I received my B.S. in Applied Organizational Behavior Psychology from Albright College and my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University. I’ve had the privilege of working in outpatient behavioral health, substance use treatment centers, higher education, and private practice, which has allowed me to support people from many different backgrounds and life experiences.
I especially enjoy working with middle adolescents, college students, and young to middle-aged adults. I’m passionate about supporting individuals from the BIPOC community and creating a space where clients feel safe and accepted. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and flexible.
