With over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I have served children, adolescents, adults, and families. My mission is to create and support platforms that decrease the stigma of mental health conditions. I am a proponent for the revolution of racial justice and a LGBTQ+ Ally.
In our first session together, I will encourage you to share your strengths and challenges. I will also share my experience as it relates to your individual needs. I believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is essential in successful therapy.

I love working with individuals who are experiencing transitions in life, especially adolescents and young adults. Embracing a growth mindset is often the first step to unlocking your full potential.
Our thoughts shape our beliefs, and our beliefs shape our behavior. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people understand how to recognize their thoughts and cultivate positive behavior change.
