I’m Dr. George Villarose, a licensed psychologist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, and high-functioning autism. I also help clients navigate life stressors, including relationship difficulties, work and vocational concerns, and chronic pain. My experience conducting vocational evaluations has given me a deeper understanding of how emotional and cognitive challenges can affect work and daily life.
I bring a warm, collaborative style to therapy, grounded in empathy and careful listening. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and practical problem solving to help clients make meaningful changes.
You’ve got a lot going on. There are so many demands pulling you in every direction that it can feel impossible to find peace and show up as the best parent, partner, and employee you can be. And, while settling into the same routine has gotten you this far, it’s stopped being sustainable and has started to feel like a strain. If this sounds like you, I’m pleased to be a support for you and your family.
I’m Shiloh Johnson. My professional passion is aiding individuals, couples, and families address conflict, open lines of communication, and build better bonds. I had a spiritual calling towards counseling, and seeing my clients reach their goals and grow as people is exactly what God put on my heart to help fulfill. In our sessions, you can expect a blend of evidence-based practices and a warm, person-centered approach to help you find harmony in difficult circumstances.
I see a wide range of clients, with many types of presenting problems. I enjoy treating families, especially those with blended family issues, adults struggling with autism, mood disorders, or BPD, and those seeking general guidance. While I’m not currently a fit for those in active addiction or recovery, I am able to support loved ones in navigating this complex relationship. When not in session, I workout, play my guitar, and do home improvement projects.
Session for children and teenagers will be "in person" only.
I have openings for individual therapy clients only at this time.

I work with Perinatal anxiety and depression as well. This can be one of the hardest transitions in life, and sometimes we need additional support to help us through it.
My name is Robin Barnes, an LCSW working as a counselor in Pennsylvania. I use many therapy styles including bringing art into the sessions to explore thoughts and emotions. I'm passionate in empowering you to make lasting positive change for life! I assist clients in processing trauma and exploring self-esteem, self-worth, and identity. We will work together to address depression and anxiety concerns.
I am a psychodynamic-oriented therapist with a special interest in early childhood attachment and how that impacts present day relationships. I am also basic-trained in EMDR and equipped to provide EMDR virtually. I believe in an empowerment-based approach, and that even our maladaptive coping mechanisms are strategies that we have developed to help us cope with and survive life's trials. I like to reframe negative beliefs that clients hold about themselves and how they cope into strengths, and then collaborate with clients on strategies to achieve desired changes.
I have always felt a deep connection to Human Services since the day my siblings came to me for advice on whatever problems they had. That personal experience fueled my pursuit of a career in counseling and therapy. My credentials include a Master's in Human Services, licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, National Certified Counselor certification, a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science, and Ph.D. candidate with an emphasis on relationship dynamics. I will guide you through any barriers while we work together to develop and reach your goals.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across a variety of settings, including substance use treatment, geriatric care, and clinical mental health services. I work with professionals in recovery who are exhausted from carrying far more than anyone realizes. Most of my clients are dependable, high-functioning people who hold everything together on the outside while privately battling alcohol, substances, compulsive habits, or severe burnout. They’ve spent years performing competence while white-knuckling their way through daily life.
Asking for help in a high-stakes professional world carries real fear: reputation risk, perfectionism, and deep-seated shame. In my practice, you will not be lectured, managed, or judged. We bypass the performative mask to look directly at the pressure, the strained relationships, and the isolation that comes from coping alone.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my approach is practical and collaborative. Whether you are navigating early sobriety, maintaining long-term recovery, or simply trying to stop running on high alert, our goal is clear: dismantle the shame, restore your autonomy, and build a stable, grounded life that actually feels like your own.
I'm a therapist who uses many different approaches to help clients increase their satisfaction with their personal lives, jobs, and relationships. The transition to parenthood and constant changes once you’re there are some of the most transformative experiences a person can go through during their life. This time is both beautiful and stressful. Whether it’s your first or your fifth+ child, in today’s world, almost all of us- both moms and dads- can benefit from some additional support in the years of pregnancy and raising children.
My practice aims to assist you through all of the normal and abnormal challenges of this time that is short-lived but has long-lasting impacts on ourselves and our families. While each individual and family is unique in their needs and ways that they grow, common goals achieved in counseling include feeling more connected to yourself, your baby or child, and your partner; changing unhealthy family patterns you don’t want to repeat from past generations; feeling more confident in yourself as a parent and partner; improving work-life balance; feeling more supported and less alone; developing your unique identity as a parent and embracing this stage of life; and improving persistent feelings of anxiety, depression, shame, anger, and feeling overwhelmed.
If you are struggling, want to better support a partner who is struggling, or would just like to utilize this uniquely powerful time in your life to become more of the person you want to be, I would love to meet you.

Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty. Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the healing power of being truly witnessed. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning, connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.

Hi! I’m Jess! I’ve been a licensed counselor for almost 20 years, and I’ve truly loved the opportunity to walk alongside so many different people through the various times of life.
One of my favorite parts of the work is getting to know someone in those early conversations. I genuinely enjoy hearing your story, learning what has brought you to therapy, and understanding the experiences that have shaped you. There’s something meaningful about getting to know the person behind the struggles they’re bringing into the room.
I especially enjoy working with people who are ready to explore the possibility of change. You don’t have to have everything figured out, and you certainly don’t have to know exactly what needs to change before you begin. Sometimes it’s enough to recognize that something isn’t working the way you hoped and to feel ready—or even just curious—to see what might be different.
My hope is that therapy can become a place where you feel understood, supported, and encouraged as you begin to imagine what life could look like when things start to shift.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I have several years of experience working with children and parents, manage behavioral or emotional concerns, and build healthy coping skills. In addition to my therapy work, I also serve as a case manager in a long-term acute care hospital, where I support adults and older adults facing complex medical and life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and strengths-based. I strive to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, and feel more confident navigating everyday life.
As a therapist, I strive to provide a supportive, safe space for clients where they can become their best selves and feel validated in their experiences. I hope to help clients gain perspective on their individual situations and create a plan to achieve personal goals. I enjoy throwing in a bit of humor along the way & will meet you where you’re at!
