I provide support in identifying areas that need change, healing past traumas, improving your relationships, developing greater self-awareness, learning and utilizing effective coping skills and developing attainable goals. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, are struggling in their relationships romantic, in their family connections or who are dealing with their mood. I prefer to work with people who can commit to the therapeutic process. I am also a LBTQIA+ ally.
The first session is used to gather history, develop treatment goals, and to discuss the therapeutic process.
I work hard to support my clients in facing aspects of themselves that no longer work and to encouraged showing up more fully for themselves. This may be challenging at times as it can be hard to look at parts of ourselves that no longer serve us.
