I am a therapist who believes therapy is a healing space—one where people can slow down, feel safe, and begin to understand themselves more deeply. I work with individuals and couples who are seeking growth, clarity, and meaningful change. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from UNIBE in the Dominican Republic and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Alliance University in New York. I have worked extensively as a Behavioral Health Consultant, supporting people through a wide range of emotional and life challenges.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will explore your current concerns, the patterns you have noticed, and the goals you hope to work toward, while beginning to build trust and clarity together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths come from integrating the approaches I love most—psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I am skilled at helping clients explore the deeper roots of their patterns, understand how past experiences shape their present, and develop new, healthier ways of thinking and responding.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I believe therapy is a healing space— one where you can slow down, feel safe, and begin to understand yourself more deeply. I work with individuals and couples seeking growth, clarity, and meaningful change, offering bilingual (English & Spanish) therapy in a culturally responsive and affirming environment. My ideal clients are individuals seeking a space where they can slow down, reflect, and gain deeper understanding of themselves. Many feel overwhelmed by anxiety, avoidance, or emotional disconnection, yet are ready to explore the patterns that keep them stuck. I work best with those who desire deeper, authentic relationships —both with themselves and others

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We will focus especially about your thoughts and feelings. Asking you questions about your current struggles, uncovering what types of negative automatic thoughts you have that contribute to your emotions and behaviors.

Psychodynamic

The psychodynamic approach examines unconscious thoughts, early childhood experiences, and relational patterns that drive behavior. Rather than symptom management, it aims for long-term change through insight.

Eclectic

I use an eclectic, integrative approach to therapy, meaning I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities rather than relying on a single framework. This allows treatment to be tailored to your unique needs, personality, and goals.

Psychoanalytic

I explore how early experiences and unconscious patterns shape your current thoughts, emotions, and relationships. By increasing insight and self-awareness, we work toward deeper, lasting change.

Couples Counseling

I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and better understand each other’s emotional needs. We work to identify negative interaction cycles, strengthen connection, and develop practical tools for healthier conflict resolution.
