I’m an outcome-focused therapist who helps adults navigate anxiety, anger, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and grief. Many of the people I work with are used to being the strong one, the parent, caregiver, first responder, or high stress professional who holds everything together for everyone else while privately feeling overwhelmed, reactive, exhausted, or stuck in survival mode. Therapy with me is supportive, practical, and focused on real-life change, not just talk therapy. Together, we’ll identify the patterns and triggers keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional regulation, and build coping skills that help you respond rather than react. I also provide practical “homework” between sessions so you can take what we discuss and begin using it in your everyday life. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience and a Certified Grief Counselor. I specialize in DBT-based skills, emotion regulation, women’s issues, grief, and major life transitions. I accept Aetna and several other major insurance plans in Pennsylvania, and self-pay. Virtual sessions are available, including early morning and evening appointments for busy schedules.
The first session is a chance to slow down and talk through what’s been weighing on you. We’ll focus on what brought you in, what feels most important right now, and what you’d like to work toward. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and, simple tools to start feeling more supported right away. I help adults navigate anxiety, grief, burnout, emotional overwhelm, anger, and relationship challenges. Together, we'll build practical skills to regulate emotions, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and respond rather than react.
I teach you to have space and grace with yourself. I believe therapy should be more than just talking...it should lead to real, lasting change. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs, while encouraging accountability, self-awareness, and personal growth. I strive to create an environment where clients feel respected and understood while also being challenged to step outside their comfort zones. Together, we focus on building practical skills, increasing resilience, and developing confidence. I often provide exercises, reflections, or strategies to work on between sessions so clients can continue building momentum and applying what they learn in real-life situations.
I love working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, constantly on edge, emotionally reactive, burned out, or stuck in unhealthy patterns they cannot seem to break on their own. Many of my clients are high functioning on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, anger, self esteem, grief, people pleasing, or difficulty regulating emotions and relationships. I work well with parents, caregivers, first responders, veterans, and high stress professionals who are used to putting everyone else first and are ready to learn healthier coping skills, improve boundaries, gain emotional control, and feel more confident and grounded in daily life. My approach is practical, direct, supportive, and focused on creating real, lasting change.

I integrate DBT skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness into sessions in a practical, supportive way. My approach focuses on helping clients apply these skills in real-life situations so they can feel more grounded, in control, and confident between sessions.
In CBT, we focus on recognizing and building patterns of thoughts and behaviors. Together, we learn strategies to shift unhelpful thinking, strengthen coping skills, and create habits that support your goals for personal growth.
I help clients honor and process their loss, while discovering their inner strengths. Together, we explore ways to find meaning, build resilience, and build a path toward renewed hope and empowerment.
Together, we identify your strengths and amplify them so you can navigate life's challenges with confidence and create meaningful change.
I use a trauma-informed approach that centers safety and empowerment. We gently explore how past experiences affect you today while helping you feel supported and in control as you heal.
