Hello! Welcome to LIV Counseling, LLC! I would like to congratulate your act of courage in embarking on this journey. I understand for many sharing their personal struggles is not easy. Vulnerability is uncomfortable. With any success one must get comfortable with being uncomfortable. I created LIV counseling in 2021 to fulfill my desire to help those who feel lost, lifeless, emotionless, and withdrawn from life's greatest pleasures. I believe everyone has the ability to be the best version of themselves. I am Mexican by nature and American by heart. I integrate both cultures to provide my authentic rhythm to the work I provide to my clients. I also value honesty, commitment, and communication, thus, incorporate these values into my practice. My approach is not religion based rather focuses on the spiritual-self .
