I'm a first-gen Latina here to support you and give you space to recharge. I've worked with clients struggling with anxiety and depression, gently guiding them towards clarity. I enjoy working with young adults and older adults. Together, we will build skills to manage racing thoughts, reduce worry, and set healthy boundaries. My style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable opening up while also feeling guided towards the changes you're hoping to make. I focus on listening deeply, making complex feelings easier to understand, and working together in a way that feels clear and approachable. I help clients reach their goals by focusing on what feels most important to them and making the process feel less overwhelming. We'll take things one step at a time, celebrate progress along the way, make changes as needed, and build tools that feel doable.

In our first session, we will go over what brought you into therapy, explore your symptoms, and start building a supportive relationship. We will work together to create some goals and discuss treatment approaches, making sure they fit your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable, understood, and supported, so building a genuine connection is important to me. Sessions are a place to slow down, make sense of what's happening in your life, and develop practical tools that fit who you are. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you break free from patterns of overthinking, manage anxiety and stress, and build confidence in yourself as you move toward the life you want.

I work best with adults who often find themselves overthinking, carrying the weight of high expectations, or feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Many of my clients are used to being the "strong one" for everyone else, yet struggle to extend that same compassion to themselves. I enjoy helping people who want to better understand themselves, navigate life transitions, improve relationships, and build confidence in who they are. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by worry, questioning your self-worth, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and create lasting change.
