Are you looking for a new direction or searching how to live your best life? Life is challenging however there are opportunities to gain new insights and learn new skills in order to enjoy life and all that it has to offer. I enjoy incorporating active things into therapy, a sense of humor, and mindfulness. If you are trying to manage anxiety, depression, stress, work challenges, relationship problems, we will work together to find the solution that works best for you. Counseling offers a safe space to explore, learn new skills, and gain the ability to truly enjoy your life. I am available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in person, most other days are via telehealth.
In our first session we will discuss the reasons you are seeking counseling, your goals, and the results that you would like to achieve.
I am compassionate and direct, I identify as a member of the LGBTQ community and have experienced the challenges that face our community. CBT and Solution Focused Therapy can be very helpful with being able to redefine one's self identity and find a way to move through obstacles and challenges.
I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and older indivividuals.

Even though it’s not always what I want to hear, it is what I need to hear. Pamela gives a very detailed but grounded perspective to the situations I bring to her and how to approach them without coming off too strong or too soft. I value the advice and attention given to all topics we discuss.

Extremely easy to talk to. This was my first session with a counselor and I felt significantly better after our first session. I’m already scheduling another now.
