Sometimes we find it hard to ask for help when we are struggling. For you to read this profile you have just given yourself the permission to receive the healing compassion that you so deserve and I applaud you for taking that first step. As a therapist for the past 16 years, I have made it my mission to be there for people like yourself that struggle with a multitude of stressors, including anxiety, post traumatic stress, social anxiety, struggles with communication, phobias/fears and overthinking patterns to name a few. I specialize in trauma specifically with a certification in clinical trauma (CCTP). Clients who have experienced any level of trauma, can feel confident in working with me that we will process through the trauma itself and also learn how to cope with the everyday triggers and grieving process. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for both trauma related issues and for anxiety related issues. I also incorporate eclectic approaches to my treatment since every client needs something different when it comes to navigating how to cope with their struggles. I am empathetic and an attentive listener that will be your support for whatever your journey may be. My warm caring personality matched with some humor will help us to build a solid therapeutic foundation.

I am an eclectic therapist who uses methods from various disciplines to provide unique treatment for each client. HI! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania, with four years of professional clinical experience. I have a focus in helping clients struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, stress management, ,adjustment to life changes, depression and substance use, servicing college aged adults to older adult populations. My therapeutic methodology is rooted in a holistic, person-centered approach, working to highlight individual strengths and grow coping skills. With having an emphasis on CBT, I utilize a mix of modalities that best support individual needs.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), based in the Philadelphia area. I have worked as an Outpatient Therapist in community mental health agencies for the past 11 years. As an LMFT, relationships are key to my practice. I strive to build a trusting, authentic relationship with compassion and warmth. I am passionate about helping individuals and families find ways to navigate challenges and build healthier relationships. I believe in taking a collaborative, strengths-based approach, tailored to meet your needs. I look forward to guiding you along your path of personal growth and healing.
I can help you navigate through change: job loss, grief, family estrangement, divorce/breakup, gender exploration, working on anxious attachment or people-pleasing. Together, we can work to integrate trauma, depression, anxiety and other symptoms into a life that feels worthwhile, however you define that. There's definitely more than one path for healing, and what can look like stability to some can be uncomfortably stifling to others. I will utilize a combination of narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT/CBT skills (very optional!), feminist therapy and insight-oriented therapy to help you find your way forward.
My biggest rule in therapy is "no trauma shaming." That is, if you are sharing your trauma and include a qualifier such as "other people have it worse," I will remind you that your trauma is valid! Surviving trauma is difficult enough; shame is a log lying on the train tracks. We can move it, and move forward, with the correct equipment.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Messiah University in Marriage, Couple and Family counseling and have been practicing for 6 years. I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, and issues with relationships or family. As an experienced licensed professional counselor, it is my honor to assist you in exploring your core issues and move toward a healthy, fulfilling life.
Hi there! I’m Sarah :) Congratulations at taking the first step in reaching out to a counselor. I can understand how difficult it can be for some to make that decision. It can be hard to admit when someone feels like they need additional help in their lives to get things moving in a positive direction. It's important to recognize that this is not a flaw, and that teamwork is sometimes the best solution for an issue. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is very important and that you need to feel comfortable with someone to open up and trust. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to help you find your desired goals.
Fulfilling our potential is a lifelong journey of becoming more at peace with ourselves, deepening the intimacy in our relationships, being more authentically human, and feeling more alive each day. Along the way, certain challenges arise to cause us distress or confusion. Such moments can make us feel held back, afraid, or unsure of where to go from here. But these moments can also be the points of growth and healing from which we renew ourselves in ways we did not think possible.
It is a great privilege helping men and women in their search to improve their relationship with themselves and others, to lessen the burden of emotional pain, to experience freedom from addictions, or to embark on new life challenges - to find the hope and courage needed to take those important next steps.
I received my master’s degree in counseling in 2011 and have been working as a counselor in higher education since then. I started providing on-line counseling more than 5 years ago and got to perfect that skill over the pandemic.
I am the father of three beautiful, intelligent, well adjusted, usually content, sometimes happy, young adults and I hold my job in helping them become good humans as my most valued and important purpose in my existence. I was married to the same woman for twenty-three years, since we were but ourselves emerging adults, and understand that even with friendship, love, and respect this type of partnership has its ebbs and flows; and sometimes relationships are just completed. I understand how difficult the loss of love can be; but also understand that life can be great again after these hardships.
I believe in the ability in nature to restore the energy that we constantly give out and always urge people to be outside, to recharge themselves. I am creative and productive and will push my clients to unlock the creative potentials they inside of themselves. I love starting and finishing home improvement projects. I enjoy reading and am passionate about music although I am not musically inclined in the least. I understand that even when we are doing everything "right" and doing the things we love...life can still be difficult.
I consider pride myself on the ability to quickly form a therapeutic alliance and maintain positive relationships with my clients to enact the changes they wish to see, get through rough patches, reach goals, or just be "happyish". I am open, honest, friendly, and pretty normal. I will work closely with you to help you solve your own issues as I feel we hold the answers to our own questions.

Outside of therapy, I love being in nature, hiking, working out, and travelling to new places. In addition to this, rooted in my Caribbean heritage, I enjoy the beach, ocean views, sunsets and sunrises.

I wear many hats as a talk-therapist, creative arts therapist, mom, partner, friend, and engaged community member. While balancing a career as a teaching artist and mom, I was drawn to counseling because of the help I received and my desire to help others navigate life's challenges. I am now a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist who helps people take the next steps toward feeling better and living fuller.
Hi, I’m Erica. I’m a therapist in the Philadelphia area who believes healing is rarely neat, linear, or Instagram-perfect. My approach blends evidence-based tools with an honest appreciation for how complicated, funny, painful, and beautiful being human can be.
I offer a grounded, judgment-free space for people who want to understand themselves better, break old patterns, or simply breathe a little easier.
As someone living with a disability, I don’t use the word “resilience” lightly. I understand what it means to navigate life with both strength and limitation, and I bring that lived insight into my work—not as a badge of honor, but as a way of connecting with people from a place of truth. I show up as a therapist, yes, but also as a real person who knows what it feels like to keep moving even when things are heavy.

Hi! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Pennsylvania. I have been in practice for over 10 years, but in the field for more than 20. I received my masters degree from John F. Kennedy University. I help individuals work through trauma in order to experience themselves and their lives from a heart centered place where they can be their true selves.
Hi, I’m Kelly Tamburro, LPC. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who helps high achievers, caregivers, and young adults break out of anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. I rely heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand your patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build practical skills that actually make life feel lighter.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. On the outside, you might be the responsible one, the strong one, or the one people rely on, but inside you may feel exhausted, anxious, or unsure of how to slow down. You don’t have to keep holding everything by yourself.
My style is warm, calm, and collaborative. I provide a nonjudgmental space to process trauma, gain insight, and learn tools that support long-term healing. While my Grow practice is fully virtual, I bring a nature-informed perspective to therapy, using grounding, mindfulness, and nature-based reflection to help you feel more centered and connected wherever you are.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, find relief from stress and trauma symptoms, and rebuild your sense of balance and confidence, I’d love to support you.

Hi! I'm Dana, a licensed therapist (LPC) in Philadelphia for adults who are tired of the way their past experiences keep impacting the way they show up in the present, who feel like their feelings are "too much", and who get stuck overthinking everything but are unable to change in the ways they'd like.
If you're struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues and/or low self esteem; I'm here to tell you that there isn't anything 'wrong' with you. You aren't broken, you have simply learned to cope in ways that are no longer serving you. You don't need to be labeled or pathologized, you need to be supported by someone who actually gets you.
Clients my training and background would most benefit are those experiencing difficulty in their relationships with their children, parents, spouses, co-workers or other significant people in their lives; those whose anxiety or depression is holding them back, and those who are willing to work to reach their true potential.
I earned my MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago concentrating in mental health and have helped people in complicated and difficult situations ever since.

And I love the process of holding a safe space for those ready to do what it takes to break free of the perceived limitations that difficult symptoms conspire to create. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches (including CBT, Nurtured Heart, EFT), infused with some humor and deep reverence for the clients with whom I have the honor of meeting. If you're looking for support, even if it's not with me, I hope you take that first step today!

When supporting clients with eating disorders, I combine compassionate support with evidence-based interventions to address both the physical and psychological aspects of recovery. I also specialize in trauma-focused care, helping individuals process painful experiences in a safe and structured way, reducing emotional distress, and building emotional regulation skills.
Working with first responders and military clients, I understand the high levels of stress, trauma exposure, and unique cultural factors that can impact mental health. I provide practical tools, psychoeducation, and coping strategies to support emotional well-being while honoring the unique identity and experiences of each client.
Whether you are seeking to process trauma, heal from addiction, manage anxiety or depression, or improve your overall well-being, I am here to guide you. Together, we can create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, fosters personal growth, and empowers you to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. You are not alone in this journey, and change is possible.
I have worked in the treatment since i was 36 and have 35 years of experience. My early experience was in the drug and alcohol and relapse prevention field. During that time i attended the Gestalt Institute in Cleveland, Ohio where I took 4 years of intense training. This lead me to find that therapy is not a method for me to figure out the client but a means for the client to gain greater self-awareness in facing their own life aspirations and struggles. I place focus on clients’ somatic awareness, especially breath, so being more in their body so they can try on new physical and intellectual styles in facing their world. I have a lot of knowledge about what is called the 12 step process and have melded together spirituality and religion in my own life. Prior to being a counselor/ therapist i taught school, painted steel bridges and other structures, and was a machinist at a large steel company, that like the many in our area have since closed their shops.

My biggest passion has always been to help others, and I am so grateful I can achieve that as a therapist. Helping my clients identify struggles and find new skills for coping makes my work as a therapist very rewarding. My personal life and professional life can often overlap since I value service, holistic healing, spirituality and community. I love animals, and when I'm not with my fur babies Ayla, Lynx and Bandit, I spend some of my free time volunteering at one of my local animal shelters. I enjoy working out and prioritizing movement to keep myself energized and strong. I deeply enjoy quality time with my husband, our family and friends, as well as growing in my own faith and spirituality.
My name is Beth Ann Bunting, and I am a LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania, with over 30 years of experiencing supporting individuals and families. My goal as a therapist is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths and potential. Whether you're looking for understanding, coping skills, or a path toward deeper healing, I'm here to help guide that process with compassion and care.
