EMDR
EMDR focuses on the brain's ability to constantly learn, taking past experiences, and updating them with present information. Think of a computer downloading new information everyday but not being able to save pleasant experiences because it is subconsciously holding on to past traumatic memories. We will use bilateral stimulation as a way to help you effectively work through those disturbing memories.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
"You're as good as anybody." -Spoken to Martin Luther King by his father. We will use CBT therapy to bring out the positive parts of you, to replace the negative thoughts that you have of yourself.
Psychodynamic
Everybody has a right to be understood. Using psychodynamic therapy, we will use different theories in psychology that see human functioning based upon the interaction of drives and forces within you, particularly the unconscious, and between the different structures of your personality.

Everyone is unique! We will use eclectic therapy to you manage your problems based upon your needs at the time of treatment. Your goals will be conducive to your state of being and expectations.
