Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensed in California with 18+ years of professional clinical experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I help adults who are struggling, become the best version of themselves at their own pace.
Psychotherapy relies heavily on the rapport between therapist and client, without it growth and trust cease to exist. I work towards understanding your needs and wants in a nonjudgmental safe, supportive, and empathetic environment. I believe mental health issues are a symptom of deeper, unresolved emotional issues and childhood wounds. I work with teenagers 13+ and adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help identify irrational thoughts and faulty thinking that are the main culprits behind anxiety and stress. I also utilize psychodynamic therapy to help uncover past issues, such as family dynamics and childhood issues. My full fee is $200 for individuals and $250 for couples, however I do work on a sliding scale as well.
Hi! I'm Kelly Miltenberger, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I work towards recognizing your existing skills and strengths and helping you to expand those into stronger, more adaptable ones to help you achieve your goals. For over 15 years I have been working with children and adults from diverse populations and cultural backgrounds. I have a vast range of clinical experience in forensic settings, In-Patient facilities, virtual settings, and schools.
I specialize in relationship issues, supporting young adults, couples and families. Attachment injuries and loss can affect how we feel about ourselves and limit our engagement with others. I can help you identify and let go of emotional reactivity and defensiveness. I offer Somatic therapy and EMDR to support people struggling with post-traumatic stress. Processing trauma in this way helps release emotional charge stored in the body to overcome past experiences that hold us back from living life fully. If you feel that you are stuck in a loop, this work can help you let go and move on.

I believe treatment and therapy should be different for each individual depending on their preferences, background, beliefs, and personality. I consider myself to be warm and inviting and create a space where one feels heard and seen during our sessions. Additionally, I am bilingual and speak Spanish.
Sometimes, the most profound connections are formed when someone truly listens.I’m Cintia, here not just to hear, but to deeply understand you. In a world where trauma and anxiety often drown out our inner voices, I know that beneath the spoken words, lies a heart’s true narrative.
What a degree in Clinical Psychology and a seven-year journey as a therapist has allowed me to is delve deep into the realms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. While these are my primary focuses, I also bring profound insights into PTSD, intricate family dynamics, relationship challenges, and concerns faced by the LGBTQ community.
Finding a place where you can be completely honest about how you’re doing shouldn't be so difficult. I’m Elizabeth, and I help people navigate the deeper, more complex parts of their lives that often feel hard to put into words. When life's challenges - work, relationships, money troubles, illness or injury become too much to manage, or when the pain of the past pops up when you least expect it to disrupt sleep, or when daily stressors build up and make it hard to cope, that's when more than a friendly ear is needed. That's when a professional can help you heal the compounding effects of life experiences.
If you are seeking long-term relief from anxiety, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief or loss, I will help you heal those emotional injuries that compound over a lifetime and make life lose its meaning. And I will empower you to heal the emotional pain that is preventing you from living your best life.

I believe that life is a beautiful thing, but at times, hurdles and trials can obscure us from seeing that vision. Do mornings greet you with anxiety or sadness? Have you noticed that your motivation within you has dwindled?
Hi, I'm Ben, and my passion is collaborating with individuals like you to help them rediscover their very best selves. I thrive on connecting with my clients right where they are. Whether you're wrestling with depression, grappling with anxiety, or simply feeling adrift, I invite you to take the initial step and schedule an appointment with me!
We will work together to chart a new course to rekindle your appreciation for the beauty surrounding us in life. My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which empowers you to unravel negative behavior patterns, allowing you to break free from thoughts and actions that might be constraining your happiness.
Growing up I was challenged with depression and anxiety along with familial dysfunction. When I heard about psychology in sixth grade, I decided I wanted to be a psychologist. After starting a family and enduring an abusive marriage I went back to school to become a mental health therapist. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and challenging others to open their minds to a different way of thinking. Working with individuals as well as parents and couples is rewarding and fostering change for healthier relationships is truly beautiful.
I help adults who look like they’re holding it together on the outside, but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in the same relationship patterns on the inside. We’ll work on stress management, emotional regulation, communication, and the deeper “why” behind your reactions—so you feel more grounded, confident, and consistent in daily life.
My style is warm, structured, and down-to-earth. You don’t need perfect words—just a willingness to show up. I use CBT/DBT/ACT tools for practical change, and I can integrate deeper work (Brainspotting/IFS) when it’s a good fit.
I also create a dedicated space for men—especially men of color—who want to explore masculinity, culture, identity, and relationships without judgment.
I earned my doctorate and post-graduate master's degrees in psychology and my master's degree in counseling from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. Professionally, I retired from the United States Air Force as a senior non-commissioned officer, and since retiring, have worked in several different behavioral health settings. In addition to my private practice, I am a graduate-level adjunct professor of counseling psychology.
Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I’ve worked in hospice, school settings, and private practice over the past several years. I help individuals who are feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed reconnect with themselves and build confidence from the inside out. Clients appreciate my grounded yet flexible approach—I guide each session while creating space for them to lead, which helps them feel truly seen and supported.
From working in East LA with 0-5 population to working with adults in the military and kids/teens in San Diego, I have had the privilege of walking alongside so many individuals and families in every facet of life. Obtaining my Bachelor's Degree in the Midwest, studying in a foreign country, and ultimately earning my Master's in California, I embrace adaptability and have gained valuable perspectives gained through varied experiences in various locations. I specialize in utilizing an attachment-based, trauma-informed, and neuroscience lens; and I embrace every individual's story.
Each of us has our own story and sometimes our experiences leaves us feeling confused, frightened, sad, and often tremendously isolated. I believe therapy can unravel harmful repetitive thought processes and behaviors. Your painful experiences do not have to define you.
My approach to therapy always starts with listening to my client's needs. My methods evolve through constant customization and mutual collaboration. Therapy with me will include exploring aspects of life that are not working well and constructing solutions.
Welcome to therapy, I'm Rachel.
If you or your loved one are experiencing emotional distress due to family, work, relationships or the unknown then I am here to help. It takes courage to seek out a Therapist and I am glad you are ready to get started.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and I have provided mental health counseling for individuals in small rural clinics, larger city clinics, and as a provider for short-term counseling grant programs.
I offer flexible appointments, evenings and weekends. I understand how difficult the work/school week can be and want to increase your opportunities for accessing uniquely tailored mental health treatment.

Hello, my name is Michael Chavez, LCSW, and I provide individual therapy to adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, work related stress, and relationship issues. I understand how tough life can be. Before I became a therapist, I went through my own challenges — unhoused, unemployed, and struggling with substance use. Getting sober and working my way through college wasn’t easy, but it shaped the way I show up for others now: with understanding, patience, and zero judgment.
I’m Juliana Mott Fabio, LCSW, and I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, and the quiet emotional weight that can build when life feels overwhelming. Many of my clients come to therapy during seasons when they feel unsteady—after a loss, during a major shift in identity or relationships, or when old patterns of coping no longer feel sustainable. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and understand what you’re carrying with gentleness rather than judgment.
With a background in hospice, bereavement counseling, crisis work, and somatic practices, I bring both clinical experience and a deep respect for the human experience. I blend talk therapy with somatic and mindfulness-based tools to help clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel more present and supported in daily life. Together, we explore what is no longer serving you, strengthen your resilience, and identify new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, understood, and empowered—where you can process your emotions, rebuild your sense of self, and move forward with clarity and confidence. You don’t have to navigate these transitions alone.
My name is J.P. De Oliveira Estevão, and I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (L.P.C.C.). I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and work toward meaningful change. I use proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic approaches, and Adlerian ideas to customize treatment just for you. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, find ways to cope with challenges and build a happier life.
My therapy style supports those struggling with symptoms of anxiety, grief and loss, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, parenting, communication, and low self-esteem. My practice is inclusive, non-judgmental, culturally responsive, and affirming of LGBTQ+ communities. I offer services in English and Spanish.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; I earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. I have worked with adults, children, families, and couples in different settings.
I hope to join you in your current process and together increase self-awareness, unlearn unhelpful responses to triggers, and increase agency in your life. Whether it is a new stage in life, relationship issues, anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, self-doubt, or something else, we can work towards improving your mental and physical health.
On a personal note, I enjoy hiking, spending time with my family, and exploring new cities. I also enjoy visiting coffee shops, propagating plants, and photography.
It is always a privilege to partner with clients on their journey to improved mental health. I work with clients to discover their value and process through past hurts and traumas. I provide a safe place to process current and past issues and also provide psychoeducation so clients can learn new, healthy coping skills. I refer to myself as a tour guide on the road to healing.
Hello, I'm Georgina!
I have had numerous experiences and training opportunities throughout my career. I have served as Lead Pediatric Therapist, Group Therapist, and Clinical Supervisor. I have worked in both intensive inpatient settings and with people with mild, temporary issues. I am licensed in Nevada and California and am certified in several evidence-based practices. Feel free to send me a message to see if we might be a good fit.
I am a bilingual psychotherapist and I specialize in trauma, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem issues. I approach therapy with empathy, compassion, and respect. I am passionate about utilizing evidence-based strategies to help clients successfully reach their treatment goals. I utilize a compassionate and client-centered approach, empowering and supporting clients toward healing and change. Let's talk about enhancing your emotional well-being and how I can support you in designing a life you love living!
As a clinician, I am dedicated to achieving results for my clients. I believe my clients can find their best solutions, and my job is to help them navigate towards these goals. I take a collaborative approach, working together with my clients to explore and distinguish difficult emotions and their underlying story. Once my client has a good understanding of where they’ve been and where they are, we can work together to plot a course towards where they want to me.
I help my clients realize their personal goals through a trauma-informed and empathic approach. My expertise is working with people who have experienced a traumatic event and/or are experiencing mental health struggles/issues, helping them uncover obstacles that hinder their ability to reach their fullest potential. My lived experience brought me to help others as I would have loved to be helped: someone to tell me I’m not alone. Life is hard, and traumas become unbearable without someone in your corner to help process what you have been through.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Art Therapist based in California. I also have certification in substance use disorders. I practice from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective, utilizing integrative techniques which include CBT, mindfulness practices, somatic approaches, psychodynamic, internal family systems and art therapy. I tailor treatment to best suit your needs. I understand how hard it can be to make the decision to work through difficulties. My goal is to help clients develop insight into their thinking and behavioral patterns by exploring the root causes of their anxiety, depression, or trauma and identify the underlying issues contributing to their distress. This process of self-discovery can be challenging, but it is also incredibly empowering.
Hi there!
My name is Angelica Sanchez and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. My experience in community mental health for several years has allowed me to gain experience in working with a wide range of individuals. In working with children, adolescents, and adults I have learned how important it is to be caring, flexible, and nonjudgmental for my clients. I am passionate in helping my clients cope with life's challenges and reach their personal mental health goals. If you're dealing with stress, trauma, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. I do not see any clients under the age of 16.
Good day, I am Stewart. I am a relational therapist; I use the therapeutic relationship to do meaningful work for you in my practice. I provide client-centered psychodynamic therapy with a focus on CBT, DBT, and mindfulness strategies to help you find your own way to your goals. I'm a helpful guide who believes in your ability to find your own solutions. I offer non-judgmental, professional support for people seeking perspective and insight into their issues. I have worked with people with severe mental health and addiction issues in the past at non profit organizations, which has allowed me to hone my therapeutic skills in clinical environments where there was great mentorship and support.
I’m a therapist who primarily works with men dealing with relationship struggles, trauma, and anxiety that’s started to affect work, family, and daily life. I’ve worked in a men’s trauma center as well as in private practice, so I’m very comfortable sitting with the heavier stuff that most guys have learned to keep to themselves. My style is direct, non‑judgmental, and very relational, think real conversation, honest feedback, and a focus on what actually helps you feel and live better, not just “talking about your feelings” for an hour.
I identify as queer, fat, femme and have a mixture of indigenous and colonizer DNA. I share this first because the way we identify matters. Many reasons and factors stop us from being ourselves around others and often, when we can't fully live who we are, our mental health suffers. If that's you, I'm here to help. We can work through body image issues, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict management together if you're willing to do the work of honestly engaging in therapy with me.
I grew up on the East Coast to immigrant parents from Colombia and lived in SoCal for 15 years and recently moved back home to be near my parents. I have a rescued pitbull that brings me lots of peace and joy and you might see him napping behind me via telehealth sessions. I enjoy hiking, cooking, reading (fiction for fun), and taking care of my indoor plants. I love learning about indigenous wisdom/practices from all over the world, herbalism, tarot, and other healing practices and beliefs that folks use to find meaning and wellness. Last but not least, I really love my job! And I do it because I believe in it and have witnessed many people shift, grow, break patterns and learn new ones that significantly improve quality of life.
If you're curious but unsure if I'd be the right fit for you, email me and we can schedule a 15 minute chat (free of charge) where you can get a better idea and ask a few questions to find out if this would be a good option for you. Please keep your email short and only include your interest in scheduling a 15 minute call and 1 or 2 sentences of what you're looking for. My email is: ericaarizalcsw @ gmail.com
Thank you for taking the time to review my brief profile. My name is Dr. Sara Shuffer. I hold a Doctorate in Social Work and have been in the healthcare field for 20 years, and a licensed clinical social worker for 15 years. I have extensive experience in healthcare, and have worked with many clients on grief and loss issues, depression, cultural conflicts, intergenerational and relationship stressors, work/life balance issues, and other life stressors that can potentially affect the daily living of a person. I am very humble to meet every client that decides to select me as their therapist.
I specialize in working with high-achieving women who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly exhausted beneath the surface. Many of my clients are driven, thoughtful, and highly capable, yet find themselves struggling with anxiety, burnout, resentment, or significant life transitions.
Therapy at Kaleidoscope Solutions is collaborative, active, and deeply insight-oriented. Our work focuses on understanding long-standing patterns, strengthening emotional resilience, and creating sustainable change—not just short-term symptom relief. My clients are motivated, reflective, and committed to meaningful personal growth.
I accept Aetna and also offer private-pay therapy for clients seeking a more personalized therapeutic experience. Sessions are conducted virtually in a confidential and supportive environment. If you're ready for deeper insight and lasting change, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect.

Hello and Welcome! I’m grateful you’re here and choosing to prioritize yourself, even if it didn’t feel easy to take this step. A little bit about me: I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 16 years of clinical experience working with people across a wide range of life challenges from anxiety, depression, and chronic stress to relationship struggles, health issues, life transitions, parenting pressures, and trauma recovery. I’ve supported clients in individual, couples, family, and group settings. In our work together, we’ll slow things down enough to understand what’s been weighing on you and why sometimes it feels so hard to move forward. Therapy with me is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, steady, and confident in your day-to-day life. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Florida, Georgia, Kansas, and Nevada, and I also hold a Clinical Supervisor Endorsement through the National Association of Addiction Professionals. Originally a Jersey girl, I earned my BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. I started out as a middle school teacher — yep, brave soul! — but after five years, I felt called to support people in a deeper way and help them navigate life’s more personal challenges.
That path led me to the University of Georgia (go DAWGS!), where I earned my Master’s in Social Work, and I’ve been in the field for over a decade now. My specialty? Helping amazing humans heal from trauma, manage anxiety or depression, overcome substance use struggles, and tackle life transitions with confidence and compassion.
I believe real change happens when you feel seen, supported, and empowered — and that’s exactly what I aim to provide in every session.
Let’s uncover your strengths, rewrite your story, and build a life you genuinely love. 💛
Ready when you are!
