It would be my pleasure to work with you! My name is Kim Sylla and I have been interested in the field of social services since childhood when I enthusiastically listened to the life stories of those around me including friends, neighbors and extended relatives. This interest grew with with my first therapist volunteer experience -- at the age of 20 -- with individuals who had substance use and mental health disorders. Since then I have had a wide array of additional volunteer and work experiences with adults and adolescents undergoing various life challenges at work, school, home and in the larger community. My varied experience, training and education prepared me to use an integrative therapeutic approach that draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and ecological systems theory.

Since I was 17, I’d always wanted to be a therapist. I learned that sometimes it takes more than just healing the mind in order to heal the whole person. That means that sometimes people need healing on emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. I then received two masters degrees, one in mental health counseling, and the other in the applied healing arts. Utilizing both these degrees has helped me to combine both traditional and alternative therapies into my work.
Congrats on taking the big step to do something different! The most important and fulfilling peace is the one we have within and I want to help you achieve that peace. I offer a supportive, client-centered approach to therapy where your voice, needs, and goals are at the heart of everything we do. I'm not the kind of therapist you see in movies that are stoic, silent, and scribbling on a clipboard. Instead, you’ll find me engaged, compassionate, and genuinely present with you in each session. We'll work together to create a path forward that feels right for you, at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
I bring a strong foundation of experience in supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. Over time, I’ve developed a particular passion for working with anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and offering specialized care through Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, an evidence-based approach that can bring real relief and change.
In addition to anxiety and OCD, I also support clients navigating life transitions and the stress that can come with them. My approach includes building practical coping skills, managing stress, reframing unhelpful thought patterns, and gently challenging negative behaviors. I also integrate helpful online self-guided resources to support your progress between sessions.
Taking the first step toward change can be the hardest and the most courageous. I'm here to walk alongside you, and I truly look forward to supporting you on your journey!

Hi! I am Clarissa Hummel Clare, LPC. After graduating with my Bachelor’s degree, I had the opportunity to work in multiple community settings as a caseworker. Through this work, I realized my desire to be able to work with people in reaching personal goals through talk therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania with 15+ years of experience in the mental health field. I have experience working in various clinical settings as a leader and educator. I am passionate about helping my clients work through depression, anxiety, family conflicts, self-esteem issues, and major life transitions. I understand that life can be hard and messy. Hello and welcome! I’m Beth, and I’m so glad you’re here taking this important first step toward self-care. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. You may be feeling a loss of motivation, overwhelmed by emotions, or worried about a child. Whatever challenges you’re facing, I believe EVERYONE deserves to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can face challenges, find empowerment, and build a sense of security to move forward with confidence.
As a highly sensitive and empathetic person, I deeply value compassion and authenticity. As a wife and mother of two young adults, we definitely have our moments of driving each other a little crazy! I find my balance by spending time outdoors and enjoying plenty of chocolate!!! The tools and strategies I share with my clients are ones I’ve personally used, and my experiences as a therapist, educator, mother, wife, daughter, and friend allow me to connect as a genuine and relatable ally in the therapeutic process.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent 20 years teaching in Philadelphia, working with students who often faced significant emotional and mental health challenges. During that time, I witnessed how the education system prioritized academics over addressing these deeper struggles. Over time, I came to realize that my true calling was to support children on a more personal level, which inspired me to pursue my degree in mental health counseling and begin the work I’m so passionate about today.
As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, I’m deeply committed to advocating for children who aren’t getting the support they need. I also find it incredibly meaningful when adult clients share that they’ve always felt something was “off,” only to later discover that ADHD may have played a role in their experiences.

I work with adults who carry a lot—responsibility, expectations, and often unresolved trauma—while appearing strong and capable to everyone else. If you struggle with chronic anxiety, burnout, emotional numbness, or a constant sense of pressure, my work is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and heal at a deeper level.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, my approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in attachment-based and evidence-based care. I specialize in complex and developmental trauma, as well as high-functioning anxiety and burnout—particularly for clients who have spent years coping, over-functioning, or putting others first.
Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and deeply intentional. I focus on creating safety and trust first, because meaningful trauma work can only happen when your nervous system feels supported. Clients often describe my style as warm and supportive, while also appropriately challenging. I will meet you with compassion and respect, and I will also help you notice patterns that keep you stuck so that real, lasting change is possible.

Hello, I am Dr. Young.
Life is full of colors. Light or dark, each has its unique quality. The secret to becoming successful in life is to change from the inside out.
We live to move forward, and it requires us to be more and do more. Resilience is an innate human capacity. In my view, everyone is capable of self-healing given the proper guidance and provided with supportive conditions. With a cultivated healthy sense of self, solutions appear with the clarity to think about what you desire in life, not what you cannot or don't have.
In tough water, even good swimmers might struggle. If you have dreams and hopes, I can help you acquire new skills as you navigate the waves of life. Let's work together!

Whether we’re using art, conversation, or mindfulness, I meet each child and family where they are, helping them make sense of big feelings, improve communication, and find calmer ways to move through challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping clients feel seen and understood rather than “fixed.”
I specialize in working with neurodivergent children and families, as well as those navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, social struggles, or family stress. Together, we focus on practical tools that bring more connection and less chaos into daily life.
Therapy with me is active, relational, and creative; we might draw, talk, problem solve, or reflect, depending on what feels right for your child and family. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, and sometimes they just need the right space and support to access it.
If your family is ready to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover your strengths, I’d be honored to help you get there.

Hi, I'm Julia Kalp. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), providing therapy since 2012, and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) since 2009. I have worked in the mental health and social services field since 2003. Over the past 22 years, I've worked with clients ranging from preschoolers to older adults, helping people across all stages of life find balance, strength, and emotional clarity.
Before beginning outpatient practice, I worked in treatment facilities and provided in-home services to children, adolescents, and families. Those early experiences showed me how deeply our relationships, environments, and early experiences shape who we are—and how much healing becomes possible when people feel safe, understood, and supported.
In my work today, I provide outpatient telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in addressing mood challenges, anxiety, trauma recovery, attention and impulse control concerns, attachment needs, and stress-related issues. I draw from evidence-based approaches, integrating trauma-informed and strengths-based care tailored to each person's needs.
My clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative—where we combine your insight and lived experience with my clinical tools to build meaningful change together.
Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, managing ADHD, or wanting to strengthen relationships, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical strategies that fit your life. Above all, I want you to leave therapy feeling more confident, capable, and connected than when you began.
As a therapist, the most important aspect of therapy is working together to create goals for therapy and create a path for meaningful change. Change is an element that is uncomfortable to most people, but by working together, we can establish lasting change through the use of each individuals strengths and by providing support. My approach is practical, I work from a cognitive perspective using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical therapy, exposure response prevention, and positive psychology.
I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology from Temple University and my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University. I am a Licensed Professional therapist and a Nationally Certified Counselor, that has worked with various populations from teenagers to the elderly in different settings including inpatient, partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient. I have experience with helping patients process grief and loss, trauma, substance abuse, personality disorders, being on the receiving end of narcissistic abuse and more common concerns such as anxiety, depression. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, stand up comedy and traveling.

My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.”
I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models:
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns).
I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible.
I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.
