Many people experience anxiety, depression, and many other emotional struggles. Often people feel there is no one they can trust and no one who can understand them. The impact of this emotional suffering can make daily life painful. It can put strain on relationships with family, friends, and peers. I specialize in working with people on an individual basis and have found that there are similar challenges that we all face while trying to navigate through our daily lives.
Durring our first session we will create goals that will help you reach your goals.
Typically the clients that I work with have not been feeling like themselves and this has led to struggles with their loved ones and/or coworkers and friends.
Clients that like to questions their unhealthy believes can make significant progress.
I provide therapy that incorporates Psychodynamic Theory and Cognitive Behavioral techniques. A psychodynamic approach helps you identifying the root cause of unhelpful patterns. Cognitive behavioral techniques help with identifying, tracking, measuring, and altering behaviors that are unproductive and self-defeating.
