When you’re used to caring for others, it can be hard to make space for yourself. I have a special interest in working with caregivers, especially those caring for loved ones impacted by Dementia. Caregiving can be deeply rewarding, but it can also bring exhaustion, grief, and guilt. You don’t have to navigate these feelings alone. Over the past 6 years, I’ve supported people impacted by chronic illnesses, major life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. I also enjoy working with adults experiencing Depression, Anxiety, stress, and burnout. My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution focused. Together, we’ll work to build on your strengths and develop practical tools to help you move forward. If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you. Please reach out to schedule an appointment to see if we could be a good fit.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what life looks like for you now and what you're hoping to change. We'll wrap up our first meeting by identifying a direction for our work together and at least 1 action step that you can get started on right away.
I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be yourself without feeling like you have to have it all figured out. My style is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. I'll meet you with compassion, help you make sense of what's been weighing on you, and work with you to find practical steps that are realistic and meaningful.
My ideal client is someone who has been carrying a lot and is ready for a space to feel heard, supported, and empowered to take the next step forward. They may may be navigating caregiving, chronic illness, stress, Anxiety, Depression, grief or may not yet know where to begin. Together, we can create a safe space for growth, healing, and lasting change.
