I help adults work through depression, anxiety, trauma, attention and executive functioning challenges, and times of change and uncertainty—especially when they’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or relying on coping patterns that no longer serve them. I specialize in working with young adults, college students, recent graduates, and men exploring questions of identity, relationships, purpose, and direction. Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and genuinely curious, appreciating both the ease of our conversations and the depth of our work. My approach is relational and insight-oriented: together, we’ll explore not only what’s causing pain today, but also the patterns and relationships that shape how you experience yourself and others.
I like to begin with an introductory session where you'll have the chance to share what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll spend time listening carefully, asking questions, and getting to know you as a whole person—not just the problems that led you to seek support. Some of these questions may explore your relationships, important life experiences, or aspects of your personal history that feel relevant to understanding your current concerns. Throughout the process, I strive to create a space that feels warm, thoughtful, collaborative, and curious, where we can begin thinking together about meaningful paths toward change.
I bring a balance of empathy, curiosity, and active engagement to my work with clients. I believe that meaningful change often begins through developing a different kind of attention to our experience, helping us notice patterns that may have once served a purpose but now limit our freedom, relationships, or sense of possibility. I regularly invite clients to share feedback about our work together—what feels helpful, what doesn't, and where they would like us to focus—because I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process. Many clients have told me they especially value this openness and the sense that their voice remains central throughout treatment.
