In the first session of therapy my clients can expect to engage in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment as I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges and work towards achieving your desired goals. Together, we will identify and achieve your desired goals in treatment. Through empathic listening and open communication, we will work together to identify areas of concern and develop a clear understanding of your challenges. Set realistic and achievable goals that align with your values and desires. Develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and preferences, and regularly assess progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure you're moving closer to your goals.
Some of my greatest strengths as a licensed clinician is my genuine empathy, compassion and non-judgmental approach in building trust and rapport with clients. I’m so blessed to be working with someone as passionate about growth as Vanessa is. She has helped me transform my life into something beautiful, and I can’t wait to continue to grow with her. She is one of a kind; authentic and empowering, but so many other characteristics.
