I enjoy incorporating active things into therapy, a sense of humor, and mindfulness. If you are trying to manage anxiety, depression, stress, work challenges, relationship problems, we will work together to find the solution that works best for you. Counseling offers a safe space to explore, learn new skills, and gain the ability to truly enjoy your life. I am available every other Monday for in person appointments and have some evening availability for counseling via telehealth.
In our first session we will discuss the reasons you are seeking counseling, your goals, and the results that you would like to achieve.
I am compassionate and direct, I identify as a member of the LGBTQ community and have experienced the challenges that face our community. CBT and Solution Focused Therapy can be very helpful with being able to redefine one's self identity and find a way to move through obstacles and challenges.
Our thoughts are very powerful and learning how to manage and control them is the key to increasing our joy and life satisfaction.
