Hi, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Master's degree in Psychology and have been practicing in this field for over 6 years. Currently I have over 2 years of experience working in the field of addiction, my experience entails providing individual therapy, family therapy, group sessions, crisis intervention, and diagnosing. I assist individuals in addressing their areas of concern in a non-judgmental and compassionate manner.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session of therapy my clients can expect to engage in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment as I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges and work towards achieving your desired goals. Together, we will identify and achieve your desired goals in treatment. Through empathic listening and open communication, we will work together to identify areas of concern and develop a clear understanding of your challenges. Set realistic and achievable goals that align with your values and desires. Develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and preferences, and regularly assess progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure you're moving closer to your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Some of my greatest strengths as a licensed clinician is my genuine empathy, compassion and non-judgmental approach in building trust and rapport with clients. This allows my clients to feel understood and supported. My non-judgmental approach fosters a safe space for clients to open up about their thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism. My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
