About me

Hi, I’m Leah! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas, with a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, and the lasting impact of trauma. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you find both relief in the present and new possibilities for your future. As a U.S. Army veteran, I understand what it means to juggle demanding roles and responsibilities, which is why I’m especially committed to supporting helping professionals and others with busy schedules. To make therapy more accessible, I offer flexible evening and weekend sessions, creating space for you to prioritize your well-being without adding extra stress.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other in a comfortable, supportive space. I’ll invite you to share what’s been weighing on you and what brings you to therapy, and together we’ll begin identifying your goals. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan that feels realistic and tailored to your needs, giving us a clear direction to move forward on your journey toward healing and growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my approach is the balance of genuine connection and evidence-based care. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard, so building a strong and trusting relationship is always my starting point. I also stay current with effective therapy methods, which allows me to tailor our work to your specific needs. Together, we’ll take practical steps toward improving your emotional well-being and building the life you want for yourself.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in supporting adults who may feel like they’ve lost hope that things can get better. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy as a last resort, feeling worn down by depression, anxiety, or the weight of past trauma. What they all share is a determination to create positive change, even if they aren’t sure how to begin. My role is to provide the tools, guidance, and safe space needed to help you move forward, regain a sense of peace, and rediscover what’s possible for your life.
