Hi, I'm Alisia. I am a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience of helping adults, teenagers, and children move through pain, loss, anxiety, sadness, and trauma toward a place of hope and healing. I have specific focus on supporting women through life transitions, anxiety and emotionally abusive relationships.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected from themselves and others. Whether you are going through a life transition, navigating a difficult relationship, or still carrying the weight of past trauma, you don't have to walk through it alone. Often, the women that I work with feel drained from always putting others first, struggle with self-doubt and people pleasing.
I specialize in helping women break free from patterns of codependency, emotional manipulation, or suffering from narcissistic abuse. Our work together can help you rebuild self-trust, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with who you are and not just who others need you to be. Therapy can be a space where you reclaim your voice and reconnect with your worth.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma informed. I draw from evidenced based methods like CBT, inner child work, mindfulness and attachment-based therapy. I always tailor therapy to fit your unique story, strengths, and goals. If faith or spirituality is part of your identity, I am happy to incorporate that into our work as well.
Healing is possible. You deserve to feel safe, seen, and strong again. Let's talk. I'd be honored to walk with you.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
As a friendly and compassionate therapist, I work with individuals ages 10 to 65, offering support through a person-centered approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Whether you're a child, teen, young adult, or adult, my goal is to create a safe space where you can explore challenges, build healthy coping skills, and improve communication in your daily life.
Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker in FL, AL, TN, and SC, and I am a Christian Counselor who holds to a Biblical world view and this foundation forms the framework to my clinical training and orientation. I received my MSW degree from Barry University in Miami Shores, Miami, FL. and I have over 40 years of practice experience. I have extensive experience in community and emergency mental health, crisis intervention. I was in private practice for 21 years serving individuals, couples, families, community agencies and municipalities. While in private practice I also became a life coach and personal fitness trainer developing a unique approach to behavior and life style change. I combined my clinical experience with life coaching and personal fitness training and formed a program called Your Life in Focus. This paradigm became an extremely effective approach to help individuals make significant and sustained life-style changes. In 2011 I became employed by the DOD with my duty station at Fort Campbell, KY embedded with the 101st combat aviation brigade as a behavioral health provider. My experience, and creative approaches can have important and meaningful impact on your life.
It is my belief that every human being has dignity and worth no matter what you have gone through or experienced. I aim to provide a warm, safe, and accepting environment that is non-judgmental by which you can process and work through issues that are problematic. I work to form a therapeutic relationship with clients that is collaborative, promotes insight, and helps to foster change and wellness.
I have experience treating anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, grief and loss, anger management, and ADHD. My clinical approach is integrative, drawing from both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). However, I will implement other approaches according to the needs of my clients. My passion is to help each individual achieve their desired goals and reach their full potential. With support, encouragement, and unconditional acceptance, change is possible and life can become better. The journey towards change begins with the first step.

Hi, I’m Brooke, a licensed therapist who helps adults find relief from anxiety, heal from trauma, and navigate the transitions that life inevitably brings. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative . I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
I primarily draw from CBT, ACT, and EMDR, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I get to know you as a person so that we can tailor therapy to what works best for you. Clients often describe me as “calming,” and I think that reflects the kind of space I try to create : one where you can let your guard down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move toward real change.
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to suffer and I believe that no one should have to stay stuck in pain or face it alone.

I’m here to listen, support you without judgment, and help you figure out what’s getting in the way of feeling more like yourself. Whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to, we’ll work through it together.
I view my work as a therapist through a multicultural lens, and I customize my approach depending on the unique needs of every individual I work with. Many people have told me they’ve been frustrated by therapists in the past who sat quietly and provided very little feedback. In response, I’ve developed a forthright, solutions-oriented style of engaging with my clients that encourages them to set goals for themselves and empowers them to work toward them. I also have experience working with clients who prefer a softer, less structured approach, so I can customize the therapy experience to each person.
