As a Creative Empath, you may struggle with life balance, anxiety, depression, codependency, loss, postpartum depression, or past trauma. My approach is tailored to help, especially for women and mothers age 20-55 years young who are navigating these challenges while seeking harmony in their lives. I often work with survivors of emotional abuse, survivors of childhood abuse, trauma, and neglect, people with chronic illness, people who struggle with systems of oppression and poverty. I am a passionate advocate and ally for Women's Health, LGBTQ+, and members of the BIPOC community. Scope of practice: It is outside of my scope of knowledge and training to provide gender transition care.
