I am a psychotherapist and a theologian. I understand that people are imperfect, but there is always room for improvement. Oftentimes, when we expand our knowledge and skills in managing interpersonal relationships, we can experience more joy in life. As a therapist, I help clients overcome psychological issues preventing them from thriving in and maintaining healthy and meaningful relationships. Empowering individuals and couples and obtaining skills to help them live harmonious, confident, happier lives is satisfying.
In the first session I want to listen to my clients concern and to determine if we have a therapeutic connection to move forward.
I am very to be empathic and can relate to a lot of the challenges people are facing in life here on earth.
I love working with couples, premarital couples, and singles looking to get married someday who struggle with communication issues and conflict resolution. Unfortunately, many people in relationships have suffered emotional pain due to a lack of skills in how to be in an intimate partner relationship with healthy boundaries.
The way we think influences our thoughts, our attitudes, and our behaviors. In many cases, once a person changes the way they think, it can change the way they feel, act, and behave.
