Many people experience anxiety, depression, and many other emotional struggles. Often people feel there is no one they can trust and no one who can understand them. The impact of this emotional suffering can make daily life painful. It can put strain on relationships with family, friends, and peers. I specialize in working with people on an individual basis and have found that there are similar challenges that we all face while trying to navigate through our daily lives.
During our first session, we will collaborate to establish goals that support your progress and desired outcomes.
Clients I typically work with report feeling unlike themselves, which has contributed to difficulties in their relationships with loved ones, coworkers, and friends.
Clients who are willing to examine and challenge unhealthy beliefs can make significant progress.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I provide therapy that incorporates Psychodynamic Theory and Cognitive Behavioral techniques. A psychodynamic approach helps you identifying the root cause of unhelpful patterns. Cognitive behavioral techniques help with identifying, tracking, measuring, and altering behaviors that are unproductive and self-defeating.
