I am a Gottman Couples Therapist located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, focused on helping partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen emotional and physical connection. My work centers on a Marriage Positive approach, grounded in research and compassion, and shaped by over a decade of experience with couples and individuals navigating relationship challenges, conflict, intimacy concerns, and emotional distance.
I'm Ehsan Adib Shabahang and I integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gottman Therapy. These evidence-based approaches help clients identify unhelpful patterns, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change lasting beyond therapy. Using structured and collaborative sessions, with a focus on practical skills and deeper understanding of self and partner.
I am also the founder of the Self-Reflective Relationship Therapy (SRRT) framework, a model designed to help partners look inward with honesty and compassion. SRRT combines structured exercises with guided reflection to increase self-awareness, empathy, and accountability—the foundation for lasting relational repair. This approach grew from years of clinical work and research into what helps couples not only resolve conflict but transform how they relate to one another.
In addition to my work, I am the author of Always and Forever: Goals for a Healthy Relationship, offering couples practical tools for communication, trust, and growth. To build relationships that feels safe, balanced, and emotionally fulfilling.
I specialize in couples therapy, sex, premarital counseling, affair recovery, trauma, and individuals seeking to understand their emotions or strengthen their relationship readiness.
Clients often describe my style as calm, thoughtful, and engaged. I listen deeply, help clarify the emotions beneath conflict, and guide clients toward connection and repair. If you are looking for a couples therapist in Cambridge, MA, I welcome you to reach out and begin the process of rebuilding trust, deepening intimacy and finding your way back to one another.

In the realm of social work, where empathy meets strategy and understanding converges with action, Adriana Davidson stands as a beacon of compassion and leadership. With a diverse background that seamlessly weaves together the worlds of quality healthcare services, human resources, hospitality, finances, and leadership, she has transcended conventional boundaries to redefine the landscape of clinical social work.
Born with an innate sense of motivational speaking, Adriana Davidson discovered early on the transformative power of genuine human connection. She began her journey in the radio and television industry, mastering the art of creating warm, welcoming environments where every individual felt valued and understood. This foundational experience taught her the importance of active listening, empathy, and the ability to respond to the unique needs of diverse individuals – skills that would become the cornerstone of her future in clinical social work.
Building upon this foundation, Adriana Davidson ventured into the realm of hospitality management, where she honed her organizational prowess and strategic acumen. Through managing teams and projects, she not only developed a knack for efficient problem-solving but also cultivated a deep understanding of the dynamics of human behavior within structured environments. This multifaceted understanding of people and systems laid the groundwork for her transition into the field of clinical social work in 2014.

With a heart full of compassion and a mind attuned to the complexities of the human experience, she inspires change, one meaningful connection at a time.
The human experience is not something that always works based on logic. Our brains are wonderful tools that can occasionally get stuck in a survival mode that leaves us feeling helpless and terrified. We can become stuck logical loops, anxious cycles, helpless before the fear of the unknown, or in a dark depression that stops us from continuing our previous goals and fun hobbies. Our past can be a reason for this. Sometimes it might be recent events at just the wrong time. It can even be a combination of small things that seemed to always shift never going away.
My philosophy of treatment is to teach my clients how mind and body work so that they can make their choice in how they choose to live and interact with others. I am trained in EMDR, hypnosis, and IFS and apply all in working with PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression and for pain management from physical illness.
A person's mind is like a garden, cultivated or left to it's own devices it will always grow. When carefully tended it is a thing of beauty, but if left alone it is a mess of weeds. In understanding the thoughts and beliefs you have about the world and how you can shape them, you can learn to thrive. With a new perspective you can change everything.

Imagine a life where it wasn't a struggle to get out of bed. A life where you feel confident in your own skin. You trust and love yourself for who you are, not who others want you to be. Your relationships are working and you are capable of setting healthy boundaries. Right now, life may not look anything like that. You may feel depressed, anxious, worthless, lost, or even stuck. I'm Kendra, a Licensed Therapist, and I help women who struggle with boundary setting, self-love and relationship issues. If you're a woman struggling with self-esteem, difficulty establishing healthy boundaries within your relationships, or work-life balance, then you're in the right place. My virtual space is free of judgment for women like you. I provide a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach by integrating evidenced based treatment specific for your needs.

I would like to describe myself as a guy who likes to collaborate with clients to reach their goals and help guide them to overcome barriers that are stopping them to achieve them. I currently work at a Crisis Center for the state of Georgia trying to help people repair their lives. I'm also accepting clients in Texas as well. Through out my career as a social worker, I've dealt with at risk youths, inmates, and substance abuse, and homeless population. I've come to realize that a lot of people have one thing in common, they all would like to be treated with respect and allow them to have their autonomy. My great listening and problem solving skills with my clients help them to come to solutions to their own problems. That's what a lot of my clients can expect is a person who ask open-ended questions to help them consider things that they normally haven't and challenge their thoughts or desires versus their actions in life.
Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed the needs of those that were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. Therefore, I began to inquire about what I needed to do in order to be a part of the solution. I began to work in the field and I have worked in Behavioral/Mental Health for close to 20 years. My experience covers a plethora of ages and diagnosis across many settings. My determination to treat and support those with mental health diagnosis during the pandemic inspired me to perform outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I specialize in adults 25-55 with various diagnoses but primarily Anxiety, PTSD, trauma and Depression to name a few. I love to utilize CBT, CPT, trauma informed care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.
Hi! I'm a licensed counselor in Florida (LMHC), Texas (LPC-Supervisor), and Utah (LCMHC). With over a decade of experience, my journey in mental health began with a passion for helping individuals overcome life's challenges and achieve their fullest potential.
Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to continuous learning and professional development. I have specialized training in trauma-informed therapies, which allows me to provide compassionate and effective support to clients who have experienced trauma. Understanding the profound impact trauma can have on an individual's life, I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their experiences and find healing.
In addition to my work with individuals, I have a deep commitment to helping couples strengthen their relationships. I am trained in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on building strong, healthy relationships. Using this method, I assist couples in navigating and healing from betrayals, enhancing their communication, and fostering a deeper connection. Witnessing couples transform their relationships and rediscover trust and intimacy is incredibly rewarding.
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about self-care and mindfulness. I often incorporate these practices into my therapy sessions, empowering clients to develop their own self-care routines. I believe that a holistic approach to mental health, which includes attention to physical, emotional, and mental well-being, is essential for achieving lasting positive change.
Whether working with individuals or couples, my goal is to help my clients build resilience, find balance, and lead fulfilling lives. By providing a supportive and empathetic space, I strive to guide my clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. As a licensed therapist, my priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My approach is compassionate and culturally responsive, honoring your unique story and life experiences.
