Hi!, I'm Jacqueline, a Licensed Professional Counselor who truly gets the beautiful chaos of modern life because I'm living it right alongside you.
After earning my psychology degree from Texas Tech in three years (because I thought sleep was optional back then!) and my master's in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from UT Southwestern, I spent over a decade working at places like UT Arlington, Children's Medical Center, and UT Southwestern's Neuropsychology department. But my real education came when life happened – getting married and having multiple kiddos.
Suddenly, I wasn't just understanding anxiety and overwhelm from textbooks. I was the one eating meals with one hand while bouncing a baby, wondering if I'd ever feel human again, and trying to balance professional responsibilities with the complete identity shift that comes with motherhood.
Those experiences taught me what no graduate program could: what it really feels like to juggle everything while questioning if you're failing at it all. Now, after 20+ years of marriage and navigating the ongoing adventure of raising three kids, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work.
I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. But what sets me apart is that I apply these tools through the lens of someone who has walked the same path.
Whether you're a young professional feeling overwhelmed, a new mom wondering where your identity went, or a working parent trying to find balance, I see you – because I've been you. My goal is simple: help you create a life you're thriving in, not just surviving. Because trust me, it's absolutely possible.
Hello, I'm Susan.
Are you feeling weighed down by depression, anxiety, or the stress of everyday life? Do you find it difficult to navigate through daily life while juggling various responsibilities? Are you yearning for a greater sense of well-being and self-compassion?
I work alongside my clients to face life's challenges head on with confidence. Together, we can explore your goals and help you find your way back to a place of balance and inner harmony.
Taking a comprehensive approach, we will address the unique needs of your mind, body, and spirit, recognizing that your well-being is multifaceted. In our sessions, I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques, empowering you to build a stronger relationship with yourself and foster your own personal growth.
Whether you're battling overwhelming emotions, navigating relationship difficulties, or trapped in cycles of anxiety and depression, I am here to provide the support you need. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, but rest assured, you are making a courageous and transformative decision. You deserve a safe and non-judgmental space where you can heal, grow, and rediscover your true self.
I look forward to working with you!

I’m a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, and challenges with emotional regulation, especially when patterns feel overwhelming or hard to change.
I’m trained in several evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This allows me to tailor therapy to your specific needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
In our work together, I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can feel understood and not judged. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, whether you’re processing past experiences, learning new coping skills, or working toward deeper emotional healing.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more in control of your emotions, and more connected to yourself as you move forward.

Together we’ll surface blind spots, remove roadblocks, and build workable boundaries so you can lead well at work, show up at home, and feel grounded in your relationships. With a background in education and experience working with mothers and Veterans, I understand the unique stressors that come with caregiving, service, and high-responsibility roles. You don’t have to keep managing this on your own. Healing is possible—and you are worthy of it!
Welcome, my name is Natasha Hunt and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas. I obtained my Master’s from Adelphi University in New York, where I initially started my professional journey. I enjoy helping individuals identify coping strategies that seek to reduce anxiety. I also focus on individual strengths because everyone brings something unique into the session.
Hi! I am an LPC based in Texas and I have been working collaboratively with my patients since 2013. My primary focus has been working with people who have serious mental health and trauma needs. I enjoy working with patients to help them develop hope for their future and confidence in their current and future goals and capabilities. I strive to continue to learn and grow and to develop new and innovative ways to help my patients.
Welcome. As a therapist, I support individuals and families navigating life changes, emotional stress, and periods of uncertainty. Therapy is collaborative and grounded, focused on understanding patterns, building coping skills, and increasing confidence over time. This work supports growth during times of change and creates space for new direction. Sessions are tailored to your needs and paced thoughtfully, with attention to your experiences, goals, and strengths. The focus is on meaningful, sustainable progress in a space that feels safe, supportive, and respectful.
Sometimes we encounter challenging life obstacles and can find ourselves feeling distressed, isolated, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. When these difficulties arise, we may bravely reach out for support and guidance from a counselor. I consider it a privilege to partner with my clients as they deepen self-awareness, achieve new insight, and work toward building the life they desire for themselves. I believe therapy should be about you and what's most important to you. I form a therapeutic alliance with my clients in which we work together on the issues that matter most to them.
I help adults move through anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and life transitions, with an affirming space for neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients. Many of the people I work with are in a lot of pain but they "look fine". They feel the weight of the world on their shoulders and they are exhausted from carrying it alone. Yes, pain is part of life but you don't have to face it by yourself. Therapy can help relieve some of the mental weight you have been shouldering and help you feel more like yourself again.
My approach is trauma informed so I focus on helping you feel safe and supported. I pay attention not just to what you are saying but also to how your experiences are showing up in your body, your reactions, and your thoughts. Together, we can work to make sense of what you have been through and how it is impacting you now.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. I will meet you without judgment and we will figure out together what feels helpful. If something is not working, we can adjust. If something is working, we can build on it. You do not have to fit yourself into a specific way of doing therapy because we shape the process around you.
While I have a lot of experience working with people who have ADHD, ADD, and autism, I don’t provide formal evaluations or prescribe medication. I am also unable to write Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters.
Although this platform offers the option for me to utilize AI to take notes, I opt out and will continue to do so. I will not ever utilize AI for your care when given the choice.

I like to work with individuals experiencing life changes that may need someone to help them with transitions or focusing on problem resolution. I enjoy working with clients that are able to identify the areas that they feel would be most beneficial to address through therapy and those that are truly wanting to change their mental mindset. I look forward to working cohesively and collaborate with all clients to reach their goals of self efficacy
Part of what led me to become a therapist was my own experience of how difficult it can be to find meaningful, accessible support when you need it. Navigating my own mental health journey helped me recognize the importance of having someone who truly listens, understands, and shows up consistently. I became a therapist because I wanted to be that person for others, to help ensure people don’t feel alone or unsupported when they’re seeking help. Throughout my life, a wide range of personal and professional experiences have shaped who I am today and strengthened my ability to genuinely connect with others.
I worked in a community mental health agency, where I gained extensive experience across multiple areas of mental health. Although the work was demanding, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve individuals in various capacities and settings. That experience helped shape my clinical foundation and reinforced my commitment to this field. Along the way, I have learned to embrace my own neurodivergence and mental health experiences and use them as sources of insight, self-awareness, and strength.
I am a mother of three children, and my experiences as a parent have deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, advocacy, and emotional complexity. My oldest child is also neurodivergent and lives with complex congenital heart disease, which has required multiple heart surgeries. These experiences, along with navigating remarriage and a second journey through IVF, have given me a profound appreciation for uncertainty, grief, hope, and perseverance. They have also strengthened my capacity to sit with others through difficult, vulnerable, and emotionally layered experiences. I share this to give you a sense of who I am and how I approach therapy, and to reflect the values of presence, compassion, and authenticity that guide my work with clients.
