My goal is to provide a structured and supportive space where meaningful and sustainable change can occur. I often work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspective, which involves exploring the mind’s chatter, identifying unhelpful patterns, and understanding the larger systems you are part of. ACT is a non-linear & flexible model that involves meeting clients where they are in the present moment.
Our first session will probably cover a lot of ground! We will spend time speaking about what led you to seek therapy and the patterns you’d like to see shift or change. This session also gives you the chance to get a sense of my approach, so we can decide together how best to move forward.
