Everyone deserves to feel heard and believed. One of my first goals in working with you will be to discuss how to create a space and relationship where you feel safe and respected while coming up with a plan to meet your unique needs. Therapy with me is not a place where you are given band-aids. While many techniques I employ can help in the immediate, our goal is to find long-lasting change. This may be uncomfortable or difficult at times, but through that discomfort comes deeper understanding and insight, and ultimately a more healed and meaningful existence. Every human being is unique and you deserve to experience therapy that fits your unique needs rather than a one sized fits all approach. I am trained in a variety of evidence based treatment methods including CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma informed modalities and will work with you in our sessions to find what works best for you.
My work as a clinician is grounded in compassion and a deeply person-centered approach. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely understood and accepted, so I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace. Compassion guides how I listen, how I respond, and how I tailor therapy to each unique child and family, ensuring that the counseling process feels gentle, respectful, and attuned to their needs.
When working with children, I primarily use mindfulness-based play therapy. Play is a natural form of communication for children, allowing them to express emotions, explore relationships, and process challenges in a developmentally appropriate way. By integrating mindfulness practices, I help children become more aware of their thoughts and feelings, regulate their bodies, and develop self-compassion. This blend helps them build emotional resilience and fosters a deeper connection with themselves.
Although most of the work occurs individually with the child, I incorporate family therapy sessions when they can meaningfully support the child’s progress. These sessions are not the main focus of treatment, but a valuable addition that strengthens communication, builds understanding, and helps families create more mindful and supportive environments at home. My goal is to guide families with compassion, helping them recognize patterns and learn ways to nurture their child’s growth.
I also draw from contextual therapy, which helps me understand each client within the larger systems and relationships that influence their daily life. Approaching these dynamics with empathy and curiosity allows me to support clients and families in healing relational wounds and building healthier, more balanced connections.
Across all modalities, compassion remains at the heart of my work. I aim to meet every person with warmth and respect, creating a healing experience that honors their story and supports meaningful, lasting change.

I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.

I currently see children ages 5 and older for trauma counseling and adults who are navigating mental health concerns, life transitions, or changes related to substance use or sobriety.

Life is hard. Sometimes it feels like problems come one after another. It is overwhelming. You don't have to get through it alone. Therapy is a great place to talk about life's problems where you can say anything and not be judged. No matter what you’re facing, talking with someone can help. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel like you’re grabbing coffee with a friend…a friend who happens to be a licensed counselor with more than 11 years of experience.
In my time working as a counselor, I have helped patients manage and overcome obstacles like anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. From challenges with the overwhelming pressure of academic life, work life, career choices, relationship challenges, and more, I will be there to offer an objective perspective on your situation and provide healthy tips and resources to navigate it. My approach empowers personal growth while always ensuring you feel safe, seen, and heard.
Depending on your needs, I utilize CBT, DBT, and Reality Therapy approaches in sessions. Currently, all sessions will be conducted virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home and on a more flexible schedule.
Let's do this together.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to navigate life’s challenges and changes. With over 10 years of experience as a social worker, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of their most difficult moments, especially those impacted by cancer, illness, grief, and major life transitions.
I’m committed to showing up with authenticity, care, and openness so you feel heard and respected. My goal is to create a safe, non‑judgmental space where you can explore your resilience and move toward meaningful change.
Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is non-judgmental and collaborative, focused on helping you build skills, insight, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with 10 years of experience in the counseling field. I began my career working with children and families in community settings, and today I specialize in supporting adults through individual therapy. I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including: depression and mood disorders, anxiety, stress management and burnout, interpersonal and communication challenges, life transitions, career, and educational stressors.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, practical tools, and a flexible style that adapts to your unique needs. Whether you’re looking for coping strategies, deeper self-understanding, or space to process difficult experiences, my goal is to support your growth and well-being.
Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, crafting, hiking, traveling to new places, and spending time with my cat and family. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
If you are here because you are struggling with anxiety, eating disorders, low self-esteem, and life transitions there is a way out. If you are experiencing panic attacks and anxiety I can provide you the hope that you can heal. If you feel stuck in life, let's get unstuck. I work with those experiencing grief in relationships, loss of loved ones, pets, and autonomy. My clients are creative individuals who often take the world on their shoulders. I work with parents, partners, children, siblings, and professionals who need to be heard and seen.
I help professionals in recovery who are carrying more than anyone realizes. Many of my clients are high-achieving people who have spent years holding everything together on the outside while privately struggling with alcohol, substances, compulsive behaviors, anxiety, or burnout. They’re people who have been depended on—at home, at work, and in their families—and they’re tired of performing, hiding, or white-knuckling their way through life.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience in addiction recovery, trauma, and life transitions, I bring a grounded, practical, and compassionate approach. My work is deeply influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), values-based living, and helping clients build a life that feels aligned rather than pressured or chaotic.
I understand that asking for help—especially as a professional—comes with unique challenges: reputation concerns, workplace stress, perfectionism, shame, fear of consequences, and relationships strained by years of coping alone. My role is not to judge or lecture, but to offer a private, steady space where you can talk openly, regain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more peaceful life.
Whether you’re navigating early sobriety, long-term recovery, career demands, relationship stress, or a sense that you’ve lost yourself, I’m here to walk with you—not as an authority figure, but as someone who respects the courage it takes to show up.
If you’re ready for therapy that’s confidential, respectful, and tailored to the realities of being a professional in recovery, I’d be honored to support you.
Starting therapy is a brave and meaningful step toward caring for your mental health. It’s natural to feel a mix of emotions—empowered, curious, or even a little uncertain—as you begin this journey.
I’m a Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field, dedicated to helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma with compassion and evidence-based care. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can openly explore what you’re going through, whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenges with self-care. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches designed to ease distress, build helpful skills, and uncover deeper insights that foster healing.
Therapy is not only about addressing struggles—it’s also a space for growth, self-discovery, and creating the life you truly want. Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here to walk alongside you and support you in building a path that feels meaningful and fulfilling. I have extensive experience working with Veterans, active military personnel, and first responders, and I’m deeply committed to helping each client move toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.

Hi, I’m Angela — a therapist specializing in women’s issues, anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, identity shifts, pregnancy, postpartum, early parenting, midlife mental health, the empty nest experience, and career counseling. I primarily work with women, as well as anyone who resonates with these themes, who feel anxious, exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are in this season of life. Many of the people I support are navigating relationship or family stress, changes in motherhood or caregiving roles, major career decisions, leadership transitions that bring up imposter syndrome, or the emotional and identity shifts of midlife and the empty nest transition. My approach is warm, supportive, and trauma-informed, blending emotional regulation skills with practical coping strategies to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself as you move through these transitions. If any of this resonates with you, I’m here to help.
“We all face challenges that will disrupt our sense of normalcy, and while we often find ways to adapt, there are times we recognize the need to seek support from a professional to help us navigate.”
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of clinical experience. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work from Widener University and hold clinical licensure in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. I utilizes trauma-informed care to meet the unique needs of my clients within a safe and therapeutic environment.
I am the mother to 2 grown children and a grandmother. I was married for over 40 years prior to my husband passing, I now share my house with a Golden Retriever.
I went back to school later in life, and like to encourage others to do the same if possible.
My first experience in this field came when I got a job at a county mental health/developmental services program as a receptionist. I was motivated by all the great work that the caseworkers were doing to improve their clients lives. I went back to school to finish my Bachelors and finally received a Masters in Social work. I retired from the county program as a Casework Supervisor, I felt that my position was becoming more administrative, and I was missing the connections I had made with my clients.
At that time I felt it was time to work on what my original goal was which was to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I did work for 5 years with children with behavioral issues in school and in their homes.
My previous position was in a small practice in rural PA, where I learned the importance of being eclectic in my treatment approach because every clent and their situation is different , and they deserve to have a treatment plan specifically targeted to their situation
Congrats on taking the big step to do something different! The most important and fulfilling peace is the one we have within and I want to help you achieve that peace. I offer a supportive, client-centered approach to therapy where your voice, needs, and goals are at the heart of everything we do. I'm not the kind of therapist you see in movies that are stoic, silent, and scribbling on a clipboard. Instead, you’ll find me engaged, compassionate, and genuinely present with you in each session. We'll work together to create a path forward that feels right for you, at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
I bring a strong foundation of experience in supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. Over time, I’ve developed a particular passion for working with anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and offering specialized care through Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, an evidence-based approach that can bring real relief and change.
In addition to anxiety and OCD, I also support clients navigating life transitions and the stress that can come with them. My approach includes building practical coping skills, managing stress, reframing unhelpful thought patterns, and gently challenging negative behaviors. I also integrate helpful online self-guided resources to support your progress between sessions.
Taking the first step toward change can be the hardest and the most courageous. I'm here to walk alongside you, and I truly look forward to supporting you on your journey!

Hello! My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process your experiences, deepen your understanding of yourself, and explore areas where healing is needed. I take a person-centered approach, meaning you lead the way in your journey while I follow—offering guidance, support, and tools as needed. I offer EMDR, IFS, CBT, and other modalities, tailoring our work to what feels most helpful and empowering for you.
I also place a strong emphasis on connecting the mind and body, as many of us experience a disconnect between the two. For those who are interested, I incorporate elements of energy therapy—drawing on yogic principles, Usui Reiki, and other approaches—to support your healing process.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and experiences, and I offer specific support for those seeking culturally sensitive therapy, honoring your unique story and identity throughout our work together.

Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor and a board certified art therapist. I have been practicing for just over six years and I received my masters degree in art therapy from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. I help clients with various needs such as anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, relationships, communication and coping skills to help become the best versions of themselves. I started my journey at KidsPeace Children's Hospital as an art therapist for a couple years, running group and individual therapy sessions. After KidsPeace I transitioned to St. Luke's Hospital in Quakertown as a therapist running group therapy sessions. Talk therapy is the most common method of therapy on this platform, but be aware that if you do have any interest in art therapy, we can certainly incorporate that into our work together whether that be during our sessions or for homework. The choice is yours!

Welcome! My name is Dawn, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) located in Pennsylvania. I received my graduate degree in clinical counseling psychology from Eastern University in 2010, but I have worked in the social services field for over 24 years.
My early career centered around children and youth, from directing a community youth delinquency program in Philadelphia, to providing direct therapeutic services to adolescents within residential treatment facilities.
In the last 15 years I've worked primarily with the adult population in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient treatment sites, hospital and community based mental health facilities, within Universities as well as in group private practice.
I truly place a high value on the establishment of the therapeutic alliance, and view the treatment process as a working collaborative relationship based on mutual respect, positive regard, and a shared goal of client empowerment to create life altering change. Let's work together!
Is anxiety or depression keeping you from living the life you want? Are you struggling in your relationships? Would you like to communicate more effectively? Do you isolate or avoid situations because of low self-esteem or lack of self-confidence? Is a self-sabotaging behavior interfering with your well-being or relationships? You and I can work together to bring about change: you can overcome anxiety and depression. You can break out of the cycle of self-sabotaging or addictive behaviors. Life can be better and relationships more fulfilling. With support and guidance, you can build the life you want.
I have extensive experience in the fields of mental health and addictions, working with individuals seeking change and the loved ones who want to support them.
