My approach is both gentle and honest—I’ll meet you where you are, while also helping you move toward meaningful change. I integrate trauma-informed care (including EMDR), relationship-focused work, and practical tools to support communication, parenting, and life transitions such as immigration, separation, or divorce.
I also provide a neurodivergence-affirming space where all parts of you are welcome. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in yourself and your relationships.
