I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique story. I see individuals, couples, families, including support for adolescents and college-aged clients. My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, helping individuals overcome challenges like anxiety, OCD, trauma, low self-esteem, ADHD, and relationship issues. Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first therapy session, clients can expect me to primarily focus on getting to know them, understanding their reasons for seeking therapy, and setting the stage for a therapeutic relationship. This involves answering simple questions about their life, background, symptoms, and goals. Clients can also expect to discuss their expectations of therapy and hearing more about my approach and different techniques to expect.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Compassionate, solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges and working toward lasting growth. I strive to create a safe space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings, while, when appropriate, challenging clients to foster growth. I provide direct communication while exhibiting patience and a compassionate ear.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in working with teens and adults who are seeking deeper connection, healing, and clarity in their relationships. Whether you’re an individual navigating the impact of past trauma, a couple struggling with conflict or disconnection, or a family facing difficult transitions, I provide a supportive and collaborative space to explore the challenges you’re facing. My work focuses on helping clients improve communication, resolve interpersonal conflicts, and break free from unhealthy patterns rooted in unresolved emotional wounds. I’m especially passionate about guiding clients through the complexities of marriage and family dynamics, strengthening relationships, and fostering emotional resilience.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

As a Christian counselor, I believe that true healing involves both the heart and the soul. My approach can integrate, if preferred by the client, Biblical truths, offering a compassionate space where faith and mental health go hand in hand. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to walk alongside you with hope, wisdom and grace. As a licensed practicing counselor and strong spiritual background, I believe in the power of faith to bring transformation and restoration through biblically-informed counseling. "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." - Matthew 11:28

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have over 10 years experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions using evidence-based approaches. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful patters, build practical coping skills, and foster lasting emotional resilience.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I often utilize a Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) modality when appropriate. With a strengths-based and goal-oriented approach, I help individuals, couples, and families identify practical steps toward positive change. I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives and focus on building upon existing strengths and resources to overcome challenges. I empower clients to envision their preferred future and take meaningful action to achieve it.

Gottman method

I specialize in helping partners reconnect, rebuild trust, and create lasting change using the Gottman Method, a research-based approach developed through decades of clinical studies on what makes relationships succeed—or fail. I work with couples of all backgrounds and orientations, guiding them through evidence-based tools and strategies to deepen emotional connection, improve communication, and navigate conflict constructively. My work is grounded in the belief that every relationship has the potential for healing and growth. In sessions, I help partners identify destructive patterns, build a foundation of friendship and appreciation, and develop practical skills for managing conflict. Whether you're navigating a crisis, struggling with intimacy, or simply want to strengthen your bond, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where both individuals feel heard and valued. If you’re ready to do the work of building a healthier, more connected relationship, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
