In our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand what's brought you to therapy and what your're hoping will feel different. From there, I'll share tools you can practice between sessions, but we'll always move at a pace that feels right to you. I work especially well with clients who are ready to show up and do the work. If you're looking for a therapist who brings warmth, humor, and a genuine investment in your growth, I'd love to be part of your journey.

Hello!
My name is Kelly Brock and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania and also in Iowa.
Maybe you are just feeling stuck, and don't know why? Or maybe you know why, but don't quite understand what tools to use or how to use them to get yourself to that next level up in self-understanding and comfort?
I believe finding one's peace in life is a journey of exploration… Sometimes our human side tends to make the exploration in life's journey a tad bit complicated. When we know more about ourselves (and others)... we are just able to navigate life better!
Have you been wondering if your current challenges are due to past traumatic life events? Do you struggle in relationships? If so, I may be the Therapist for you. I specialize in trauma therapy for teenagers and adults.
Many people often think trauma is only caused by violent crimes, acts of physical abuse, or natural disasters. They may also think because trauma happened a long time ago, it does not affect them in the present. These are a few of the myths about trauma. There are many types of traumas such as the sudden or unexpected death of a loved one, bullying, retaliation in the workplace, neglect from parents, infidelity, intimate partner violence, the witnessing of domestic violence and more.
If you or your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, or life stressors, therapy with me can help with positive changes to strengthen self-esteem and confidence.
I am trained in EMDR and other trauma therapy approaches. My years of professional experience as a teacher and counselor, along with my lived experiences as a Black person allow me to provide empathetic regard while helping clients from multicultural backgrounds.
Dawn Seeburger completed her master’s degree in School Counseling with licensure at
Kutztown University. She has been practicing for over 10 years and is knowledgeable and confident in her work. With younger clients, she utilizes an interactive play therapy-based approach which includes games, sand tray, artwork, etc.
CBT and psychoeducation is also included during sessions. Dawn works with all ages from as young as 3 years old. Typically, she incorporates family members, when possible to help families improve relationships and make positive changes. If your child is struggling in the school environment, Dawn can help work through this and also collaborate with the teacher to develop a positive plan for success in the classroom.
Dawn also works with adult clients to resolve life stressors and reduce anxiety. She takes a very individualized approach and provides a listening ear and interactive feedback.

Life these days can feel like you are on a roller coaster that doesn’t stop. This can lead to having very intense emotions, ones that feel overwhelming, scary, hopeless. Maybe you are feeling extreme loneliness? Feeling so stressed that it’s hard to focus, or you just don’t feel like doing much of anything lately. Intense negative feelings can affect your relationships, sleep, and job or school performance. For some, anxiety or sadness can lead to outbursts of anger or feelings of worthlessness inside. It is important to learn about yourself, what is causing these feelings, and to know that there are solutions.
I have worked with adolescents and adults for many years to to gain control of their lives. By building a safe and supportive environment for people to learn about themselves and to feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and emotions, I help my clients identify these issues more clearly and work to find realistic solutions to their problems.
In these more stressful times it is understandable to feel out of sorts and to reach out for help. There is no shame in this, as a matter of fact it takes great courage to do so. I provide a safe caring environment through online therapy. You can begin the process of learning about yourself from your home. You can begin to heal, return to being productive

Our stressors, which can include hectic lives, and often overwhelming schedules, can keep us from living our very best life. Do you wish you could just check out of the matrix and reset if only for a moment? Well, I am here to help you do just that.
I am both an LPC and MFT and for this reason, I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities and resources to help you regain a sense of control when life feels chaotic. As a clinician trained in EFT and EMDR accompanied by being a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional I lean into trauma informed care, attachment and family systems.
My history includes a 25-year teaching career and a slow transition to a full-time therapist in the last 8 years. The classroom experience is where I learned the foundational structure and hands-on impact of counseling (as teachers are literally everything to everybody).
My education includes a Bachelors in Elementary Education, a Masters in Professional Leadership, a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling with a concentration in Traumatology.

I am a resolute and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor with comprehensive experience supporting individuals through the challenges of recovery, grief, and life transitions. I specialize in outcome-driven strategies designed to alleviate psychological suffering and promote holistic health—mental, physical, and spiritual. By integrating evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), with a personalized approach, I help clients navigate life’s challenges, build sustainable coping skills, and foster lasting transformation.
As a Gorski-Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist (ACRPS), I specialize in bringing a structured, evidence-based approach to preventing relapses and igniting lasting change for individuals assessed to have relapse syndrome. Additionally, I hold a Master's-Level Graduate Certificate in Grief Counseling, equipping me with the proficiency to guide clients through the complexities of loss with empathy and resilience.
I provide LGBTQIA+-affirming and trauma-informed care, with a focus on creating a safe, culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic environment for clients of all identities. My approach respects and celebrates diversity, ensuring that care is not only inclusive but also deeply attuned to the unique challenges and strengths of LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, whether it be working one-on-one or in group settings, my therapeutic philosophy is grounded in integrity, insight, and an unwavering belief in everyone’s capacity for recovery and renewal. I empower clients to take an active role in their emotional well-being and recovery because healing is most effective when individuals are engaged collaborators in their journey toward growth and resilience.
Do you feel overwhelmed these days? Are you constantly trying to strike a balance between the demands of work and parenting or co-parenting, while also managing your health, housework, and perhaps other demands? In your family, does the caretaking always fall to you? Are you experiencing depression and anxiety in reaction to either a past trauma and/or burnout from stress? I work with women who are experiencing what I like to call "multiple-role fatigue". I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma-related stress disorders common to women who face an ever-mounting load of responsibilities in a complex society, where being a mother or a caretaker often comes with diverse challenges and responsibilities. I also like to work with clients on their recovery from trauma. With this in mind, I incorporate various treatment modalities, where healing and recovery can take place through a combination of compassionate conversation, active listening, homework assignments journaling, mindfulness, self-reflection, cognitive behavior therapy, grief counseling, boundary setting and trauma-informed care. I also offer a faith-based support, where clients seeking a Christian approach are welcome.
I like to form a supportive alliance with caregivers to help them navigate the demands of parenting a child or children with higher needs. I focus on parental needs, and I work with clients using evidence-based techniques to empower them to achieve balance and experience lasting well-being. For parents, I'm a big advocate of self-care, and I help my clients learn to nurture themselves in a sustainable way to avoid burnout. I also believe that parents need to feel seen and heard, and the stress of parenting cannot be overemphasized. Forming a partnership with parents, giving them a forum in which they feel consistently supported in a compassionate and non-judgmental way, therefore, is one of my top priorities as a therapist.
Therapy is about connecting with and formulating a safe relationship to explore and address your concerns through the therapeutic process; empowering you to achieve your goals of becoming happier and fulfilled in your relationships, life, and yourself. I want to assist you with achieving whatever solutions and/or life changes you are looking for in a safe and open environment.
I use an eclectic approach working from multiple modalities that best fit the client's goals, needs, and experiences. I have experience working with young adults, and adults with varying diagnoses. I specialize in the treatment of anger, anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem building, and stress management.
As a therapist, my goal is to help to grow your personal strengths throughout the therapeutic process. In a non-judgmental environment, we will work together to build on your strengths and begin to understand the meaning of your distressing symptoms which will ultimately lead to growth and a positive transformation.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor here to offer support to you as you navigate through the challenges of life. I believe in a therapeutic alliance based on trust and open communication. I will use active listening and empathy as we approach your personal struggles such as: grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and parenting. I utilize several evidenced based treatment modalities along with a faith filled perspective in my clinical practice. I am passionate about the opportunity to help you feel and live better with a renewed sense of hope. I also have extensive experience supporting children and teens who have experienced trauma, attachment difficulties and exhibit behavioral challenges. I approach children and youth with evidenced based treatment approaches combined with family involvement for continuity of care.

Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families and historically getting positive results. I tend to work with families with special members such as teens and seniors. I have always worked with teens as it seemed to be a population others found difficult, but I liked the challenge. Now that I am a senior, I better understand the needs of our demographic. I tend to utilize a Family Systems approach which sees the individual in a family context as the majority has grown up in some form of family, whether related by blood or not. I've also taught Marriage and Family Therapy through what is now Drexel University's Family Therapy Program and have offered professional Supervision as a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. By working with the client in a collaborative, goal setting manner, faster more positive results seem to be achieved.
I am a full-time school counselor, but work part-time as a therapist. Prior to becoming a school counselor, I worked in the mental health field for over 15 years in multiple roles. I enjoy helping adolescents and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns to identify strategies that allow them to manage and/or overcome these concerns. I tend to use an eclectic mix of person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy when working with clients. I also have been trained in mindfulness to assist my clients.
I also understand the difficulties one might face related to the current societal climate as it relates to LGBTQ+ population and race. I believe it is important for clients to have a safe space to share
the microaggressions, discrimination, and/or hate that one may face. I believe that I can be that safe space for all individuals.
In my free-time, I am enjoy spending time with my family. During this time, we like to do things outdoors, such as playing pickleball, hiking, paddleboarding, or just relaxing.

Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions.
