In our first session together, the goals will be for you to understand what therapy is, how it works and creating a comfortable virtual space for you to begin. We will work together to determine priority of issues and concerns to address as well as therapeutic techniques and tool that will be helpful in beginning your therapeutic journey.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Therapy is a safe, non-judgmental place for you to examine your life and process your thoughts and feelings. Therapy can help you gain insight and clarity, so that you are better able to cope with daily life and feel confident in the decisions you are making.
As human being we face daily choices and challenges in life. A growth mindset is something that helps us approach there choices and challenges in a positive way that allows for growth as an individual. Setting goals and breaking them down in to manageable concrete steps allows us to move forward in life. Therapy can help to develop this growth mindset so that we can accomplish goals, meet life challenges and become the person we want to be.
