I’m a warm and compassionate therapist who walks alongside clients facing anxiety, depression, grief, and early-life trauma. As a Certified Grief Therapist, I understand how heavy loss and emotional wounds can feel, and I’m committed to offering a space where you can breathe, open up, and feel truly supported.
