I am a Psychotherapist licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. I have been a licensed therapist since 2013. I work with adults challenged by stressors in the present or struggling with old wounds from the past.
As a therapist, my focus is to help clients build self awareness, identify their own internal strengths and external resources, and develop new tools and coping skills to face challenges.
As a therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you, focusing on your specific needs to help you feel comfortable, accepted, and understood without judgment. I work with people navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, relationship struggles, grief, and the overwhelm of a disordered life. My clients are often ready to establish more balance but feel stuck, unsure of how to cope or manage themselves and their relationships. I’m here to help you build the tools to make that balance a reality.
I draw from a flexible mix of approaches, tailored to you. This includes evidence-based trauma methods—like trauma-focused therapy—alongside client-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing. Whether we’re addressing painful memories or finding practical ways to improve communication, I adjust my style to fit what you need most.
Hi! I am Jaclyn. I have an extensive history working with individuals of all ages, functioning levels, and settings. I received my bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University where I studied Psychology. I then received my Master’s degree from Chestnut Hill College where I studied Clinical and Counseling Psychology. Since graduating, I have worked alongside my clients to address past traumas and symptoms of unresolved experiences.
Over the past 11 years, my work with adults, children, and families has been a true privilege. I have had the honor of listening to people's stories, I've watched people's hidden strengths come to light, and I've walked with my clients as they learn what works for them. Together we find the clarity and the internal resources needed to meet their challenges.

I applaud you taking the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share. I enjoy working together with clients to help the find peace in their lives. We all encounter struggles throughout our lives and sometimes we need to process our situations with a trusted individual so we can recover and experience the fullness of our lives. Let us start your path to healing.
Hello. My name is Chris Stoudemire and I have been working in the behavioral health field over 20 years, in multiple capacities and settings. My aim is to empower individuals to overcome obstacles, both internal and external, to improve their overall quality of life via the incorporation of multiple evidenced-based interventions within a culturally sensitive and person-centered framework. I look forward to us working together!
I'm an existential-humanistic therapist with 30+ years of experience. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches and multiple techniques. My therapeutic interventions are tailored to the unique strengths and challenges facing my clients. I see it my as my role to “help people become who they are” and I consider it an honor to facilitate healing in growth in those I serve.
You already know something is not working. Maybe it shows up in your relationships, your stress, or patterns you cannot seem to shake. I help you name it plainly and work on changing it. With a background spanning children, teens, and adults across individual, group, and family settings, I bring a direct, honest approach I call caring confrontation: pointing to what is not serving you, then working with you on what comes next. We all have these things to look at. I am no exception. If that sounds like what you need, I would love to connect.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing a grounded, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore what they’re carrying and move toward meaningful change. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based practices like CBT and Brainspotting while honoring the connection between mind and body.
Having lived abroad, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many cultures and walks of life, which deeply informs my perspective and allows me to meet clients with openness, curiosity, and cultural humility. I am also completing my Doctor of Social Work (DSW) next month, further strengthening my commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based, and meaningful care.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of past experiences. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and at your pace—where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen coping, and reconnect with yourself and your relationships in a way that feels more clear, steady, and aligned.
Clients often tell me they’ve never had a therapist quite like me. Many of my clients have tried therapy before but felt it was mainly surface-level venting. Sessions with me are far more than that. My style is active, collaborative, and grounded in honest conversation. I won’t simply nod along or repeat what you’ve already told me. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, challenge what isn’t working, and help you make sense of your experiences in a way that leads to meaningful change.
I include humor in our sessions when it feels right. Therapy can be meaningful without being stiff or overly clinical. Some conversations will be deep and challenging, while others might include humor or a different perspective. You don’t have to hold back here. You can be blunt, emotional, messy, or even make a sarcastic joke during tough discussions. I’m not looking for perfection. I’m looking for honesty and a willingness to move forward.
Understanding your diagnosis or past experiences is part of therapy, but it’s not everything. Some struggles come from trauma, mental health, or life experiences, while others are simply part of being human. We all face relationships, stress, loss, uncertainty, and change. Rather than focusing only on a diagnosis or label, we’ll look at the full picture of your life and find meaningful ways to move forward.
This work is a good fit if you are open to new ideas, willing to be challenged, and ready to apply what we discuss between sessions. I’ll provide practical tools, but therapy isn’t about quick fixes. Gaining insight is valuable, but insight alone doesn’t create change. Sometimes the work is learning to manage discomfort rather than eliminate it. Together, we’ll understand what keeps you stuck and learn to respond differently over time.
I offer a supportive space for individuals navigating trauma, grief, depression, life transitions, and cultural challenges. I integrate Gestalt, Cognitive, and Psychodynamic therapy to help clients reconnect with the present moment, explore unresolved emotions, and shift unhelpful thought patterns. My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I honor each client's unique story and create a safe environment where meaningful change can happen.

I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I completed my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania in 2013. I have been actively practicing counseling since then in a variety of settings, including a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, private practice, and in a community agency. I am currently accepting clients during weekdays in the mornings and afternoons.
At the heart of my practice is human connection. I want therapy to feel like a genuine conversation with someone who gets it—not like you’re sitting across from a clinical research paper.
I love to laugh with my clients, talk about the real stuff, and create a space where you never have to worry about being judged or saying the “wrong” thing. I’m a human being, too, and I believe that sharing parts of myself when it’s helpful can make therapy feel more comfortable, relatable, and real.
My hope is that you feel safe enough to be completely yourself with me. Maybe you’ll cry. Maybe we’ll laugh. Maybe you’ll have an “aha” moment, or maybe you’ll simply leave feeling like you finally got something off your chest.
I want therapy to be something you actually look forward to—not another obligation on your calendar. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little lighter, a little more understood, and a little more hopeful about yourself and your future.
Therapy is self-care, but it’s also connection. And sometimes, you just need a real person sitting across from you saying, “Yeah…that’s really hard. Let’s figure this out together.”

Hi! I am Lexi.
I have been working with high acuity trauma clients for three years, since switching from a career in school counseling. Working with clients who have experienced immense trauma is such meaningful work that I am so grateful to be a part of. My clinical passions are centered around helping individuals build their self-worth, challenge thinking traps, and manage mental health symptoms through coping mechanisms. The most rewarding circumstances for me are helping clients to reclaim their strengths and their story, while working towards fostering a healthy environment of love and acceptance for their selves.
While my experiences have been largely based on trauma throughout my career, I am open to all clients and enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds and circumstances. :)
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in both PA and NJ. I have been in private practice since 2001. I work with ages 15 years and older and I LOVE my career. I have a past client's wedding to go to in May :) I get to witness my clients live the lives they've always wanted and I'm a small part of that. I absolutely love my job.

Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. Hello. I'm James and I appreciate that you are considering me to be your therapist. The decision to begin therapy for the first time or with a new treatment professional requires strength, courage and commitment. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, financial pressures, addiction or any other obstacle that prevents you from living the life that you want, finding the right therapist for you is an important part of getting yourself back to where you would like to be.
I have experienced a variety of obstacles in my own life and personally understand how the therapeutic process can help change your life. This is my second career. While working in manufacturing at a pharmaceutical company, and being a full-time single-parent, I completed my education over a number of years and began working part-time in the field several years prior to my retirement from the pharmaceutical industry in 2012.
I have worked with groups and individuals in a variety of settings. To me, this career is a calling for which my collective life experiences have prepared me. My Masters degrees are in Psychological Counseling, Addictions Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I appreciate the uniqueness of each individual and have worked with people from a number of different cultures, religions and lifestyle orientations. In my own life, I strive for continual personal growth and to nurture my mind body and spirit.
Should you decide to work with me, I will help you to appreciate your strengths and to build on the courage and commitment that brought you to seek changes in your life. My goal is to always help you find ways to be happy in your life and to do it in ways that work for you. If you're willing to do the work, your life WILL get better.
Hello! I’m Tasha Medina (she/her), a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University in Applied Behavioral Sciences and my Master of Social Work degree from Temple University.
My Experience
My background includes over 20+ years of experience working in the mental health field. Our therapeutic relationship is one of the essential factors in the therapeutic process. I love to be part of your healing and discovery journeys. I aim to help you reach your full growth, healing, and wellness potential.
Therapy Goals
My goal as the therapist is to make you feel comfortable, validated, and empowered throughout the therapeutic work that we do together. I take a more supportive role, and compassion is paramount to me.
To help you reach those goals, I may use a variety of approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered and Narrative therapy approaches that focus on building trust and an authentic rapport. We’ll address your unique concerns and resolve a variety of life’s challenges together. The old narratives or “stories” we tell ourselves are sometimes destructive and impede personal growth. I’m here to help you find understanding and a path forward.
I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? As a therapist I enjoy helping individuals explore past relationship patterns, establish healthy boundaries, grow in self-esteem, and learn to relate to others differently. My goal is for every individual I have to eventually end counseling with a renewed sense of confidence. I bring humor, warmth and challenge to the counseling room.

Understanding the unique pressures and creative self-doubt they experience, I help clients navigate the drive for self-expression and the obstacles that can impede personal growth.
I specialize in helping clients navigate major life transitions—such as becoming a parent, getting married or divorced, changing careers, or coping with health challenges and grief. No matter the transition, I’m here to support you in finding clarity, healing and a path forward.
Whether you're feeling anxious, stuck, or seeking a space to grow, I would be honored to support you on your path.

My approach is holistic and grounded in the belief that mind, body, and spirit are interconnected. Together, we’ll explore the areas of your life that feel out of balance and work toward creating a sense of peace, alignment, and congruence within yourself.

Welcome! I’m Shey, an IFS-informed therapist who wishes to help you navigate the journey from unhealed trauma to meaningful personal growth. We don’t have to wait for a crisis to put on our own “oxygen masks.” I’ve learned the hard way how essential it is to care for ourselves first—nurturing our well-being so we can show up fully in our lives. In my sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for survivors of emotional and psychological abuse. I specialize in supporting women who have experienced difficult marriages and relationships, helping them rebuild their lives. Understanding the impact such trauma can have on self-esteem and identity, I work alongside you to process your experiences, rediscover your inner strength, and restore your sense of self-worth.
I also support South Asian women navigating the complexities of overlapping cultural or familial expectations. Together, we honor the strength in your scars, tend to the wounds that remain, and embrace every part of who you are—authentically and unapologetically.
