in sixth grade, I decided I wanted to be a psychologist. After starting a family and enduring an abusive marriage I went back to school to become a mental health therapist. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and challenging others to open their minds to a different way of thinking. Working with individuals as well as parents and couples is rewarding and fostering change for healthier relationships is truly beautiful.

Hi, I’m Jessica Castro, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I’m also a mom of two and have been married for 15 years, so I understand firsthand how complex relationships and family life can be. Clients often tell me they feel heard, supported, and more confident navigating life’s challenges after working together. I strive to create a safe, down-to-earth space where real conversations happen and meaningful change can grow.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, bringing over five years of experience in providing individual, family, and group therapy. My therapeutic background includes working with probation youth, couples, families, and individuals in both residential and outpatient settings. I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship struggles, and identity exploration. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches, to help clients improve emotional regulation, build healthier relationships, and foster personal growth.

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful and self-aware but feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift — whether that’s overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling overwhelmed by competing responsibilities.
Many of the adults I work with feel stuck or overwhelmed, even if they’re not entirely sure why. They may struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, setting boundaries, or balancing the many demands in their lives. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making intentional shifts.
My style is collaborative, structured, and supportive. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and practical. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while also building skills you can apply in everyday life. I aim to create a space that feels calm, respectful, and focused — where insight and action go hand in hand.
I approach therapy with warmth and clarity, helping clients better understand themselves while developing tools that support healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and greater confidence in their decisions.
My name is Robert (Bob) Hehrlein; I practice psychotherapy under my California, Marriage, and Family Therapist license. I have over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field, initially working as an addiction counselor, which led to self-employment as a recovery/life coach. After graduation from National University, I worked as a therapist for mentally ill outpatients, providing psychoeducation to groups on topics such as emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. Some of the issues that I processed with my group members involved anxiety, depression, anger management, and healthy relationships. For over two years I have provided teletherapy for a diverse clientele exhibiting a range of mild to moderate psychological symptoms. We can all feel overwhelmed when we experience one of life's hurdles. At these times, having someone to listen with empathy, and provide a non-judgmental space that promotes self-reflection, stability and growth is extremely empowering. I am passionate about helping others by utilizing a collaborative and holistic approach that incorporates evidence-based interventions, motivation, and self-acceptance.
