About me

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Messiah University in Marriage, Couple and Family counseling and have been practicing for 6 years. I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, and issues with relationships or family. As an experienced licensed professional counselor, it is my honor to assist you in exploring your core issues and move toward a healthy, fulfilling life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our initial session, we will start with brief introductions to learn more about each other, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am an experienced and empathic marriage/family therapist who provides services to individuals, couples, and families for issues including relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, parent/child difficulties, co-parenting struggles, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and PTSD. I have a history of working in different therapy fields from Addiction counseling to Family Counseling. I participate in monthly trainings that focus on family systems, family conflict, relationship issues, and mental health to continue growing my knowledge and skills to best help my clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, difficulties adjusting, ADHD, relationship challenges, co-parenting challenges, or just feeling overwhelmed and stressed, I am here to help. Starting therapy can be scary and is the first big step in the healing process. I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, and therapeutic space to work on healing.

It’s real easy to open up and talk with Abby. I feel comfortable and safe. She listens, I don’t feel judged, she asks me questions that help me better figure out where an issue is stemming from. Her questions help me articulate what I’m trying to say or explain. I look forward to our sessions.
