I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, panic, chronic worry, stress, and burnout using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches. I also work with clients experiencing depression, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions that feel overwhelming or hard to manage alone. In my practice, this means we focus on both understanding what’s happening in this moment and identifying patterns that no longer serve you. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, behavioral activation, and attachment-focused interventions to support deeper emotional healing and stability. My approach focuses on building real-life tools to help you feel more steady, confident, and in control. It is structured, supportive, and collaborative. CBT is a major focus of my work, meaning we identify thought patterns, emotional responses, and behavioral cycles that keep anxiety, depression and low self esteem going—and actively work to change them in practical ways.

I’m Elizabeth, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 9 years of experience working with teens and adults. Through our work together, we will explore the thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I am a full-time school counselor, but work part-time as a therapist. Prior to becoming a school counselor, I worked in the mental health field for over 15 years in multiple roles. I also have been trained in mindfulness to assist my clients.
I also understand the difficulties one might face related to the current societal climate as it relates to LGBTQ+ population and race. I believe it is important for clients to have a safe space to share
the microaggressions, discrimination, and/or hate that one may face. I believe that I can be that safe space for all individuals.
In my free-time, I am enjoy spending time with my family. During this time, we like to do things outdoors, such as playing pickleball, hiking, paddleboarding, or just relaxing.

Hi there! I am a big sports fan who loves spending time with family, sharing laughter, and enjoying great food. Music and outdoor activities are two of my favorite things. I’m always eager to learn something new and love starting my days early. Helping others reach their full potential and witnessing those ah-ha moments truly inspires me. I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with over 30 years of experience in guiding individuals through life’s most challenging moments, including struggles with depression, anxiety, grief, anger management, family conflicts, and developing coping skills. I am deeply committed to empowering clients through a culturally and spiritually integrated approach that centers around the Alternative Christ-Like African Thematic Therapy (ACLATT) model.
ACLATT is a unique therapeutic model I developed specifically to support Christian clients of African descent. It integrates Christian values with African principles, providing a holistic, culturally sensitive healing experience. This approach emphasizes identity, love, faith, and hope, helping clients recognize their God-given potential and fostering a strong sense of purpose. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, supporting them in reframing perspectives and developing practical coping strategies.
My work is rooted in the belief that “Being precedes Doing”—by understanding one’s identity in Christ, clients are empowered to realize their gifts and purpose, which enriches their actions and overall well-being. Whether working with individuals, families, or couples, I am committed to helping clients achieve emotional healing, spiritual growth, and lasting transformation aligned with their cultural and spiritual values.

I believe in "possibilities thinking", goal setting, active strategizing, and frequent accounting of progress. Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families and historically getting positive results. I tend to work with families with special members such as teens and seniors. I have always worked with teens as it seemed to be a population others found difficult, but I liked the challenge. Now that I am a senior, I better understand the needs of our demographic. I tend to utilize a Family Systems approach which sees the individual in a family context as the majority has grown up in some form of family, whether related by blood or not. I've also taught Marriage and Family Therapy through what is now Drexel University's Family Therapy Program and have offered professional Supervision as a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. By working with the client in a collaborative, goal setting manner, faster more positive results seem to be achieved.

Hi! I'm John.
Are you having a hard time managing your work stress? Anxiety? Are you feeling like your relationship/marriage is 'On the rocks?' Or, just feeling down? If so, I can help!
I have helped both individuals and couples work through challenges of all varieties stemming from many different and unique issues. I help clients work through their challenges by helping them to identify practical solutions, barriers, and strengths that lead them to being able to solve their particular issue(s). I love using Solution-Focused and Cognitive-Behavioral therapies to get individuals and couples past the obstacles standing in their way so they can lead productive and fulfilling lives.
You have made the right choice seeking out therapy. Most find therapy to be enjoyable and an opportunity for personal growth. It can feel good to just 'let it out' or 'get it off of your chest.' Sometimes just having someone to listen and understand can make a big difference! I look forward to working with you and to walking with you on your journey and to helping you through your difficult time.

Hi there! I'm a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping you move toward a healthier, more hopeful future. My own early life experiences have shaped my passion for supporting others, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges children, teens, and families face—especially around conflict, abuse, isolation, and rejection. As well as the long lasting effects these have on adults that did not have the opportunity to address them sooner.

Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions. Together, we can build a path forward through empathetic processing, acceptance, skill building, and goal planning.
Therapy is like a compass, it doesn't provide all the answers, but it provides direction. Focusing on your strengths, presenting problem, and future goals, our time together will be spent targeting false thoughts, realizing potential, and building trust in yourself.
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or frustrated by patterns you understand but can't seem to change? I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD and neurodivergence, trauma, major life transitions, relationship stress, and the emotional impact of medical concerns.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, straightforward, and collaborative, with humor when it fits. I have 15 years of experience as a therapist, including 10 years working in a neuropsychology-focused setting. Together, we'll make sense of what you're experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical strategies that fit your life and your goals.
