About me

Hi, I’m Bailey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and grow into the most authentic version of themselves. I have a background in leadership as a Clinical Director in inpatient substance use treatment, where I worked extensively with individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health concerns, addiction, and trauma. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, build self-understanding, and develop healthy coping skills. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and the goals you hope to work toward. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe sharing at your own pace. We will also talk about your background, answer any questions you may have about the therapy process, and begin exploring how we can work together to support your healing and growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the balance of compassion, authenticity, and practical support I bring into the therapy space. I strive to create a warm and emotionally safe environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, attachment-based therapy, IFS, and trauma-informed care to meet each client’s unique needs while helping them build insight, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and greater confidence in themselves.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to support individuals who are navigating identity, life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and the impact of past trauma. I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, build confidence, process difficult experiences, and create more fulfilling and authentic lives. I strive to provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel emotionally safe, supported, and empowered throughout the healing process.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop practical coping strategies that support lasting change.

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help clients understand how early relational experiences influence current emotions, relationships, and coping patterns. Through a supportive therapeutic relationship, clients can build greater self-awareness, emotional security, and healthier ways of connecting with themselves and others.

Experiential Therapy

I use experiential therapy techniques to help clients connect more deeply with their emotions, increase self-awareness, and process experiences in a meaningful and embodied way. This approach encourages insight and healing through present-moment exploration and active therapeutic exercises.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Using IFS, I help clients develop a deeper understanding of the protective and wounded parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion. This approach supports healing, self-acceptance, emotional regulation, and a stronger connection to one’s authentic self.

Trauma Informed Care

Using a trauma-informed approach, I work to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and understood. Therapy is guided with sensitivity to how past experiences may impact current thoughts, emotions, relationships, and coping patterns.
