I am licensed in Ohio with ten years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start with introductions and then focus on your challenges. Therapy fosters hope and nourishes the expectation of change only if linked to responsive knowledge and evidence-based practices. Together, we will create a specific plan to meet your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My approach is developing a trusting relationship and safe environment for you to process and create a plan to support your story. Each client is unique and has their own way of interpreting their story. I am here to help you find your journey to wellness and growth. My training and clinical expertise have prepared me to work with a multitude of mental health issues; providing support to children, adults, and families.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is based on the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they can influence each other. CBT focuses on providing tools to solve problems and address concerns. We will focus on creating tools and exercises to change thinking, problematic emotions, and behavior. My clinical approach is cognitive-behavioral and client-centered. I am flexible in my counseling style and adapt to what works best for the person I am working with. What works for one person may not work for the next.
