Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania. Since completing my graduate program at Syracuse University in 2012, I've been working closely with individuals, couples and families, helping them to meet personal and relational goals. I enjoy connecting with people, meeting them where they're at, and supporting them in their healing journey. I find it deeply satisfying to help people view things in a different light: themselves, their relationships, and their future.
Are you struggling in your daily life to manage intrusive thoughts or to keep yourself feeling "happy"? Are you struggling in your relationships to feel like you're "enough" or to feel like you're appreciated? Do you often wish you had someone to talk to about some of the things you're experiencing to figure out a way to "fix" things you're unhappy with?
Hello, My name is Jacqueline Adams (she/her). I have worked as a mental health therapist in various settings in Pennsylvania for the past seven years. I have worked with people working on problems related to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and PTSD (among other diagnoses).

Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Based out of Texas. Licensed both in Texas and Pennsylvania. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I specialize primarily in working with individuals that struggle with trauma and anxiety. With experience in various types of trauma, I have partnered with many individuals to help them learn how to navigate life. My goal is to empower the individual through learning coping skills that are the right fit for the person.
I am also an individual that believes all people deserve therapy, I am not going to judge a client, or make them feel small. My job is truly to hear what my client has to say and offer any skill that I have to help that person. I am an ally to all people regardless of your identity.
Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I received my Masters Degree from Lock Haven University. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families of all ages. I began my career working with children and families and now I work with all ages. To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.

I believe that if every human being had someone to provide them with unconditional positive regard, especially during the formative years of childhood, our world would be a safer place. Unfortunately, many of us don’t even make it through childhood without wounds from emotionally painful experiences. Sometimes the consequences of these experiences are long-lasting and can impact our well-being, relationships, and work. Fortunately, therapy can help. I have worked in community and university settings for the past 9 years, and I have experience treating a variety of mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, trauma, marriage/family issues, and communication challenges.
Life rarely comes with a roadmap, and lately, just getting through your daily checklist might feel like an uphill battle. Maybe you are constantly doubting yourself, feeling hijacked by anxiety, or realizing that the way you’ve been coping with stress or anger just isn't working anymore.
If you are a teenager, college student, adult, or an exhausted parent trying to handle a massive life transition by trial and error, I want you to know two things: your feelings make complete sense, and you do not have to figure this out by yourself.

Hello!
I studied social work at Lock Haven university and went on to continue my studies at Western New Mexico university. I pride myself in being an adaptable person who has had the privilege of experiencing many different life circumstances. I was raised in rural Pennsylvania and have recently moved back after 10 years in Philadelphia. I have maintained exceptional roles from previous employers within the field of social work. I bring curiosity and understanding to each session with the goal of helping individuals take one more step in their journey of self discovery and acceptance. I believe that exploring the depths of human complexity and emotion is a life long journey that can be difficult yet beautiful. I have most experience in working with individuals with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression as well as with families in the capacity of case management and family therapy.
I have a pretty straight forward approach and would be asking the hard questions. My style is reciprocal in the sense that I would expect the same straight forward honesty from my clients. I hope to promote the idea that individuals can be their authentic self within the space that I would help create for them. I have had the privilege of working with different populations of people. I will always do my best to ensure that I can provide support that is compatible for the individual.
My intention is to provide empowerment and support for anyone who is open to working on that with me.

Hi there! I’m Sarah :) Congratulations at taking the first step in reaching out to a counselor. I can understand how difficult it can be for some to make that decision. It can be hard to admit when someone feels like they need additional help in their lives to get things moving in a positive direction. It's important to recognize that this is not a flaw, and that teamwork is sometimes the best solution for an issue. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is very important and that you need to feel comfortable with someone to open up and trust. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to help you find your desired goals.
Fulfilling our potential is a lifelong journey of becoming more at peace with ourselves, deepening the intimacy in our relationships, being more authentically human, and feeling more alive each day. Along the way, certain challenges arise to cause us distress or confusion. Such moments can make us feel held back, afraid, or unsure of where to go from here. But these moments can also be the points of growth and healing from which we renew ourselves in ways we did not think possible.
It is a great privilege helping men and women in their search to improve their relationship with themselves and others, to lessen the burden of emotional pain, to experience freedom from addictions, or to embark on new life challenges - to find the hope and courage needed to take those important next steps.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Trauma and ADHD specialist with extensive experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. This environment is designed to foster a new mindset, enhance self-esteem, and cultivate a new mindset that promotes joy and positivity. “My style of therapy draws from Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy/mindfulness. My passion is for learning your story and working alongside you to find the solutions that work for you. I’m here to help you examine what you’ve already lived through and find the path forward. Hello, and welcome — I’m so glad you’ve landed on my profile. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and have been working in the mental health field since 2014.
Most of my career has been in Intensive Behavioral Health Services (formerly BHRS), where I served as a therapeutic staff support (TSS), mobile therapist, and behavioral specialist. I worked primarily with children ages 2–16, much of that time in elementary school settings. My work focused on supporting children on the autism spectrum, as well as those with ADHD and mood disorders, while collaborating closely with families and teachers.
I also have experience as an in‑house school therapist, again working with elementary‑aged students. Although my background is rooted in child and family work, I have also supported adults through IBHS and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I’ve spent meaningful time counseling families and partnering with educators, giving me a well‑rounded understanding of the challenges they face.
As of 1/7/2025 only accepting individual clients for new referrals!
My passion is working with children, teenagers, young adults, couples and families to process trauma and difficult experiences so they can experience growth and healing within themselves and their relationships. Through my work with individuals and family's I have learned the deep importance of understanding "what has happened" to people rather than viewing people through the lens of "what is wrong with people". Likewise, the importance of understanding one's family of origin and how this shapes our views of people and the world and impacts how we relate with people and navigate our world. I am a licensed professional counselor in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I have been in practice since 2016 and I currently work virtually with my clients via a HIPPA compliant Electronic Health Record {EHR} platform.
My clients come from various ethnic backgrounds and they range across all ages. I treat families, couples, children, adolescents, young adults, men and women and the elderly population are also included.
I guide my clients to see the strengths and beauty in themselves and believing that they are the experts in their own lives. I help them to change their thinking of self-worthlessness, teach them how to overcome their fears, their struggles with hopelessness, anxiety, stress, depression, self-blame, and lack. My clients learn how to begin to view the world as a place of joy and comfort where they can thrive and freely participate.
Through our collaborative efforts (Therapist and Client) the majority of my clients experience their healing.
Hi, I'm Wendy.
Do you find yourself wondering if your relationship is healthy? Do you feel overwhelmed by daily tasks and have trouble remembering the last time things felt 'normal?'
Together, we'll explore the challenges that have gotten in the way of you living your best quality of life and getting the relationships with others that you deserve. I use an eclectic approach that starts with coaching and coping skills and reaches into the deeper issues that cause fear, loneliness, and frustration by combining interpersonal effectiveness, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral methodologies with insight driven approaches such as relational therapy and trauma focused perspectives as needed.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with
Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I have worked with individuals in relational and traumatic crises for over fifteen years. I use humor, optimism, compassion, and honesty to ease the awkwardness of therapy and guide people to embrace their worth, freeing them to find what they seek in others.
