A little about me, I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working in the behavioral health care field. I received my B.A. in Psychology and Masters of Social Work from The University of Akron. I believe in a strength based and client centered approach, where your needs and goals are at the forefront of our work together. Recognizing that there is not a one-size fits all approach to wellness, I use an eclectic therapeutic technique, tailoring therapy to the individual.

A critical part of my clinical practice is building rapport and developing the relationship with you to help you achieve your goals. I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment where you are free to share whatever is troubling you.

I work best with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or struggling to cope with life’s challenges. I have experience working with individuals who have substance use disorder, trauma, stress, mood and adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, and vocational concerns.
