Faith-Integrated Therapy for High-Achieving Adults Facing Burnout, Depression, and Anxiety I specialize in working with high-achieving executives and professionals who are struggling with depression, obsessive thoughts, anxiety, and burnout. Many of my clients are successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, or emotional depletion. My approach is compassionate, structured, and practical. I help clients better understand the patterns that keep them stuck while teaching evidence-based strategies to reduce distress, improve emotional clarity, and restore a sense of control and balance in daily life. Therapy is focused on both insight and action, so clients can begin experiencing meaningful relief and forward movement. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who carry significant responsibility in their careers or personal lives and are ready to make changes that support long-term well-being—not just short-term coping. For clients who desire it, I offer therapy that can thoughtfully integrate Christian faith and values. This approach respects each client’s spiritual beliefs and can be incorporated in a way that supports healing, perspective, and personal growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will begin by getting to know each other and come to an understanding what brings you to therapy. I will ask a series of questions to better understand your concerns, and we will also begin identifying practical strategies to help you experience some initial relief and support. It is an honor and privilege to serve you. Congratulations! You're almost there!

I liked knowing that Dr. D was open to using scripture to move on and heal from my current struggles. I value faith and the written Word and she did an amazing job trying that in with my struggles to help me to heal and move on.
