Hi, I’m Kyle. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I help people heal from trauma, move through anxiety, and reconnect with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.
I believe that therapy is about more than just coping, it’s about growth, empowerment, and learning to face life’s challenges with strength and clarity. I work best with people who are ready to dig in, do the work, and take real steps toward change.
I’m known for being direct, focused, and encouraging. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better, it’s to help you build the insight, tools, and confidence to live better.

Work, family, relationships—it can all feel like a lot at once. When you’re trying to hold everything together, even small stressors can feel overwhelming. Anxiety can take over your days, and the weight of depression can make simple tasks feel impossible. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
I’m Cheryl, a trauma-informed therapist who works with neurodivergent adolescents and adults. I believe that the qualities that make you different can also be the qualities that make you powerful. Sensitivity, depth of feeling, and even perfectionism can become strengths when understood with compassion. With warmth, humor, and steady support, I help clients build emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience.
My goal is to create a safe, grounded space rooted in trust and optimism. I use evidence-based methods tailored to your needs while honoring your lived experiences. Together, we’ll explore the “why” and “how” behind your emotions and patterns so you can create more helpful ways of thinking, coping, and moving through the world.

Hello,
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over twenty years of experience and licensed in Michigan and Texas. I've worked with a variety of clients in many different settings. While I have worked in many areas of mental health, my current emphasis is working with adults, seniors (+65) and college students. My focus is working with those experiencing Trauma/PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression and career and life transitions.
I witness people in their present predicaments and tell them what I see and feel. Acknowledgement of pain, a counterintuitive process, is the secret sauce of ordering our lives into functional, fun, and life-affirming behaviors. The process of emotional healing takes time, dedication, and practice. Willingness to feel what has been unfelt and to voice what has been unsaid will help you see positive changes in your life.
I specialize in brief collaborative therapy where we look at current issues, how you cope, how you learned the coping skills and alternatives solutions. We will look at your self-care including spirituality and how to improve your self care if needed. Weekly assignment tasks related to your short term goals will be agreed upon. We will work together to learn and understand where you are now and how the past has impacted you. Engaging in therapy can be anxiety provoking, exciting and freeing. If you are willing to work on our mutually agreed upon assignment between our counseling sessions, you will find we make progress.
I worked in criminal justice prior to being licensed in Michigan where I grew up and studied. Upon moving to Chicagoland, I worked 10 years with a crisis response team and an employee assistance program. This is where I learned to develop skills to drill down into client issues and work with the client to reduce discomfort and improve coping skills. Our counseling sessions did not last beyond 6-8 meetings. I moved to Texas in 2003 and since then have continued to work on crisis teams and with military members/spouses on installations. My practice has been focused on supporting couples communications; life transitions including grief/loss, career transitions, parenting skills and integrating/applying client's spiritual practice into every day life.
Clients describe me as safe to talk with about difficult topics; active and contributing to the dialog; creative in opening up behavioral and cognitive options.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist and Certified Grief Educator. I specialize in helping adults navigate the profound challenges of depression, grief, bipolar disorder, ADHD and anxiety. My own life experiences, including the loss of my son in 2023, have given me a unique perspective and a deeply empathetic approach. I understand the courage it takes to open up and the transformative growth that therapy can bring. I am here to provide a safe and compassionate space for self-discovery and healing.
While therapy requires time, effort, and patience, the journey is deeply rewarding. Discovering the best version of yourself is an investment worth making, and I would be honored to guide you on this transformative path.

Hello! My name is Guadalupe, I am a Catholic Licensed Professional Counselor who has experience working with diverse populations. My approach to therapy entails collaborating with you as an individual and working together to navigate towards the root of the issue. During our sessions, you are in control – we will only go as far as you are willing to. However, as your therapist, it will be my duty to carefully prod and inquire in certain instances to help you in your healing process. This may sound uncomfortable, even scary, but I hope you learn how discomfort may bring changes to your emotional stability, general happiness, and overall mental state. If you have come this far to search for a therapist then there is a part of you that is conscious of a living experience absent of these burdens: it is that same part that believes and hopes on that version of you. Consider then listening to that inner voice that is yearning to be known.
¡Hola!

I get it—you’re feeling overwhelmed. The constant people-pleasing, overthinking, and performing have become too much. You’ve realized that you’re meeting everyone else’s expectations while losing touch with your own voice. Maybe your needs have gone unmet for so long that you’re not even sure what you need anymore.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed in your relationships, struggling with boundaries, or burnt out from years of putting others first, therapy is a space to finally focus on you.
As your therapist, my goal is to help you reduce stress, build self-esteem, and develop coping skills that support your mental and emotional well-being. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and create lasting change.
Together, we’ll work on strengthening your coping skills, improving your relationships, and finding a way forward that feels authentic and sustainable.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
Have you ever wondered, “What is wrong with me?” If your mirror can talk back to you, what would it say? What good things or bad things will it tell you and how would you respond? I will be the mirror that will help you learn more about yourself and will give you an honest reflection so that you can make the best decisions for yourself. I tailor my counseling approach based on your specific needs and goals.
I combine a person-centered counseling approach with brief solution-focused therapy to give you the best outcome. I have a master’s in counseling with a dual emphasis on both School Counseling and Agency Counseling. I have over 17 years of counseling experience with all age groups, diverse populations, and subject matter. You don’t have to do life alone. Bring me your challenges, your struggles, and your troubles, and let’s work together to resolve them.
I also provide Christian counseling: God never promised us a life free from struggles, pain, or sorrows (John 16.33); however, He did promise that He will never leave us (Matthew 28.20). Life is not meant to be lived alone: It’s not a good thing (Genesis 2.18). I am here to support you and to remind you that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalms 139.13-14), and you are loved (John 3.16). Nothing is impossible with God (Matthew 19.26). Whatever you are struggling with, whatever troubles you, know that God has a purpose for your life (Romans 8.28). As a Christian counselor, you can trust that my counseling approach will not stray from the teaching of the Bible. May God guide us as we work together to understand His purpose and His plan for the challenges in your life.

I'm a clinical psychologist specializing in treatment of post traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression. I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist and I am trained in multiple types of therapies.
I'm originally from Oregon, but I have spent most of my adult life in Texas and a few years overseas in Asia and Europe. In addition to private practice, I have been a military psychologist, Veterans Affairs psychologist, PTSD clinic director, Psycho-Social Rehabilitation clinic director, and adjunct clinical assistant professor at UT Health medical school, as well as participating in major research projects in treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder. I believe that therapy is a science as well as an art, and I have found that my knowledge of clinical research can greatly improve the results of counseling. I have found that counseling can be very effective at helping people make the kinds of changes that they desire in their lives, help them to have a healthier sense of self, more satisfying relationships with others, and a better quality of life.
I'm confident that you can meet your goals with a bit of work and the right treatment plan.

I’ve known since I was nine years old that I wanted to become a therapist—it has always been my lifelong dream. My journey began in a community mental health facility, where I gained valuable experience working with major mental illnesses and teaching practical skills. That foundation shaped me into a therapist who empowers clients to help themselves and build stronger, more meaningful connections with others.
Outside of my work, I enjoy gardening, crocheting, camping, and spending time with my pug. I’m also an avid reader, especially of romance novels. Family is a big part of who I am—I’m a wife, mother, stepmother, grandmother, and proud parent of both boys and girls, including twins. These diverse life experiences give me a unique perspective and help me relate to clients on many different levels.

Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations (youngest 5 years old and oldest 94), young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 would be better served in an office setting, in my opinion.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 35 years now, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.
I received my Masters Degree in Counseling at the University of North Texas in Denton Texas. I come from a cognitive behavioral orientation although I also use gestalt therapy. I have treated mental health and addiction issues for 30 years. I have worked with a variety of populations including people with grief issues, HIV and AIDS, dual diagnosis (addiction with a mental health disorder), couples, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression and PTSD. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I currently have a private practice in Meridian Texas. I practice exclusively online. I provide Christian counseling if you ask for it. My practice is all inclusive regardless of what you spiritual belief is or is not.
I am trained in the stages of change and motivational interviewing techniques. I am certified to teach Developing Capable Young People, a course developed by the late Stephen Glen for caregivers of young people. "My goal for clients is to establish an alliance using love, acceptance, and support. "My hope is that client's can take something with them from each session that they can apply to their daily lives". My office hours are 10am-7pm Mon.-Fri. 10am-5pm on Thursday and 10am-7pm on Fridays. I will have Satuday appointments periodically.
Just a word about the no show policy I have. If you are going to miss an appointment for a live chat or video session please give me 48 hours notice. I believe in providing compassion, love, and support to my clients. Please make note that I do not provide counseling on demand. So if you send me a message in the middle of my night. I will respond to your post within 48 hours. I respond to all posts within that time frame

Hello, I am Dr. Walter Calvo and I have two questions for you.
Are you interested in learning why you think and feel the way you do?
How about learning why you choose to do the things that you do?
I can help you learn coping skills to address common life challenges such as adjusting to change, managing conflict, reducing stress, improving relationships, and coping with grief. Equally important, I can help you process your emotional responses to distressing life circumstances.
I also provide psychotherapy to address acute trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety and depression. My experience in this area comes from working with active-duty military, veterans, and first responders such as law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical responders and their families.
Gaining insight into why you think and feel the way you do is empowering. It will put you on a path to becoming the best version of yourself.
If you are interested in any of that, let's talk!
Sometimes we encounter challenging life obstacles and can find ourselves feeling distressed, isolated, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. When these difficulties arise, we may bravely reach out for support and guidance from a counselor. I consider it a privilege to partner with my clients as they deepen self-awareness, achieve new insight, and work toward building the life they desire for themselves. I believe therapy should be about you and what's most important to you. I form a therapeutic alliance with my clients in which we work together on the issues that matter most to them.
