In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is used to gather history, develop treatment goals, and to discuss the therapeutic process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I work hard to support my clients in facing aspects of themselves that no longer work and to encouraged showing up more fully for themselves. This may be challenging at times as it can be hard to look at parts of ourselves that no longer serve us.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are interested in learning more about themselves. Who are interested at looking at ways to improve their lives and show up more fully for themselves.
