Jennifer Moga, LMHC, LPCC, LCC provides online therapy to adults in Florida, Ohio, and New Jersey, specializing in anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and depression, and accepts both insurance and self-pay clients. 🌿 ABOUT ME: You're capable and dependable, the one others rely on. But internally, your mind rarely slows down. You replay conversations, question decisions, and carry pressure most people don't see. On the outside, you look composed. On the inside, you're tired of overthinking and ready to respond with more clarity and intention instead of reactivity. I work with high-functioning adults managing anxiety, ADHD, or depression who want more than symptom relief. They want practical tools, stronger boundaries, clearer decisions, and steady progress toward an aligned life. Our work is most effective when you're open to reflection and willing to apply what we discuss between sessions. I bring compassion and structure to therapy. Clients describe me as warm and solution-focused: someone who listens deeply, challenges unhelpful beliefs, and provides practical tools for change. Sessions are structured and goal-oriented, supporting steady progress while remaining supportive and appropriately challenging. 📍 AGE & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: Adults (18–64) in Ohio, Florida, or New Jersey during sessions. I do not treat minors. 🎯 WHAT I TREAT: I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD and executive functioning challenges in adults. 🔒 SELF-PAY: Designed for clients seeking greater privacy, flexibility, and personalized care without insurance limits. 📌 Rates: Intake $185 | 53-min $150 | 45-min $125 | 30-min $85 📌 Out-of-network reimbursement may be available (not guaranteed). Clients verify benefits. 📌 In-network clients electing self-pay are typically not reimbursed.

Hello. I have been a licensed Psychologist since 1998. Throughout the majority of that time my private practice was within a hospital, providing care for patients that experienced a significant medical issue that lead to adjustments in their overall mental health. These individuals were needing to make adjustments in their everyday life. Obviously, strategies were worked on because depression and/or anxiety might be present. Everyone faces times in their life that is challenging. If this situation is not resolved carefully negative issues can arise. The challenge is to resolve the uncertainty before it becomes compounded and more difficult to resolve.

I tend to thrive in crisis. Ideal with the toughest cases of trauma, shootings, cults abductions, and domestic violence. I have been able to help so many veterans as well over the past 12+ years in my positions with US Service Animals, Simple, Practice, Grow Therapy and other telehealth platforms. I was an early adopter of telehealth and I have seen it. Make such a difference for so many people because of the comfort that is brought by being able to open up in an environment you know is safe, your own home/space. I take a solutions focused and a client centered approach. I am also insight oriented. I have a lot of insight when it comes to dealing with physical pain and disabilities as I have a visual disability since very young and suffered a TBI at age 24. I like to focus on what issues you are having and come up with coping mechanisms that will work for you. Dealing with the struggles I have had throughout my life has helped me work with people and develop creative and effective coping mechanisms for their specific issues. I have now lived and worked in several states with varying cultures and have benefited from all of these experiences. I have spent a lot of time in a hospital and work well with nurses and medical professionals as well. Please reach out if you think I can help and I will meet you where you are and see where we can go from here.

Anxiety & Sleeplessness Fear, insomnia, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we work towards increasing sleep time, decreasing panic or anxiety attacks or symptoms, fully understanding where overwhelming emotions stem from, and how to move towards being your best self. Relationships Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both partners and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship. Trauma and Healing Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after post-traumatic events. We work together through these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Hi, I’m Ashley therapist, animal lover, creative soul, and lifelong daydreamer. I bring a warm and down-to-earth approach to my work, and I believe that connection, curiosity, and authenticity are at the heart of healing. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me lost in a good book especially fantasy, romantasy, or dark romance (I’m a proud BookTok girly). Some of my favorite reads have come straight from client recommendations. I always love hearing what’s on your bookshelf. I’m also a big fan of all things crafty. Paper crafting is my go-to especially junk journals and mini albums but I’ve dabbled in wreaths, t-shirts, and tumblers. My creativity also spills into my love of music, which spans from Sleep Token to George Strait to Eminem. I’m always up for discovering new bands or catching a local show. On slower days, I love wandering through antique stores and thrift shops. Most of my home is decorated with pieces that have a story either found secondhand or passed down through family. I find comfort in giving old things new life. Animals have always been a grounding force in my world. I’ve been riding horses since I was four, and my heart horse, Kirby, is my trail buddy and snack-sharing best friend (she’s a big fan of applesauce and cupcakes). My two dogs, Oliver and Dottie, are certified therapy dogs who’ve joined me in visits to hospices, hospitals, nursing homes, and children’s reading programs. Together, Kirby, Oliver, and Dottie inspired the name Free to Wander Counseling, a reflection of my belief that healing often begins when we allow ourselves to explore, play, and connect in gentle, open-hearted ways. Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here just as you are.

My name is Amber. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of Ohio. My role is to empower you on this journey of self-actualization. I bring authenticity, warmth, and a solution-oriented approach. We will be working side by side to identify your goals, values, and strengths. From there, we will process past experiences to help you move on to becoming your best self. I have been helping clients achieve their goals for the past several years. These clients range from the age of one-year-old to over fifty-years-old. About 60% of my clients are 12 and under. In working with younger children, I have had the most success using telehealth when parents are present to monitor, arrange a predictable environment, and assist with any technical issues. In working with younger children, the parents’ role is vital. I work as a team with parents and caregivers to build a healthy relationship and find the appropriate strengths-based parenting strategies for the child. Recommended parenting techniques are largely based on the Conscious Discipline model which encourages mindful parenting. With younger children, the parents’ cooperation is imperative to reach desired behavioral goals. I also draw from the approaches outlined in Working with Challenging Youth by Brent Richardson, Ed.D.

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating emotional challenges, self-doubt, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and direct, providing a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and encouraged to explore new perspectives. I believe meaningful growth occurs when clients feel both supported and appropriately challenged to move beyond patterns that no longer serve them. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, attachment-focused interventions, and systemic perspectives, to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence. Together, we identify strengths, address barriers to change, and build practical strategies for managing stress, improving communication, and creating healthier relationships. My goal is to empower clients with the insight and tools needed to achieve meaningful, sustainable change and greater overall well-being.

Reaching out for help in the form of therapy is not an easy thing to do as many can attest, but by reading this biography, you are taking the first step in getting help for yourself or a loved one. At times, life offers many struggles and obstacles that can be difficult to overcome alone. Engaging in therapy will provide opportunities to explore and process the thoughts and feelings that prevent you from living your best life. Though the thought of therapy may be intimidating and even nerve-wrecking for some, I believe once a person finds the right therapist, they find a trusting confidant who seeks to understand and problem solve.

Change can feel scary and stressful. Standing at a crossroads can feel uncertain and overwhelming. Sometimes our life circumstances change, other times we decide that what we are doing now, is no longer working for us. My focus is working with people who are experiencing anxiety, depressed mood, grief, loss, addictions, trauma, PTSD, and other adjustments and life transitions. This could involve changes in relationships, family, spirituality, health, career, education, or living situation. It could include death, healing wounds and inner children, identifying and enforcing boundaries, and identifying and changing limiting beliefs.

Hi there! I'm Tammy, a clinical counselor licensed in Ohio with over 30 years of experience in the helping profession. I'm driven by a deep passion for inspiring and providing a safe space for others. My mission is to empower individuals who are committed to helping themselves. Ms. Harmon-Rodriguez obtained Trauma-Focused CBT and Motivational training through the State of Ohio. She started her career as an MH Social Worker in 2002, working with dually diagnosed adults and children, which sparked her interest in the dually diagnosed population and family systems, with evidence-based and cognitive-based treatments. She has dedicated herself to providing comprehensive care for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This early experience ignited her passion for exploring the complexities of dual diagnosis, leading her to specialize in evidence-based, cognitive treatments tailored to individuals and their families.
