Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Pennsylvania. I received my undergrade and master's in social work from Delaware State University. I have enjoyed practicing for the last 6 years in addiction inpatient and outpatient, as well as inpatient and outpatient psych. I have worked with young to elderly adults to help empower them to become the best version of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session, to best assist with future sessions, we will build a rapport and get to know each other. Then we will discuss the primary problem and then together we will develop a treatment to guide our future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is the ability to provide a safe atmosphere and meet an individual where they are. I take pride in connecting and building a healthy rapport with individuals to enhance the quality of the individual sessions.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

During my career I've served individuals who struggle with self-defeating thoughts, lack of impulse control, and individuals feeling disempowered. I've served individuals who struggled with addictive behaviors and mental health crisis.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using CBT improves an individual quality of life and thought process. With the use of this intervention an individual begins to challenge their negative thoughts and use self help techniques to improve their mood. This intervention improves symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing is empowering. This person-centered intervention allows an individual to problem solve and direct the change in their life where they see fit.
