New to Grow
I am a licensed clinical social worker who supports individuals and families navigating family-of-origin dynamics, cultural expectations, and life transitions. I work with people experiencing conflict between traditional values and new cultural identities. I focus on understanding each person within their family, community, and lived experience, integrating strengths, language, and beliefs to support healing and growth in a holistic way.

Bilingual, culturally grounded., systems-focused, collaborative, strengths-based, reflective, client-centered, supportive, and deeply informed by lived cross-cultural experience.
I am best positioned to support immigrant families and first-generation individuals, as well as children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, grief, low self-esteem, behavioral concerns, and family conflict. I also work with clients experiencing acculturation stress, identity development challenges, and the complexities of balancing cultural expectations across different environments. My practice is especially supportive of individuals who are managing the pressures of adapting to a new culture while maintaining connection to their family, language, and identity. I understand the unique strengths and stressors that come with being part of an immigrant or first-generation experience, including intergenerational dynamics and systemic barriers to care.
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or relationship challenges and replace them with healthier, more balanced ways of thinking.
