Welcome! My name is Evan Miller and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
The goal of therapy is to facilitate personal growth and help you improve your life. I believe there is no one-size-fits all approach to therapy, so this can take many shapes and forms depending on your needs. Whether you're looking to build self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, change your unwanted habits, better manage your stress or just feel better emotionally - I am here to help!
I consider the therapeutic relationship to be fundamental to all forms of good therapy, so I continually strive to create an environment that is supportive, safe, authentic, comfortable and non-judgmental. While I have specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (M.I.) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, I utilize a person-centered and integrative approach that also incorporates elements of attachment theory, existential-humanistic theory and harm reduction philosophy.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Counselor Educator & Supervisor specializing in racial and health equity for Black, and Indigenous, and People of Color. With over a decade of direct care in behavioral health and two years of experience in research, I aspire to adapt therapeutic approaches to effectively treat diverse populations; Understanding cultural, historical, and societal factors that shape the human experience, our sense of being, meaning and purpose, and relationships is core to my clinical approach.
Clients can expect to learn about and explore all aspects of their identity. They exercise autonomy as a means of being empowered to promote equity in the therapeutic relationship and in our sessions. Clients can anticipate that I as a counselor will seek to learn about and incorporate aspects of their culture to be both informed, sensitive, and to exercise humility. We will collaborate to develop and refine treatment goals, constantly seeking to incorporate client's individual strengths and when available, collective strengths of those they have relationships with. I will strive to assist all clients in self-actualizing, identifying meaning, and creating innovative solutions to achieve purpose.

Hi! I'm Jen Tucker, a licensed mental health counselor who is passionate about serving others. I'm a military veteran and a military spouse. I'm also a wife, mom, and grandmother. I've been through a lot in my life. Most of you have too. After all, you find yourself here looking for something.
It is my firm belief that each and every one of us has tremendous potential. We all have unique talents and skills, honed and sharpened through our life experiences. These experiences, while crucial to shaping us, can also leave us hurt, confused, numb, or insecure. It is paramount that we stop along our journey to take stock, address our needs, heal, and refocus. Sometimes, we realize we may benefit from having extra support or guidance through these moments. That is where therapy can help.
Throughout my counseling career, I have had the privilege of being able to walk beside clients as they process the past, learn to be comfortable in the present, and get excited for the future. I am certified in trauma and treat clients with a wide range of concerns. Whether you feel ready to dive into therapy, or you are just contemplating the idea, I'd love to hear from you.
I am currently accepting video clients for individual therapy.
If you aren't ready to make contact, I have some resources available for self-reflection. Check out my blog at NotWavingButDrowning.org or my TikTok @MHMinute, where you'll find videos on a variety of mental health topics.
Everyone deserves to feel heard and believed. One of my first goals in working with you will be to discuss how to create a space and relationship where you feel safe and respected while coming up with a plan to meet your unique needs. Therapy with me is not a place where you are given band-aids. While many techniques I employ can help in the immediate, our goal is to find long-lasting change. This may be uncomfortable or difficult at times, but through that discomfort comes deeper understanding and insight, and ultimately a more healed and meaningful existence. Every human being is unique and you deserve to experience therapy that fits your unique needs rather than a one sized fits all approach. I am trained in a variety of evidence based treatment methods including CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma informed modalities and will work with you in our sessions to find what works best for you.

I am passionate about helping my clients break through the barriers that keep them feeling stuck, while empowering them to make the changes that will allow them to experience more freedom from the thoughts and feelings that can hold us back at times.
The greatest skill in life: Asking for help. The most successful people have a team to assist in their decision making and managing priorities. I want to be on your team. Fun Fact: I am big on the team mentality because I referee basketball. Refereeing requires an unbiased point of view and thick skin. I cast no judgment and I am ready to listen to the good, the bad, and the ugly. I am here for you!
Therapy is a powerful tool during any change of life circumstance because it can be uncomfortable and confusing. This discomfort could surface some negative coping skills. My role is to advocate for your needs, help identify the stressors, and guide you to the best changes necessary to challenge yourself during this trying time. Working in the drug and alcohol field for 10+ years has provided me with the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life relearning how to operate in the world without previous bad habits (substances, codependency, eating disorders). Trauma was usually the running theme for most people in addiction. I am experienced with working with clients with PTSD to process and overcome the trauma.

Hello, and welcome! My name is Amber Stewart, and I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) out of Western Pennsylvania; I'm also licensed in Wisconsin. I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, depression, and trauma. I want to help you go from just tolerating the symptoms of your anxiety, depression, or trauma to living fully in the present. You deserve to live the life you envision for yourself, and I want to help you do that by exploring the areas you’re struggling with, teaching you ways to cope, and reducing the impact that these symptoms have on your life by addressing them at their core.
I believe that underlying most (if not all) mental health concerns is some kind of trauma – and, there’s many studies that support my belief that trauma is connected to depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. I invite you to learn more about my approaches to therapy, trauma, and trauma therapy by visiting my website: (www.everystepforward.com). And, please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
Life can be stressful and I'm here to help you cope with life's struggles so you don't have to continue carrying these issues alone.
I like to take my time getting to know each unique individual and provide a safe and respectful environment to establish an open and trustworthy relationship. During our time together, you will learn to reflect on what you are experiencing and work on practical solutions to immediate problems while explore maladaptive patterns of thinking, behaviors ,and feelings that stem from past experiences. I will also work with you and support you on your journey to embrace positive lifestyle changes.
I offer individual sessions and specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, racial trauma, and racial identity. I am trained in CBT, TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, and will incorporate mindfulness practices to develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Together, we can explore your strengths, needs, and abilities to inspire growth and change in your life.
You are taking steps to answer questions and find solutions to real problems. Many of us are navigating systems that were not designed to nourish us, and growing through hardships that leave us feeling isolated and overwhelmed. I specialize in helping people (especially LGBTQ+ and minoritized communities) understand how therapeutic skills (acceptance and commitment, interpersonal skills, trauma work, emotion regulation) can be applied to overcome and liberate. By enhancing your strengths, reworking and relearning coping mechanisms, reframing beliefs about the world and yourself, and enacting mindful behaviors with intention, you can find a way through.

My clients come to me because they want to deepen and strengthen their relationships - not just with each other, but with themselves. They want to understand the family and societal systems that shaped them into who they are today, and to heal old wounds and trauma so that they can move forward from a place of strength, healing, and connection. Many of my clients exist at the intersection of multiple marginalized identities, and have struggled to find a therapist who will understand and not further stigmatize their identities, and who is committed to unlearning systems of oppression. I seek to provide a healing space for them.
I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems, Narrative, & Gottman therapies in my work, as well as specializing in working with LGBTQ+ clients. My goal is to help clients understand and articulate different "parts" of themselves, and deepen their curiosity and compassion for the parts that present barriers to healing.
My constant intention is to provide culturally sensitive and affirming care, as well as a safe and affirming space for you to explore your strengths and challenges. I welcome feedback at every step of the process - communication is the backbone of any relationship, including the therapeutic one! I look forward to hearing from you and taking our next step.

Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed the needs of those that were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. Therefore, I began to inquire about what I needed to do in order to be a part of the solution. I began to work in the field and I have worked in Behavioral/Mental Health for close to 20 years. My experience covers a plethora of ages and diagnosis across many settings. My determination to treat and support those with mental health diagnosis during the pandemic inspired me to perform outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I love to utilize CBT, CPT, trauma informed care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.

I’ve been a somatic trauma therapist* for over 17 years. I believe healing can only happen interpersonally. I’ve worked mostly with the LGBTQ+ community, but straights are welcome. ;)
You will likely laugh as much as you cry, I’m hella clear with boundaries, I encourage shared online meals, and I’ll typically remind you of what’s happening astrologically (from what I’ve gleaned from the experts).
* a somatic what?
Think talk therapy that doesn’t ignore your body.
How so?
-help release effects of systemic trauma
-rewire neural pathways to create positive subconscious programming
-release effects of pandemic isolation
and retrain body/mind to access deeper forms of trust/intimacy
-developing awareness and connection to your full authentic self

As a holistic therapist, I believe real change happens when you feel understood, supported, and given practical tools that fit your life. I’m down-to-earth, collaborative, and genuinely curious about what makes you *you*. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the life you want—one step at a time. I am not a "blank slate" therapist and will both feel with you and for you when you are in a tough situation. While I consider myself a safe and nonjudgmental person, I will challenge you once we have built a relationship to ensure you are focused on your growth.
