Welcome!
I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist with extensive experience helping clients navigate some of life’s most challenging struggles. My areas of specialty include substance use disorders, process addictions, eating disorders, and trauma. I also have a strong background working with first responders, military service members, and their families, understanding the unique stressors, cultural dynamics, and mental health challenges.
I approach therapy with a client-centered and individualized perspective. I understand that no two journeys are the same, and I work collaboratively to create a safe, supportive space. My goal is to help you identify patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain insight into the underlying factors that may be influencing your behaviors and emotional responses.
In my work with substance use and process addictions, I focus on helping clients build resilience, identify triggers, and strengthen tools for relapse prevention. When supporting clients with eating disorders, I combine compassionate support with evidence-based interventions to address both the physical and psychological aspects of recovery. I also specialize in trauma-focused care, helping individuals process painful experiences in a safe and structured way, reducing emotional distress, and building emotional regulation skills.
Working with first responders and military clients, I understand the high levels of stress, trauma exposure, and unique cultural factors that can impact mental health. I provide practical tools, psychoeducation, and coping strategies to support emotional well-being while honoring the unique identity and experiences of each client.
Whether you are seeking to process trauma, heal from addiction, manage anxiety or depression, or improve your overall well-being, I am here to guide you. Together, we can create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, fosters personal growth, and empowers you to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. You are not alone in this journey, and change is possible.
I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be real, feel supported, and grow at their own pace. As a High School Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, I've spent the past 5 + years supporting adolescents and adults through life's transitions, challenges, and self-discovery. In our work together, I'm not just your therapist, but also your biggest supporter. I'll challenge you when needed, celebrate your wins (big and small), and create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Outside of sessions, I love trying different workout classes - right now, Pilates is my favorite. It helps me stay grounded and reminds me how important it is to take care of both mind and body - something I truly believe in for the people, I work with too. I'm looking forward to connecting with you for a safe place to slow down!
I am the mother to 2 grown children and a grandmother. I was married for over 40 years prior to my husband passing, I now share my house with a Golden Retriever.
I went back to school later in life, and like to encourage others to do the same if possible.
My first experience in this field came when I got a job at a county mental health/developmental services program as a receptionist. I was motivated by all the great work that the caseworkers were doing to improve their clients lives. I went back to school to finish my Bachelors and finally received a Masters in Social work. I retired from the county program as a Casework Supervisor, I felt that my position was becoming more administrative, and I was missing the connections I had made with my clients.
At that time I felt it was time to work on what my original goal was which was to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I did work for 5 years with children with behavioral issues in school and in their homes.
My previous position was in a small practice in rural PA, where I learned the importance of being eclectic in my treatment approach because every clent and their situation is different , and they deserve to have a treatment plan specifically targeted to their situation
Hi. I'm Bill. I've been working in this field since 2003 treating adults experiencing symptoms related to the anxiety disorders, depressed mood, identity and self-concept difficulties, relationship problems, life-transition difficulties, and traumatic memories. These difficulties along with other related topics that may surface during a therapy session.
My therapy approach is quite straightforward, collaborative, and non-judgmental. It's structured to help you develop a healthier and happier life. We begin by identifying the circumstances that prompted you to seek therapy. Then I help you to develop skills and solutions tailored for you to help you move forward toward that healthier life. It's a collaborative approach. You and I work together through this process.
From this perspective, listening is the most-important part of communication. When I genuinely listen to your experiences and concerns without judgment or distraction, I can respond appropriately to your concerns. "Right Speech begins with Right Listening."
PLEASE BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON THE HOUR. THANKS.
"Welcome. I'm Jeanette DeSilva, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with 16 years dedicated to walking alongside individuals on their journey to lasting freedom from issues such as anxiety and depression, destructive behaviors and addiction or those who are just wanting help developing a deeper spiritual life and rebuild their relationship with God.
In our work together, I integrate the evidence-based principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The core idea of CBT is that our thoughts significantly influence our feelings and behaviors. Together we'll work collaboratively to identify and re-frame unhelpful thought patterns, belief systems and behaviors that contribute to mental health struggles, poor self-image, relationship issues, grief and loss and destructive behaviors like unhealthy coping.
My goal is to equip you with practical and therapeutic skills and strategies to navigate the challenges of mental health disturbances, addiction issues or just difficult life struggles you may currently be facing. If spirituality is an important aspect of your life and you are wanting it a part of your therapeutic process, as a Christian Counselor I am skilled in utilizing biblical principles such as scripture, prayer and meditation into proven therapeutic approaches to help in building a strong arsenal to overcome and resolve life's challenges and walk in complete healing and freedom. Science and faith can truly work together.
We will focus on:
Addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and interpersonal/relational conflict resolution. I am also extensively experienced in substance abuse and addictions.
Identifying and Resolving Destructive Behaviors: Addressing any unwanted behaviors such as substance abuse, self-medicating behaviors or just cycles and patterns of critical inner dialogue and destructive core beliefs blocking your growth.
You are not alone in this struggle. I offer a non-judgmental, empathetic space where we can work together to help you achieve lasting emotional/mental change.

If you are looking to take the next step in feeling balanced and improving your quality of life. We can work together to create a tailored plan.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 25 years experience working with children, adolescents and families. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Ecosystemic Famliy Structural Therapy (EFST). CBT has helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
Sometimes we find it hard to ask for help when we are struggling. For you to read this profile you have just given yourself the permission to receive the healing compassion that you so deserve and I applaud you for taking that first step. As a therapist for the past 16 years, I have made it my mission to be there for people like yourself that struggle with a multitude of stressors, including anxiety, post traumatic stress, social anxiety, struggles with communication, phobias/fears and overthinking patterns to name a few. I specialize in trauma specifically with a certification in clinical trauma (CCTP). Clients who have experienced any level of trauma, can feel confident in working with me that we will process through the trauma itself and also learn how to cope with the everyday triggers and grieving process. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for both trauma related issues and for anxiety related issues. I also incorporate eclectic approaches to my treatment since every client needs something different when it comes to navigating how to cope with their struggles. I am empathetic and an attentive listener that will be your support for whatever your journey may be. My warm caring personality matched with some humor will help us to build a solid therapeutic foundation.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with ten years of experience in individual and group counseling in settings ranging from inpatient rehab to outpatient group and individual therapy. I love what I do and consider it a privilege to work with people who are trying to be their best selves. My counseling style is rooted in compassion, authenticity, directness, and humor.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania, with a Master’s degree from the University of Louisville and 7 years of clinical practice. In addition, I bring 14 years of valuable experience working with patients in medical settings. I find it truly inspiring to support adults coping with anxiety and depression, working collaboratively to overcome challenges and empower them to become the best versions of themselves.
I wear many hats as a talk-therapist, creative arts therapist, mom, partner, friend, and engaged community member. While balancing a career as a teaching artist and mom, I was drawn to counseling because of the help I received and my desire to help others navigate life's challenges. I am now a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist who helps people take the next steps toward feeling better and living fuller.
I am Donna Orsatti, PsyD, LPC, and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and I am the founder of Courage 2 Change Counseling, a private practice dedicated to guiding individuals through healing and transformation. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to walk beside you—offering support, compassion, and guidance—as you grow and evolve into the person you strive to become. Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to walk this path alone. At Courage 2 Change Counseling, I offer a safe and welcoming space where you can begin your journey toward healing and transformation.
With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals affected by substance use disorders, trauma, and co-occurring mental health conditions. My work is centered on helping clients navigate the challenges of recovery, address underlying wounds, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.
My name is Amanda Kriger, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, earned in 2016. I’ve been providing therapy services since then and obtained my LPC license in 2022. My experience includes working with adults facing substance use and co-occurring disorders, as well as individuals involved in the criminal justice system. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages—including children, adolescents, and adults—in both individual and group settings. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a clinical supervisor for pre-licensed clinicians, supporting their growth and professional development. I’m currently completing certification training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Complex Trauma, further enhancing my ability to help clients build resilience, emotional regulation, and healing in their lives.
I am an experienced licensed professional counselor who has obtained an MA in Counseling Psychology with a Trauma Focus. Therapy is a personal journey that takes courage to begin. I am here to help you take that first step. I offer personalized online therapy and can help you to overcome your obstacles, reach your goals, create healthy coping tools, process your trauma, and provide a safe space for healing.
I combine my understanding, education, and life experiences with a person centered approach to help clients heal from past traumas, navigate through grief and loss, and cope with the everyday stress.
When grief, loss, and tragedies happen, we are applauded for our ability to stay strong through the tragedy, but what does being strong mean? Does it mean suppressing your feelings in order to get through the day? Holding back your tears so you can wipe the tears of others? Going about your day like nothing happened?
This "strength" is not helping you. This "strength" is hurting you. That tightness in your chest, those swirls in your stomach, constant headaches, aches and pains, and feeling exhausted yet not being able to fall asleep at night, is the "strength" people refer to affecting your body and mind. All of those feelings and thoughts you keep inside, all that "strength," is weighing on your mind and body.
True strength is vulnerability and compassion for oneself. The true strength is not numbing to get through the day, the TRUE strength is feeling the uncomfortable emotions, acknowledging the hurtful thoughts, expressing the pain you feel, and talking about the whirlwind of thoughts replaying in your mind.
I can offer you a safe and judgment free atmosphere to do just that. You have been there for countless others. Allow me to be there for you.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. Whether you're feeling anxious, disconnected, grieving, overwhelmed, or navigating a major life transition, you don't have to figure it out alone.
My name is Derik, and I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 13 years of experience. Over my career I've worked with individuals, adolescents, families, couples, and alternative relationship structures. I specialize in issues surrounding anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship concerns. My style blends acceptance and action. I believe people are most capable of making positive changes when they feel truly understood.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue meaningful growth. My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing while working toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
My professional background includes many years as a behavioral specialist in community mental health, working closely with children, youth, and their families. This experience allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents who are raising and supporting children with these diagnoses. I also enjoy helping parents build stronger, healthier relationships with their children and teens.
In addition, I have extensive experience working with couples and am a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator. I support couples in navigating conflict, strengthening communication, and addressing a wide range of relationship concerns in a constructive and supportive way.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to help address challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress. My focus is on providing practical tools and strategies that help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
I can help you navigate through change: job loss, grief, family estrangement, divorce/breakup, gender exploration, working on anxious attachment or people-pleasing. Together, we can work to integrate trauma, depression, anxiety and other symptoms into a life that feels worthwhile, however you define that. There's definitely more than one path for healing, and what can look like stability to some can be uncomfortably stifling to others. I will utilize a combination of narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT/CBT skills (very optional!), feminist therapy and insight-oriented therapy to help you find your way forward.
My biggest rule in therapy is "no trauma shaming." That is, if you are sharing your trauma and include a qualifier such as "other people have it worse," I will remind you that your trauma is valid! Surviving trauma is difficult enough; shame is a log lying on the train tracks. We can move it, and move forward, with the correct equipment.

I work from a humanistic approach and believe in being holistic and pulling from a variety of counseling theories and techniques to meet clients where they are at. I work with children and adults from diverse backgrounds and with a range of concerns. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, dual-diagnosis clients, etc. I have a special interest in military, first responders, and children from the child welfare system. I believe that counseling is a partnership of sorts and try to help individuals meet their full potential by understanding their life experiences from their perspective.
I combine experience with education to provide a realistic approach to counseling by empowering individuals in their journey and help them meet their full potential. While I am grounded in a humanistic, person-centered approach, I believe that no one person is the same and that having an eclectic approach to helping others is important.
Please feel free to reach out and see how I can best help you meet your needs and reach your full potential.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience working with individuals who have faced a variety of challenges that have made it difficult to achieve their full potential and enjoy their lives. My approach is collaborative and based on the individual needs and goals of each client. I strive to facilitate personal growth and self-awareness while supporting clients to discover solutions to the problems they face. An important component of my practice is helping clients to identify and utilize coping strategies that will serve to ensure long-term well-being.
I am a veteran of the helping professions, having served since 1982 in some capacity or another, and I still find excitement in the possibility of helping those who need such assistance. I am currently licensed in two states, both North Carolina and Pennsylvania. I find many people respond to my ability to simply listen and that shows that they do not often feel they have been heard and sometimes this is all that is necessary to start the journey to begin healing. Certainly more is often required, and helping people connect with effective treatments whether provided by myself or not is the best help that can be given.
Hi — I’m Kristin. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) in Pennsylvania, and I’m glad you’re here.

My name is Grace Johnson, and I am an LCSW in Pennsylvania. I have been practicing therapy for over 6 years, and prior to that I worked in case management for several years. I have worked in various outpatient mental health and substance use disorder settings, and I have experience with both individual and group therapy. In addition to being a therapist, I am also a clinical supervisor. I am also well-versed in CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing-all of which involve discussing what you are experiencing and learning strategies to cope with them and make changes to improve your life as you so desire.

Hello! My name is Heather Richards and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 20 years. My background is in working with a wide range of individuals from ages 3 to 90 years of age with a variety of diagnosis. My passion is in working with individuals dealing with trauma or grief and loss. I am a compassionate, caring, and empathetic person who feels that counseling can be a challenging yet rewarding experience.
I believe in the saying, “If you give a man a fish he eats for a day, but if you teach a man to fish he eats for a lifetime.” I teach techniques that can be implemented to overcome current hurdles and are also transferrable to be used in the future as needs arise.
My approach is to work collaboratively with clients to meet them where they are and learn their goals and aspirations so that we can develop a plan together to overcome obstacles. I have experience and enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. My work is focused on helping individuals and families that are struggling with mood and learning disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other challenges.

Hi there, my name is Karen.
Are symptoms of stress, anxiety and/or depression getting in the way of you enjoying life to its fullest? Are your relationships or job performance feeling the impact too? Accepting support could be the best decision you make to start heading in a much better direction.
I find it to be an incredible honor to get to know clients, no matter where they are on their journeys. And I love the process of holding a safe space for those ready to do what it takes to break free of the perceived limitations that difficult symptoms conspire to create. And for those just thinking about getting ready too!
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches (including CBT, Nurtured Heart, EFT), infused with some humor and deep reverence for the clients with whom I have the honor of meeting. If you're looking for support, even if it's not with me, I hope you take that first step today!
Hello! I am Donna and I am glad you are here! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I achieved my Master of Human Services from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania while also parenting my youngest children who were still at home.
I have experience working with many different age groups and populations, from pre-teen to 80. I have experience with addictions, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and personality disorders. I have worked with individuals and couples.
My primary focus is adjustment disorders, anxiety and forensic referrals for those 18 and older.
I am also willing to work from a Biblical perspective.
My work as a clinician is grounded in compassion and a deeply person-centered approach. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely understood and accepted, so I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
When working with children, I primarily use mindfulness-based play therapy. Play allows children to express emotions, explore relationships, and process challenges in a developmentally appropriate way. By integrating mindfulness, I help children build awareness, regulate emotions, and develop self-compassion—supporting emotional resilience and a stronger connection to themselves.
While most sessions focus on the child, I incorporate family therapy when it meaningfully supports progress. These sessions help strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and create more supportive home environments.
I also draw from contextual therapy, considering each child within the broader systems and relationships that shape their experiences. This perspective allows me to support families in building healthier, more balanced connections.
Across all modalities, compassion remains at the heart of my work. I aim to create a warm, respectful environment that honors each child’s story and supports meaningful, lasting growth.
At this time, therapy services for children under the age of 15 are offered in person only. Telehealth may be available for older clients when appropriate.

I received my master’s degree in counseling in 2011 and have been working as a counselor in higher education since then. I started providing on-line counseling more than 5 years ago and got to perfect that skill over the pandemic.
I am the father of three beautiful, intelligent, well adjusted, usually content, sometimes happy, young adults and I hold my job in helping them become good humans as my most valued and important purpose in my existence. I was married to the same woman for twenty-three years, since we were but ourselves emerging adults, and understand that even with friendship, love, and respect this type of partnership has its ebbs and flows; and sometimes relationships are just completed. I understand how difficult the loss of love can be; but also understand that life can be great again after these hardships.
I believe in the ability in nature to restore the energy that we constantly give out and always urge people to be outside, to recharge themselves. I am creative and productive and will push my clients to unlock the creative potentials they inside of themselves. I love starting and finishing home improvement projects. I enjoy reading and am passionate about music although I am not musically inclined in the least. I understand that even when we are doing everything "right" and doing the things we love...life can still be difficult.
I consider pride myself on the ability to quickly form a therapeutic alliance and maintain positive relationships with my clients to enact the changes they wish to see, get through rough patches, reach goals, or just be "happyish". I am open, honest, friendly, and pretty normal. I will work closely with you to help you solve your own issues as I feel we hold the answers to our own questions.

Hi, I'm Angela, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania who supports women struggling with anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and identity shifts to start feeling like themselves again. I specialize in guiding women through the moments that shake your sense of self, including anxiety, burnout, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, career transitions, midlife changes, and the empty nest phase.
I work exclusively with adults who identify as women or with women’s experiences. Many of my clients are exhausted from holding everything together while quietly wondering, 'is this all there is?' They’ve often spent so long prioritizing everyone else that they’ve lost touch with their own needs, desires, and sense of self. You deserve more than just coping — you deserve support in reconnecting with yourself and your life.
Having faced my own struggles, I understand the courage it takes to show up for yourself. I support women in embracing their full selves, with all their strengths, scars, and stories, without judgment or pressure to “be fixed.”
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and deeply practical, blending evidence-based tools such as CBT, mindfulness, and emotional regulation strategies so you leave each session with real skills. Whether you’re navigating early motherhood, a major life transition, or a midlife crossroads asking, 'who am I now?' this is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or have it together. You just have to show up. I’d be honored to support you in this next chapter of your life.
