Specializing in work with first responders and high-stress adults, this practice supports individuals navigating anxiety, anger related to stress, and emotional burnout that can build under constant pressure. Many clients are coping with caregiver stress, workplace burnout, and first responder stress. It’s common to feel emotionally drained, irritable, or experience difficulty feeling heard in relationships while still showing up for others every day. Sessions are thoughtful, supportive, and focused on helping clients feel understood, regain balance, and build resilience over time. Aetna insurance, as well as several other insurances are accepted through Grow Therapy, with virtual sessions available to fit busy and demanding schedules.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance to slow down and talk through what’s been weighing on you. We’ll focus on what brought you in, what feels most important right now, and what you’d like to work toward. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and, when helpful, a simple tool to start feeling more supported right away.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Creating a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood is a core strength of this work. The approach is practical and grounded, helping clients better understand their emotional responses, especially anxiety and anger, and learn tools they can use in everyday life. Sessions balance support with forward movement, focusing on real change rather than just talking about the problem.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults experiencing: Anxiety and chronic stress, Burnout and work-related pressure, Anger connected to feeling overwhelmed or misunderstood, Relationship and communication difficulties, Life transitions and role changes, Caregiver stress, parenting challenges, and emotional fatigue. I also have experience supporting caregivers, veterans, first responders, and high-responsibility professionals who are used to pushing through but are ready for support. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck and ready for support I’m ready to work with you. Reach out to schedule a session and take the next step toward feeling more balanced and supported.
